Diabetics at Whataburger

High Cholesterol at Whataburger

Calorie intake is the main concern for people with high cholesterol while dining at a fast-food restaurant like Whataburger. Well, you can always try the Lighter & Smaller options from the menu to cut down your fat intake. Opting for grilled sandwich or burgers are preferred compared to double meat or triple meat cheesy burgers which contain high cholesterol.

Foods to Avoid at Whataburger for High Cholesterol

Cut down on your meat intake to control your high cholesterol. You must skip Double Meat Whataburger and Triple Meat Whataburger at all costs. You should also avoid Avocado Bacon Burger and Monterey Melt as both these burgers contain a high amount of fat. Sweat & Spicy Bacon Burger will add extra 1080 calories in your diet so skip that as well. Whatacatch Dinner may sound tempting but the famous fish sandwich is also full of calories and unhealthy fat. Lastly, avoid French Fries and Onion Rings at Whataburger if you are already ordering a burger or any other heavy meal.

I had originally given Burgers and Bottles a 2-star review and was contacted by the owner to give it another try based on some changes that they had made. I just went for lunch today, and was very impressed by what I experienced. The iPad system now allows to pay after dining, which is really great! Our waitresses were very attentive, and we got our sodas and food promptly during a rather busy lunch hour. I was also able to ask for the founders' club discount being a member, and not only did the waitress help apply the discount, but offer to show me how to apply it from the iPad for the future. Big improvements from the last time I had come to the location. I had brought along a new B&B customer and told them about my previous experience, so they were apprehensive at first, but very pleased by the service and the quality of the food. Looking forward to coming back again.

Call me conceited, but whoever rated the burgers here anything higher than mediocre needs to get out more often. I ordered the Wisconsin Cheese Curd burger, which was the only burger on the menu that contained a modicum of originality. Even with only two options for cooking your meat - well done, and the conveniently vague "a little pink", they still failed to deliver as my meat was way overcooked when I asked for the latter. It also looked nothing like the photo, so props to their marketing team for a job well done. The size was also rather abysmal for the price point. The burger tasted slightly better than fast food fare, so it wasn't entirely terrible, just sorely disappointing. The overall ambiance and design of the place was actually decent and tasteful though, but it belies the quality and value of their food.

Kids get a kick out of this place! Burgers are pretty good. Limited seating so be prepared to wait if busy.

Really neat concept and good food. Friendly service. Inviting atmosphere. The iPad ordering system could use a little work, but it was a neat idea. Burger prices are a bit high considering they dont come with a side. The burgers are a good size, not too small, not overwhelming. Dont miss the super unique drink menu! We got the Chai High smoothie. Never had anything quite like it before. A real star.

Looked for a quick bite near our hotel and this was close and very good. We tried the prime rib burger with onion rings and started with fried green beans. there is a device at our table that you put your order in yourself .. it was a small but cute place. Some funky soda options ... fun.

  • Jerice A.

Great service. Huge bottled beer selection. Chicken wings, fries green beans and cheese curds were decent. Outside patio options. 5 tvs so great place to watch sports games. Happy hour has $1 off bottled/draft beer.

  • Anita B.

The burgers are wonderful. Easy to order at the table using the iPad; although it cannot yet handle the special requests like tomato on the side, the waitress was helpful and everything went smoothly.

This place is going to be added to my Twin Cities Top Ten Burger Joints blog most definitely! I was told by several of my friends to check this place out so I finally did and was glad I did. Almost all of their burgers are served like an open-face juicy; 2 flattend 1/2 lb. grilled burgers with all the delicious ingredients smashed in between. All kinds of unique options to choose from, but for my first trip (and not the last), I went with their Fired Up Burger. Jalapenos and melted Jack Cheese between the 2 patties with lettuce and a Green Chili Mayo to top it off. Very juicy, very delicious and worth a trip to Eagan to check this place out! Can't wait to get back to try some of their additional burger options and I really want to take down some of their Sriracha Wings!

