Seriously who doesn't like jimmy johns. Super fast service and delivery. Really fresh bread and great sandwiches. I always get friendly service and this one is no exception. Great place for a quick sandwich, catering or take out

My experience at Jimmy John's was really disappointing. It was my first time to a Jimmy John's and from what I had heard about this place I was expecting a great sandwich. Unfortunately, my sandwich was sad and flavorless. I ordered the Turkey sandwich with mustard instead of mayo. When I made this request the cashier looked at me like I was a crazy person, just stood there staring at me for about 10 seconds and then proceeded to hand me two little mustard packets... I was so taken aback that I didn't even know what to say, so I said nothing. My sandwich was really flavorless. There wasn't much meat and the vegetables tasted like they had been frozen previously or like they were old. My two mustard packets were not enough to save this sandwich. I was really hoping my first experience at Jimmy John's would be a good one but It definitely wasn't. I don't think I'll ever be back to Jimmy John's, or if I am, it will definitely be a different location.

Very little meat. Great bread. Got this place mixed up with Jersey Mike's. Fast delivery of crap food is still crap.

I feel ridiculous writing this review because Jimmy John's is a no-brainer. This location is right across the street from where I work, so it's my go-to when I'm craving some JJ's. I'm always greeted, the cashiers are incredibly friendly, and service is (of course) fast! They always say goodbye as well which always adds a nice touch. Nothing I wouldn't expect from a Jimmy John's location. I've had them deliver as well, and it's not as fast as I've had before, but I can't blame them. With a ton of offices around, they get tons of business and super busy so I don't mind cutting them some slack.

I had an absolutely APPALLING experience with this store. I ordered during the lunch rush, so I assumed it would take a little over 15 minutes to get my sandwich. I let 15 minutes go by then I waited by the elevator for 15 minutes for my sandwich. nothing. I cant just randomly leave a client to grab a sandwich, so I had a friend wait in the hall since she was already going to be there to make a personal call. her lunch was until 1230pm. She said JJ never came. I called the store and the man was very derisive when he asked how long I had waited in the hall and told me "well 15 minutes isn't a very long time to wait." well it was when you count the fact that I waited 15 minutes before that for my sandwich, and my friend waited 15-20 minutes after when I work less than FIVE BLOCKS from the store. I am very hungry but did not have them send another sandwich because I work with clients and cant just leave in the middle of talking to grab it so he voided the transaction. I'm upset about the Man I spoke to when I called to inform them I had never received my lunch. he took no ownership of the problem and blamed me for ordering lunch during the lunch rush. That's the stupidest excuse I have ever gotten. I was almost flabbergasted when he said that. Wouldn't you have more drivers and people working at lunch time to adjust for that? So now I am hungry, angry, and its cheaper for me to get lunch where I work, but by the time I am free again it will be after the lunch hour. At my old work I ate jimmy johns at least twice a week if not everyday. Now I will have to be desperate to even consider the Jimmy Johns by my work.

We are staying at the Holiday Inn Express and back in the room from a long day at the mall. Since we aren't familiar with the area and the weather isn't the greatest figured we would order from a familiar place, so happy we did! Easy online ordering, fast delivery to our room, friendly delivery driver and awesome food!
