For me this place always does the trick as far as flavor and food go. This location is excellent service compared to Eagan or MOA. Nicole was our server she was great kept coming back to check on us. Suzie made me try a few new flavors she's awesome. Quite dead at 11:30 am came her cuz my girl wanted boneless wings and mama couldn't refuse LOL Ordered sweet bbq, garlic parm and fries!!Yummilicious!

We're big fans of Buffalo Wild Wings... both dining in and picking up food to go. We enjoy the trivia games that you can play while dining, though wish the noise within the restaurant was a little less (hard to have a conversation without yelling). The food is consistently good... my favorite is the boneless wings with Honey BBQ sauce.

I got the traditional wings with med sauce. And they were great as always for me. And I got the cheese curds which were amazing. Loved em. Food was really good server must have been having a bad day. Not too pleasant

Not giving any more chances to this restaurant. Service is terrible non of the employees know how too make eye contact. This is not just about one this they screw up continuously throughout your dine in experience. I have already wrote in on the website so no need to elaborate hopefully these employees can get the training they need.

When this location first opened I'd go at least a couple times a month, the service was excellent and the food was great!..... Then both went downhill fast... Food: if I go now it's only for the popcorn shrimp, I quit with the wings a long time ago, the bone in are almost microscopic, and the boneless are more bread then meat, I still like the sauces so the best is to buy the one you like and make your own wings at home! Service: Went there to watch a sporting event with a small group, we got first time round of drinks, then ordered.. Server disappeared , someone else delivered our food, we all ran out if drinks... Not even water, finally fed up we asked another server if they could get us drinks and they also got the manager and as the manager showed up... Miraculously so did our server... As if nothing was ever wrong... Then basically disappeared again... $0 tip from a group of 8

The place was pretty empty, and there were employees everywhere, but our service was really slow. There were 8 employees having a group discussion in our visibility for about 5 minutes before anyone came and took our drink order. The person who took out drink order said, "I don't know where your waitress is, this is really abnormal." Overall not a very good experience.

They expanded the the restaurant FINALLY! Before it is a terrible set up and way to small to accommodate the crowd. I walked out one time because they said the wait was going to be an hour! So, if you have been avoiding them because of the line, it is safe to go now. Service here is so-so the last time I went. We had a big crowd 15+ but we only had one server and we kept her busy. But, I really wish someone helped her because she was having trouble keeping up and a lot of our food was warm not hot. I love Buffalo Wild wings in general, but this is just not my favorite location.

Pretty good food, bone in wings are great but there boneless are hit or miss. Sometimes it seem like there is more bread then meat, besides that service is great never have a empty glass, shows a bunch of different sporting events. Personally it's too loud if your looking a quite evening this isn't the place to go but if your wanting to get some wings and beer and watch some football this is the place to be.

The thing about chains is that the food is pretty much the same wherever you go so the food here was on par with other Buffalo Wild Wing's I've been to. This place has a nice size bar area and a bigger than normal dining area. The service was great as we got served drinks right away and our food came out in good time. I know its not exclusive to this BWW but I don't like the new way to order wings. I'd rather order in increments of 6 rather that small, medium, or large. Is it that hard to count?

The good: We were seated immediately between 5-6pm on a Sunday evening. Two families dined together, so we needed a rather big table as well. Watched the game on gigantic TV screens. Kids played games & trivia. Initial service was good. Wings/food were, for the most part good. The bad: Cheese fries arrived and not only had minimal cheese, but seemed like they may have been sitting around waiting for other food to get done. Cheese wasn't cold...more like crusty and hard when we got the fries. The ugly: The service didn't stay good for long. After the food arrived, the server never came back. Two in our party wanted beers and one of the guys went to the bar to get more. He was told that they couldn't charge directly to the table and that he needed to talk to his server. That earned a chuckle...the server hadn't been back in 20 minutes! As a matter of fact, we helped ourselves to their Coke machine (normally wait staff only) because all the kids' drinks had gone empty. I ate half my meal without a drink. Eventually, the server did come back. Instead of a apology of any sort, he seemed irritated! W.o.w. Sorry we wanted you to do your job and pay attention to our dining needs. Needless to say, I won't be back anytime soon...I'm sure that server won't be sorry.

Exactly what you'd expect from a national wing place. Great beer selection, fair prices and tv's to watch your favorite team.

I really wish there was more teamwork here. Ordered beers from out waitress. She put in the order and a big party was seated in her section. As she took their orders, we watched our beers sit while a few other employees goofed off within arms length of our beers. Wish one would have brought them over quick. Probably need better management.

If you want to sit for hours and watch a game, maybe this is the place. Last night was a bad experience. Granted it was a Saturday evening and we took kids (our mistake) . . .. The hostess/greeter was not polite and was unorganized. The pager never went off and she did not come and get us. After we were seated and ordered, it took almost an hour to get our food and it wasn't hot. The server was inattentive. For south-metro, I'd much rather go to Burger Jones and have wings there with far better service and food preparation.

I have never been to a bww before so I did not know what to expect. I think.the service was great. Not perfect but workable. I had the roasted garlic fried mushroom appetizer . Great sauce Big appetizer was warm and tasty. I did not have the ranch. I had the other kind. He forgot to ask me which one I wanted. Great friendly people. Menu was full of different. Offers The special lunch combos where not available until we asked. Me and my friends went about 1:00 pm on a Tuesday. So I will try them again. Oh the place is expanded with another dining room from what I understand. The thing I liked the least was the level of volume on the music. Too loud. Had to take a phone call out side. I'm ok on the sports theme. They must of had 40 t.v.'s All on sports or trivia.

The remodel of the restaurant was much needed and opened it up for a more welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always helpful and make sure you've been helped when waiting at the register (almost asking too much). They also are willing to grill the wings if asked which some other locations in the south suburbs will no longer do. The quality of the food is the same as every BW3's which is good.

Good place for wings, 10+ sauces. Weekly wing specials on tradtional and boneless. Great for watching sporting events on Televison.

I love this place. Again, it's no Buffalo Joe's (in Evanston, IL), and I'm not familiar with the wing restaurant competition; nonetheless, it is quite good. I like my wings more crispy, which is why this place only gets 4 stars. The choice of sauces is great. Go on Tuesdays to get the best deal and Wednesdays for kids night.

This place seems to be a pretty typical sports bar/grill except that they have a strong focus on wings. They offer a large number of different sauces which they rate on a continuum of spiciness, which is pretty nice. However their spiciness ratings aren't that good as the Mango Habaero sauce that they list as their 3rd hottest sauce was, I though, significantly milder than Carribean Jerk that's 4 places below it. The sauces were still pretty tasty though, and they have good deals (40 wings on Tuesdays, some other low price for boneless wings on Thursdays). They have a decent beer selection as well (although our waitress seemed to think that Sam Adams is an import...