    (4)
  • Paul L.

I'm giving this place 5 stars for originality and great burgers, possibly the best you can get in Eagan! Hand cut fries are the topping on the cake! Can't wait to try all the unique burgers on their menu, not to mention the countless varieties of bottled soda and beer!

  • Mau S.

The atmosphere is casual and inviting. They have a great selection of pop bottles for the kiddos along with an equally awesome tap and bottled beer. The burgers are out of this world. I had the Bacon Brisket Burger and my wife had the Chorizo Burger accompanied with fries and cheese curds. They have a good kids menu with healthy options for sides like bananas, fruit mix or yogurt. What a delight. Highly recommended.

Awesome little burger joint best selection in the cities! Definitely a return customer!

  • R H.

Great selection of bottled beer. Burger selection is good. I had the fried pickle burger and it was delicious. Chips are very good too. Splurge and ask for chipotle ranch to dip chips into. We will come back

Good burgers and amazing selection of unique pop beverages and good selection of beers. The IPad ordering system is cool. Service is fairly quick.

The only complaint I can think of is that their space is kind of small, but it sounds like they are expanding soon. *I had one of the best burgers I've ever had here last night!* They have twin patty gourmet burgers. I got the "guacamole burger" but I added blue cheese. Yum! Homecut fries were good, and my friends enjoyed their cheese curds and onion rings. My vegetarian friend liked her black bean burger. Nice beer options, and I was happy they had gourmet sodas because I'm pregnant and couldn't drink. Staff was laid back and friendly. The decore was a super cute dimmed, chill bar vibe. The place has a hipster feel, but not so hipster that you want to punch the beard off someone's face.

Perfect little lunch spot! They have these Vermont white cheddar bites which are the best thing I have ever eaten! The service is always very quick and very friendly. There wraps are amazing so is they are brisket burger highly highly highly recommend it!

First impression. Just placed out order via the iPad on our table. This is a first for us. Server is very pleasant. While tapping out my review on my iPhone my xxx root beer was delivered. So far the high tech ordering works. More to come as the meal shows up. Our food was delivered quickly. I'm picky about my slaw and onion rings. The slaw here is a tad bland. But the onion rings are awesome. The big tex sandwich is amazing. Overall this is a little hole in the wall that is new, fresh, clean, and hi tech. The food is worthy of a second visit.

  • Roberto R.

Great burgers and friendly helpful staff! We'll be back to try more of their burgers!!! Great selection of sodas and beers too

    (5)
  • Chuck K.

What a cool concept! Food is very tasty and all those different sodas, and a excellent beer selection. The only drawback is the price on the sodas. To try 2 sodas would be about 6 bucks! If you bring kids you would be at an 11 dollar meal for 2 pops and a meal. It's still an excellent place and worth the trip!

  • Dan C.

Athena (our server) suggested the Bacon Brisket Burger, and it WAS "all that"! Enjoyed it immensely. My daughter & I liked the IPad ordering option, but my wife preferred the "old school" method of human interaction, silly girl

Good food, good beers, attentive staff and good music. I went there for lunch and to get some work done and ended up staying all day. The burners are big and awesome.

Great place to go in Eagan! Very good bottle and tap selection and above average burgers. The burger (Cheese Curd Burger) could be served a little warmer than it was. Great potato chips though and the Thursday Beer Flight deal was superb.

    (4)
  • Tom B.

We had great service and wonderful food. Try the Fired Up Burger and ask for a side of the Sriracha wing sauce. We also had the homemade potato chips and fried green beans. Large choice of beer and pop.

  • Meg P.

What a fun place to take the kiddos. The ordering on the iPad and the waitress at the same time was a tad confusing but over all we had smiles on our faces the whole time. I got a Whistler Vanilla Cherry Cola that was something straight out of the 50s! The burgers were fantastic, chicken fingers and wings seasoned the perfection and my husband said his brisket was wonderful and soft. I hope we make it back!

  • Lindsey M.

