    Ambiance not nearly as nice as their previous 2 locations. We waited for 20 minutes and none of the staff even acknowledged that we were there. We finally got the server's attention and asked if we could please see some menus. With an annoyed look he said "Well.... i guess I could drop off some menus if you want." Ordered our food and waited 40 minutes for it to arrive. Some of the people in our group ordered the lunch buffet, but 75-80% of the food bins at the buffet were completely empty. The few items that were in the bins did not look very appetizing... quite crusty looking actually. Our second server was very friendly and looked like she was working hard, so I will give Sala Thai and extra star for her. I ordered dessert and they were out of all of the desserts. I guess I shouldn't be surprised as 100% of the times I went to their other location they were "out of all of the desserts." The food wasn't as good as the previous location and the portions were smaller. The apples in my meal were not nearly as fresh as they were at the previous location. I was excited about Sala Thai moving downtown.... but if it continues to be like this, it will not be too exciting.

    We have loved everything here! Friendly staff and fresh food. The cook has even come out and chatted with us about her dishes. This is the place we want to go for Thai at least once a month. Oh and I always get the Thai coffee, So good!

    A group from work went to Sala Thai for lunch and we all ended up having the buffet. The lunch buffet hours are from 11:30-1:30 and we probably got there at 1. The only item on the buffet that was out was the salad. Everything else was at least half full and while we were there, fresh spring rolls and other things were added. Everything tasted delicious even with it being towards the end of the lunch buffet time. I'm sure if we got there at the start it would have been 5 stars. I'm not sure who was serving the previous reviews but I thought the wait staff was friendly and prompt. I'll definitely go back.

    We came in pretty late in a hot evening but were warmly welcomed. The foods are delicious and fairly priced. We had checked the ratings on Yelp prior to testing the reataurant. It came out that all 4 of us gave thumbs up to this restaurant based on our experience. My daughter also struck the gong.

    I tried going there last Sunday. Their hours say open until 8:30. I walked in at 7:55 and was told I wouldn't be served because their kitchen closes at 8! They don't even have a bar! Just say your hours are until 8 then! So if I had ordered at 7:45 and wanted to chat with my friend over a relaxing meal, would I get kicked out at 8:30? That's ridiculous. That really irritated me, but I decided to try again this Sunday because I enjoyed the Woodland location. I arrived at 7pm to make sure I'd have plenty of time. Drumroll please....They weren't even open at all! It wasn't a holiday and there was no explanation anywhere. I will not go back there again, which is a shame because I love Thai food. They are extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of their would-be customers. Zero Stars.

    The best pad Thai I've had. I'm from the cities and have been to many Thai places. This was delicious! Full of vegetables and a lot of flavor . My husband had red beef curry . It was also very flavorful and filled with vegetables. Awesome service, fast . Truly authentic
