I needed lunch and in a bad bad way. I was starting to feel all anxious, dizzy, and hangry. I strolled into the Chipotle that was screaming out to me from afar. I figured well I can at least stuff my pie hole quickly and feel full and head back to the demands of my freakin job. I got in line and the douche lord in front of me was making sure to get his money's worth with double wrapped and extra this and that ---I should not feel too shabby asking for a little more cheese and rice after that bastard ordered.....I decided to get the dang veggie bowl with the fake brown rice just so i could brag later to the family that I was eating healthy---hahahahaha yeah right!!!! Oh well---they need to do a better job and clearing off the tables at lunch and wiping those dirty fuckers down because i ended up having to eat in my car because there were not clean spaces to sit.

This is usually my "go-to" Chipotle spot in the south suburbs. This Eagan location has proven to be reliable in terms of managing the large crowds we've come to expect from Chipotle. The employees usually so a good job keeping the dining area and space clean. Not an easy task but they try to keep up admirably; unlike the Apple Valley location which I whole other review/story.

Worst chipotle ever, staff is rude and give you nothing in portion, won't be going back there

This is Mexican Food. The quality of the food earns a 5Star IMO. I always enjoyed eating Mexican food. Not much I can say other than its Chipotle. I highly recommended.

This is a delightful place to get something to eat. Chipotle fills you up. They include so much inside of their burritos that I have to take it home with me and eat the rest later. I still have yet to be able to eat a full burrito in one setting, but that's okay with me. The people who work there are polite and delightful. Even though this place can be busy at times, the lines go pretty fast.

I go to this location quite frequently and the employees are always very friendly. Only complaint would be that the portions are always small. Always have to ask for an extra scoop of everything!

The food may be good but the people that work there are absolutely terrible and mean I I tried to apply there and got two interviews one a walk in interview an gave them great availability a great resume an they kept jerking me around telling me they get back to me even though they decided to move on its clear to me they did not hire me because of my disabilities an the second manager Victor did not want to tell that they decided to move on so he kept telling me to call back with no intention to do so an they did not even give a reason

I live in Eagan and often go to this Chipotle. I always love the burritos here and my brother really likes the vegetarian burrito bowls. I also have gone to the Inver Grove Heights Chipotle but I found that the IGH one has rather rude staff, but the only complaint I have about this one is that there is one woman who I got once that doesn'tgive you enough meat, but everyone else is pretty nice and gives proper portion sizes.

This is the worst Chipotle in the twin cities, it is close to work the only reason I have gone here, steak is usually has pieces of fat and gristle. I quit ordered steak. I always get shorted on meat, they try to pour a bunch of rice on---don't like

This is probably the worst Chipotle in the Twin Cities. I went there two days ago (11:15am on August 14, 2013) and had a burrito that had 1/2 of the filling than other locations. When I asked why, this rude girl said "well it depends on what you put in there." She treated me as if I've never been to a Chipotle before. Actually, I worked at a chipotle 13 years ago before going to college out east. There was a certain portion that corresponds with the spoons they use. These employees were rude and the food just isn't up to par. I will drive a little farther to the West St. Paul location from now on.

One of the best in Eagan BUT i have noticed something, some particular days, food lacks a bit of flavor... maybe its coz of the quantity they serve or the way they cook.. Again, most of the days its really good.

I come to this location quite a bit. The one thing I am beginning to notice is the food is starting to lack flavor. The chicken was over-cooked the last time I had a chicken burrito. The barbacoa is still my favorite here, and it still tastes as wonderful as the first time I had it. I like variety, and hope they improve the steak (was tough and not very flavorful last visit) as well as the chicken. For now I will stick with the barbacoa as it is a sure win. The staff is always very friendly, and quick to get you on your way with your food.

This was the last straw. Every time I go to this location you get half the food I get at every other chipotle I have been too. I love chipotle but go to the one on cliff instead!

Great quality food, served up lighting fast. If you want a healthier option here order a burrito bowl without rice, sour cream and cheese. You'll cut out like 60% of the calories. During lunch there is almost always a line to the door, don't worry it moves fast.

We like Chipotle, and especially this location. The guac & black beans & salsa don't seem as jalepeno-y as the Ford Pkwy or Grand Ave locations. I have no idea why. Very busy during lunch, but very fast. Off hours, quiet, still fast. Parking plentiful. Off hours you can even snag a spot right out front. Looks like other Chipotles. We like the salads with fajita peppers & onions, black beans & rice. Guac is a must. We also order a quesadilla (cheese) if it's not too busy. (not on the menu) If they are busy, don't bother, it takes too long. Very good & good for you!

I come here pretty regularly and one of the default places my co-workers and I go to when we can't decide where to go. The food is fantastic, the line moves fast (even when it's going out the door), and the ingredients always taste fresh and delicious! Make sure you go in hungry as the burritos are huge and very filling (and satisfying!). Parking can be sometimes tough to find at noon, but hey, if you are getting a burrito you could use the extra walk anyways :-)!

First off, it's too loud in the restaurant, so you have to shout your order. The selection is small and the garbage can-inside where you're supposed to throw your stuff away-was overflowing, so it was difficult to get your trash to fit on top of it without it falling on the floor. I had a chicken burrito bowl (there were five of us, so I can't tell you how their stuff was) and I personally found the rice to be dry-and white, even though I asked for brown. I like that the stuff is organic and it wasn't terrible. They also had a pretty good selection of kids' food items. But for the money we paid, I think next time I'll find a "real" Mexican restaurant.

Normal chipotle atmosphere, loud and rushed ordering but freaking awesome food. I gave it 3 because it's a standard chipotle, nothing special and because I think chipotle in general has some improvements that could be made, but their food is freakin delicious!!

I asked for mild and what I got was so hot that my eyes watered and I was waving my hand in front of my face. The place was loud (music) but seemed very clean. The staff was friendly enough. The parking lot here is annoying. It is shaped kind of fan like and it just feels awkward. Overall the experience has cured me of any desire for Chipotle in the near future.

Pretty loud and busy. It is really hectic during the lunch rush due to their location. Tough to find parking sometimes. I would suggest going there on an off-time if possible.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