Really good vibe here. Excellent service both quick and friendly. Wouldn't try and bring large groups but they do have some booths reserved just for groups of 5 or more. Oh yeah, food definitely doesn't suck with the fresh off the grill burger selection.

  • Nunya B.

Had a Guacamole Burger with chips. Grilled and seasoned well, with crunchy fresh chips!

  • Ben W.

I really want to like Burgers and Bottles more, but I just cannot based on my two experiences. The first time I went I had the Fire Burger. It was quite tasty, but I found two pieces of hair in my burger. The 2nd time my wife ordered the nachos with beef, and unfortunately, the beef was extremely hard and quite scarce. My meal, the buffalo wrap, was quite bland and the chicken was over cooked. On a positive note, I think the atmosphere is great and the fries are great. The staff was quite friendly. The iPad ordering system is cool, but they need to refine it a bit. There isn't even an option to order a fountain drink. You have to magically know to enter a bottle of regular coke, then tell your server you want a fountain drink, and then tell the server what kind of drink.

We stopped in for dinner on Friday night (1/30/15). The place was packed - so we had to a wait a few minutes before a table cleared. This was no problem as we expected this at the height of the dinner hour. Once we were seated - our 1st Burgers and Bottles (B&B) experience was underway. Now, mind you we always have an adventure, since our dinner experience is with our two young boys. I read reviews ahead, so we were prepared to order from the iPads at our table. This was a fun way to see all of the options that we had when ordering. Although, I give the ordering system "two thumbs up" for ease of use and options - I still have a couple of suggestions to Burgers and Bottles. 1) Please considering adding an additional option to requests "to go" boxes when requesting service or simply add a "request server" button to prompt the server for a general inquiry. 2) When removing a patty from your Burger - it was not clear if this reduced the price of the meal. I believe it did not - but, maybe add (0.00) would help distinguish there is no cost change. 3) The "close tab" functionality on the iPad had some issues at the end of our meal, and although we were assisted by our sever with a manual receipt - I would still like the sense of security that my tab was closed on the iPad. Just a suggestion. Again - usability and interface A+, but just a few suggestions there. Okay - now to the good stuff My wife and I ordered burgers. Honestly, we did not know what to expect as the ordering option was for 2 Burger patties (with the option to remove a patty). Maybe we missed it on the menu, but I do not recall seeing the size of the burger listed. They ended up being the smaller 1/3 patties. And just a heads up - you will order your side items separately such as the fries, chips et cetera - no biggie here. I ordered a burger that was a half chorizo & half burger mix. WOW! Great flavor! I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. One recommendation is to order your burger "slightly pink" as these burgers are going to cook thru quick - being a 1/3 patty. Nonetheless, it still had a great flavor and with slight smoky grill flavor. Maybe there will be a future option to add a thicker burger patty??? B&B had a fantastic option for "Kids Meals". Our boys each ordered Mac and Cheese and they had plenty of healthy options for sides. Kudos to the owner (Tony) for this offering. You generally don't see kids meals come with all of the healthy options out to eat. Yogurt, apple sauce as options and to our surprise a banana that came with the meal automatically. To offset all of the healthy choices , LOL! - we also ordered a side of cheese curds beforehand and French Fries as a side with one of our burgers. The cheese curds were pretty good. They were not overly greasy - such as the MN State Fair version. They have a slightly heavier outer texture and a nice mozzarella inside. They grew on us, with each curd we devoured. I guess we will have to try them again next time! The fries that with ordered were the "fresh cut" kind. I love these types of fries. Very nicely done and cooked perfectly. Lastly, we ordered dessert - since I guess we did not eat enough already :) And although, we were fine with the portion of brownies bites - the photo in the menu app made it appear that we were going to get a "monstrous heap" of brownies. That was not the case. It was a smaller portion of bites that came with a very tasty & creamy (tasted like Vanilla Bean) ice cream in the middle of the basket. Overall, we had a great experience. Next time we stop in - I will definitely try a couple of their unique bottled sodas offered. I had my eye on the Dad's Blue Cream Soda. Next time!

