Like Dita says... The Best Pizza South Of The River ! Consider yourself lucky if you live near the Red's Savoy Pizza in Burnsville or Eagan ! I like the Monday "take and bake" special ! All day long, $10 for any take and bake pizza ! The Eastsider is piled high with toppings, including sauerkraut ! A steal at $10 ! I have a food scale at home and I believe I weighed this pizza at about 4.75 lbs. ! It is fantastic. We get like 3 meals from it ! During the lunch hour, the Burnsville location has pizza by the slice Come and get it !

Called for delivery because it was raining. Person on the phone needed me to repeat everything 3 times...my co-worker couldn't stop laughing. They told us pizza would be delivered at 12, right in time for lunch. We waited until 1230 to call and see what was going on, I swear they forgot my order! It didn't show up until 1245, my company is less than 2 miles away...straight shot. Decided to give it a second try...everyone deserves a second chance! Go in to personally order a pizza. 2 or 3 teenagers in the back, couldn't be bothered to come out and take the order. One was wandering around with a toothpick in his mouth, flicking crap out of his teeth...DISGUSTING!!!! Finally, what I can only assume is the manager comes out and takes my order. He tells them what my order is, and they start making it...NO hand washing..or throwing his disgusting toothpick out. I was do absolutely disgusted! I ordered a pizza and a salad to go, salad was a complete joke...look at the picture. Pizza was ok, but after seeing the staff it wasn't very appetizing. Yikes!

Awesome pizza. Period. Sauce is zesty. Sausage is awesome, and I'm not a huge sausage fan. Lots of cheese. Make sure you like a pizza loaded with flavor, otherwise go to a chain like Pizza Hut. This is for real pizza humanoids.

Oh man I'm glad I gave this place another shot! Let's step back to the year 2013, Megan my girlfriend drags me here. Your thinking I don't like pizza? Wrong!!! I was super crabby that day I was the angry old man shaking his fist at the world, why? I don't know and it's irrelevant now. I hated it but I hated everything that cold day... Fast forward to the year 2015, now Megan has gone from girlfriend to trophy wife and last week traveling through Burnsville she recommends Red's pizza. My initial instinct is to go negative. But I held my tongue and said sure... We walk in and the have pizza by the slice!! Woot Woot! And it spins on the rotisserie like magic. Sure they got bells n whistles but how does it taste???? One slice of house please. I was hooked, I like everything on pizza and the house has it all. So in 7 days I've been there 3 times. Trophy wife now hitting the gym harder to keep pizza intake and full steam ahead!!! We actually got it Sunday night once the kids were in bed, we don't like to share! Fresh toppings, great sausage, prefect crust and only 10 minutes away. This could be bad in a good way. At least stop in for a slice, you may be hooked!

The pizza was average. It's basically like Little Caesars or Dominos but thin crust. The cheese is kinda hard and sauce has an after taste. I also felt it was very pricey.

pizza was exultant. Crust was perfect, toppings were just right. 100 times better than dominos or pizza hut type restaurant. I would say they are even better than Davannis. Not sure about any other menu items I only had the pizza .

Best place in the south metro to get a slice of pizza (slice available only during lunchtime, Mon-Sat). This is thin crust pizza, with a great, spicy sauce and loads of cheese (which is why some may complain about the greasiness ... it's the tradeoff from all the cheese!) They are also famous for the italian sausage they use on the sausage pizza, which is very good. I think it's the same sausage made at a long-time Italian deli in St. Paul, near the original Savoy Inn ( don't remember the name). If you like pizza sauce that is a little spicy rather than sweet, as most other pizzerias make it, this is the place for you.

I don't know why I love this pizza so much, but I keep coming back week, after week, after week.

Great pizza for a pretty decent price. Fast service but it is fairly greasy. They deliver in Burnsville and are pretty fast. If you like thin crust greasy good pizza, this place is for you. I've had it at the Minneapolis one as well and this one is just as good.

Actually I made it over here once. Michael's right it's all kids working, they've pretty much taken over working the whole strip mall. I was impressed that my favorite pizza joint in the TC made it's way to Burnsville and aren't just stuck with chains. I was a walk in coming from the performing arts center after hearing an amazing talk show host live. So I was in a really good mood, anyhow. I did get a little nervous when I saw all the kids chatting. So I inspect my savoy special before I leave, and the outer pieces weren't even burned, like so notoriously in St. Paul. I like this part of Burnsville, all my favorite places are here, and this is one of them.

We have been ordering this pizza for 2 years. The best part is hands down the sauce! No other pizza place compares. the red suace is a little spicier and uses oregano and black pepper. It has taste compared to the nasty little caesar tasteless pizzas out there. The crust is thin. They go a little overboard with cheese which gets greasy and falls apart. I usually order take out not delivery and save money. They have a special from 2-5 pm daily a large pizza for 8.99. The best thing is it is right next door to Cherry Berry!! See my review for Cherry Berry!

This pizza is very good. It's thin crust, not too much sauce, a lot of toppings and lots of cheese! There is always coupons available too.

Best pizza in Burnsville! I love this pizza, and once I tried it about a year ago, I couldn't go back to ordinary pizza. Try the sausage - it is awesome and you can't go wrong with it. Sausage-sauerkraut is really good, as well! The sauce is zesty and has just the right amount of heat. They don't skimp on cheese or toppings. The Chicago-style hot dog is another unique menu item that I order all the time. So good! Delivery service has always been prompt and courteous for us.

Definitely do not order anything other than pizza. The italian salad was a joke (lettuce, parmesan and pepperoni only - how hard is it?). Pizza was just ok, nothing special. Not a thin crust, not a thick crust, just that in between area that doesn't really satisfy anyone. Sauce, cheese, toppings are ok. Spend your money somewhere else. Oh yeah, the service still had a lot to be desired. Struggling economy and we still get bad service?