Five stars for a great burger joint! Bottles galore of beer, domestic micro an import. They have a beer club to. Only a few tap beers. Huge selection of bottles of pop. Not interested in a burger then try the chicken caesar wrap. Delicious. French fries are the best. Fried shrimp is very lightly breaded an done to perfection. Thanks for not over cooking. Order from either the Ipads or the wait staff. Never feel rushed. Good for hanging with family friends singles. Just my opinion.

The family and I made a trip up as the place looked good and had tons of cool sodas, but I don't think we'll bother going back. The place is very cool and the menu looks great. There's a lot of different sodas I've never heard of. (Try the butterscotch root beer.) The service was just ok. Nothing spectacular. Unfortunately the burgers were awful. The pictures show fairly large juicy patties, but ours were relatively small and cry dry. We all requested some pink in the patties, but all of them were over cooked. (Which wasn't all that surprising based on how long they took to make them.) the bread was dry, the condiments lacking, and they were just devoid of flavor or juice. The waitress never even came by to see how we were doing so we never had a chance to ask for mayo or mustard. The fries were cold and my kids' hotdog was barely warmed. Not a great way to spend 80 dollars for a table of four adults and two kids.

In need of a burger and brew. Yelped for a close by place. Its just a small place in a strip mall but it was darn good. People are nice and service was good. Highly recommend

  • Molly S.

Great friendly service. Their soda and beer selection is good. I had the chicken santa fe wrap (made with cild chicken) and my hubby had the guacamole burger. The burger was definitely better than the wrap. The fries were good, but the onion rings were not worth the extra money.

  • Joshua H.

Nice small place, there early so wasn't overly busy. People all seemed nice and they have a ton of bottles. Guess that goes with the name right. Will visit again and try a few more bottles on the next trip. Had the pulled pork this visit and it was a good sandwich. Oh and the music from my years at high school so loved it. Go class of 00'. Think it's called classic alternative these days.

A small burger/beer joint in a small strip mall. Only been open for a month or so. Very nice find this evening. Made it in about 8:30 on a Monday night. Only a few tables of diners. Great selection of beers in bottles and on tap. Nice selection of burgers. Every table has a few iPads for ordering. Good description on the ordering menu of each option food or beer. Help was great. Only thing is the desert menu was awful short. They need some additions there. Also If your not comfortable using the iPad to order the waitress will take your order the old fashion way. Very happy with this find.

First time here.. Ordered the bacon brisket burger. Loved it! The burger itself was thin, but the amount of brisket made up for that, decent amount of bacon and 2 yummy onion rings. However the bun was not even the slightest bit warm despite grill marks on the inside. DH had the guacamole burger and gave it a 2/5, for the price it wasn't that special of a burger- not much guacamole on it. Fries were unsalted, a big no no in my book. Also ordered the fried pickles- what a disappointment. $7 for maybe 12. Extremely overpriced. Way too much breading and the pickle itself was thick and bland- could not taste the vinegar. Ended up tasting like fried mush. Even the ranch that came with it was subpar. If it wasn't for the bacon brisket burger I would give 2 stars.

Small place, but worth checking out! Good selection of beers and the food is great. Service is amazing! Camille was attentive, personable and helpful. I was really happy that, with a focus in beef burgers, the black bean burger and green bean side was delicious!

  • Brian R.

Very friendly atmosphere and great food! I had the brisket burger and it was very good! One thing I would suggest is split an appetizer order of fries instead of adding it to each individual order. Three of us were able to split one with our meal and it was plenty. Also, I loved the selection of mostly craft sodas to choose from. You can still find Coke products, but they also have some great varieties from all over the country. We arrived kinda late in the evening and the staff greeted us like we were their first customers of the day. They were very accommodating and attentive - nice job!

Nice spot for a burger. I had the fired up burger. Patties were cooked fine although they didn't taste like it was just hand pattied. Either way it was decent. The fries were great. Appeared to be fresh cut. The cheese dipping sauce was pretty bad. Tasted like what comes from The giant can at a club type grocery store. Great location and serious beer selection. Worth a visit. Hit up the gas station adjacent for a coupon of free fries.

We went for the first time tonight, love the ipad ordering system, food came fast, i i didn't care for the onion rings but the Guacamole burger was delicious. Had a soda from the bottle and we left. Service was fast, they don't bug you there. Its a small place, holds about 50 people. The atmosphere was fun, love the bottles on the wall and the bottle light fixtures.

Excellent food. Quick service when we ordered from the iPad on the table. We enjoyed a delicious burger and salad for lunch

The burgers here are great (try the Fired Up Burger!), and there's a large selection of beer to choose from. I've eaten here several times, and the burgers and fries have always come out hot and very fresh tasting. No stale buns or refried fries to speak of. Ordering with the iPads can take a little getting used to, but you can also order directly with a waiter. The prices are fair too. Burgers and Bottles is a solid burger joint.

Cheese curd burger...amazing! Great selection of drinks. Only negative was no alcoholic drinks allowed on patio :(

  • Mike B.

Nice look to the place but the food is subpar. Large selection of soda pop. The burgers are pretty good but there are better ones out there. I chose to have the chicken salad wrap and it didn't have much flavor. We ordered fries and I like to dip them in ranch. The ranch wasn't homemade and was very tangy. The fries came with a side of chipotle ranch and oddly a side of canned cheese. Why not bbq or honey mustard? Not the best lunch for the money.

Really, really, REALLY good burgers. Stopped in last weekend and ordered the Bacon Brisket Halvsie. Dining companion opted for the classic Bacon Cheeseburger. We both agreed that these were two of the better burgers we have had over the many collective years that we have been shuffling the Earth. Actually, we would have both given the food 5 stars. The one (and only) glitch that we encountered was being encouraged to place our order on an IPad. To both of us, this took away something significant from the dining experience, as there wasn't a lot of contact and friendly banter with what seemed to be a very fun staff. I hope they reconsider this some time down the line.

This place is amazing! I've been here numorous times and I've always loved it. Took my boyfriend here, it was the first time he's been here. He loves it and was very impressed with this place! My favorite burgers were the brisket burger, the prime rib burger, and their turkey burger.

Tasty food, nice beer selection, trendy ordering on tablets. But 50 plus for cheese curds, 2 cheeseburger baskets and a couple of beers seemed like a lot.

Burger with Fries was delicious. Went in with a coupon, free basket of fries. The server looked little amateur but dealin with coupons and offers. overall, liked the restaurant. Orderin electronically from an iPad is always fun rather than traditional way. The menu looked good with pictures on the tablet. Very fun and tasty........

I received the coupon (20% off), and I was really excited about trying Burgers and Bottles. The first night we went there, we were told there was a 45-60 minute wait. What!?! The second time we went, we only had to wait 20 minutes. That evening started out with our time at the bar; waiting for our table. We sat there for almost 15 minutes, and we were never greeted or asked if we wanted anything. When we finally got a table, five of us were shoved into a four person booth. Then came the ordering... I'm not sure why anyone feels the iPad ordering solution is better than having the staff person take your order. When we were there (last night), I counted 6 wait staff (including the bartender), and service still suffered. To put this into perspective, there are 11 tables inside and three or four more outside. Excluding the bartender, that's three to four tables per server. The iPad ordering process was a joke! On the iPad, you have two choices meat temperature - some pink or well done. Two of us ordered some pink, and the rest ordered well-done. When the order came three burgers were pink and two were bloody! In addition, we didn't get two orders of fries that we put into the iPad. Once the food was delivered, we couldn't figure out how to view the detail of our order to show that we did pay for those fries. To finish up, it took 15 minutes to get our waitress back to credit us for our coupon. I really liked how the space looked and felt (we need more like it in Eagan), but the wait staff training wasn't where is should be after a couple months. I don't think it was their fault, I just think there's a lot going on (iPads, etc.). I'm going to try it again in a couple of months

Stopped in to this place last week with the guys. We ended up with 15 guys, a big group. Outstanding service given the situation. Everyone had a great sandwich and the beers and sodas were all served up promptly. I had the Texas sandwich and it was outstanding. A great place for Eagan, a great place for everyone.

Great beer, amazing burgers. Nice place to stop in for a quick bit or stay for some nicely priced beers. Tried the cheese curd, breakfast and fired up burger i have yet to see anything bad.

Terrible... My guacamole burger had almost no guacamole and the burger apeared to have been sat on as it was soggy and about 1/2 inch tall. I would not call this a gaucamole burger as there was maybe a teaspoon of guac and it was not fresh guacamole at all.. it was pre-made gauc paste with 0 flavor. I also odered the parmesan garlic chicken wings and they came with almost no sauce.. flavorless dry wings with no sauce.. 4 people tried them and we tossed the wings out. The side of blue cheese cup was almost 1/2 full. Also odered the southwestern salad and it didn't come with the chipolte ranch dressing so I cant review that. The smoothies were good but came with regular soda straws so we had to find spoons to consume them. I would think a smoothie place would supply appropriate straws and plastic spoons. All in all.. I would pass on any opportunity to eat here.

Overall, a disappointing experience. We both had burgers and unfortunately there were a few issues with the food and service. Management appears to be yet seriously lacking. I think they have a few kinks to work out and perhaps things can improve. As a big plus the mixed appetizer basket was very good and the house-made sauce was a nice touch.

Great food. Good prices. Great service. Love that you can order through the ipad and request service as needed - when we pressed a button for assistance our waitress arrived within seconds. Much better system than scanning the room and staring someone down until they happened to make eye contact with you.

Great burgers. Excellent service. Nice ambience. Will try again. Every burger is available with turkey patty so if you are like me who doesn't eat red meat bug love burgers, I suggest this place. There were some classic drinks. I tried the ginger ale; it was yummy!

Food is good but overpriced. Their racket is that a single patty burger costs the same as a double and you have to add-on your side for $2. We had a mediocre meal of 2 single patty burgers with 2 drinks (on happy hour) and racked up a tab of $40. I could have spent that on a much better quality meal. Place was standing room only when it opened, now seats are easy to come by. (BTW...the market next store sells the same burgers for $5 - they share a kitchen).

I learned about this place from the market next door. There was a very enticing laminated ad for the Wiconsin cheesecurd burger and some coupons. It looked so good I made up my mind that it would be my next meal, and so it was. Walking up to the restaurant I noticed there were a zillion bottles in the window. There's about 20 bottled sodas you can choose from with detailed descriptions on the iPad menu. I think the iPad are a mixed bag. lots of pictures, lots of details on drinks and food but still not completely easy to use if you have a coupon. The breakdown: The Wiconsin burger was great tasting. My one critique is that the construction of the burger - the curds don't glue the burger together and slip out. That being said, still super tasty. Had the basket of fries and enjoyed them with the Chipotle ranch sauce. On to the bottles. I kinda figured there wouldn't be any fountain pop so I prepared myself for that. I got pretty hung up on the idea of shelling out $2.75for every soda (cuz I'd prolly need 4 bottles) and went with a water. The ambiance is a modern one with light fixtures made from soda bottles and big screen tvs with sports playing. Everything tastes great and I'd give it 5 stars but I got hung up on the price. I'll be back though. Edit: I thought about the burger all day and came back for supper. This time I got the bbq brisket burger and it was absolutely fantastic. Every couple bites I kept 'mm'ing and savoring every bite. Wow!

This place is just your average burger bar. I'm giving an extra star because of the beer selection and the hot waitress who helped me. The burger was much smaller than I expected and tasted like your average bar burger. The food menu has a variety of options and the price is OK.

Frankly, this is another good, trendy new burger place. They are popping up everywhere in the TC and that's a good thing. The only thing I remember about this place was the Ipad menu, which was a nice interesting fad. The food? It wa OK. I say it was decent. I'm glad I tried it. But no where during the dinner or even afterwards did I say to myself, "This place rocks, I am going to be back next week". One thing I would recommend to new visitors: Try a plain burger on your first visit. That way you can taste the meat and see how good it is. Anyone can put Egg, BBQ sauce, Bacon, peppers on their burgers to give it flavor, but you have no idea how the meat taste. So try a plain burger at first. If it' good, come back and try the rest. Price was OK. Not bad for a burger joint. I'll try them again, but not right away.

Great burgers, cooked to order. Hand-cut fries were fab. BBQ pork and slaw was yummy. Quick service. Super friendly staff! Loved the at-table iPad ordering and paying.

Just tried it. Not impressed, bad service and bad burgers not worth 9 bucks. No fries or chips included. Was sat by the door that every time it opens gives a gust of wind. No manager in site. Just a bunch of girls running around. Sent some guests over to wait next door with a offer of free fries. Little did they know its a gas station next door. Ipad a ok idea if you wanna pay with a credit card. If u pay with cash u have to wait for someone to enter some code to even have them start your food. They serve the same food at the gas station next door!! Gas station food at a much larger price tag!!

My wife and I went for the first time last night. Wow, were we surprised. The food was OUTSTANDING!!! My wife had the bacon cheeseburger, and I had the Chorizo burger, and both were awesome. The only issue was the i-Pad ordering tablets were not working, however I can see where that this could be a great thing once the bugs are worked out. The other thing that impressed us was the selection of beer and sodas. They even have our all time personal favorite root beer, XXX Root Beer.

This is a good example of technology gone wrong. IPads didn't work for ordering and then all the kids wanted to do was play with them. Take away the iPads and just let me talk to a server. The food was pretty good but a little overpriced for what you get. Selection of beer and soda was nice. Overall we agreed that we would try it again if the iPads weren't there.

Service was great. I like that they give you the option to order via the iPad or to order with your server. It gave me the opportunity to browse and order on my own schedule but the server made it clear that she was happy to help me with any questions or whatever. Started with a Moo Joos Oatmeal Milk Stout. It was absolutely perfect. Exactly as described on the menu and on the bottle. Just the flavor I was looking for. I had the fired up burger with a side of cheese curds. Food came out very quickly despite a fairly full house so that's good. I LOVE that they use fresh jalapenos on this burger; and plenty of them! However, I'm not a fan of the pepper jack cheese they use...it's kind of like American cheese with little peppers. You'd think close to Wisconsin they could get some good cheeeeeeese! Cheese curds...they're fried cheese so you really can't go wrong there. Ordered and paid via iPad which was super quick and easy. Oh, and this may just be me bc I'm messy, but I like that the server brought me like 4 huge napkins from the start. I can't even tell you how much I appreciate it when you get extra napkins at a restaurant where they know you're eating with your hands. Awesome!

As a new place, they seemed to be doing pretty good. I came here for lunch on Saturday and there were plenty of people enjoying themselves, which was a good sign especially given the location. I really enjoyed the iPad experience - the application they were using for the menu was designed very well. The iPad also had various games on it which I imagine would be useful for children while they wait for their meal or to continuously one up your drunk buddy as you two duel it out over top score. The burgers would have been much better if they used one thick patty instead of two thinner patties - not only is it difficult to get pink with those, it's also harder to get the two patties consistent (one patty was a bit more well done than the other). If you're going to have pink as an option, please make it executable! The bun and toppings though almost made up for it. Almost. As for the bottles portion of the name, I think its worth a trip to go here for the rare sodas alone. The fact that they got Cheerwine (even diet!) astounds me. The bottle decorations and lights were also a cute touch. Overall a unique dining experience and definitely willing to try it again!
