Not the cleanest place I've ever been, but they make a good burger. I'll go there from time to time when I want a solid diner experience.

Places like Flameburger are the reason that McDonalds is successful. Decent burger dwarfed by a huge bun. The optional mushrooms appeared to have left their can not five seconds before they hit the meat. Completely unseasoned crinkle cut fries. Coke on tap is always good though, syrupy sweet goodness. Nine bucks, plus tip. Never again.

When you walk into flame burger don't expect a 5 star restaurant appearance, the building is old and a little out of style l. But it doesn't matter when you taste the good greasy food after a late night at the bar and talk to the friendly regulars at the counters.

This joint epitomizes the classic greasy spoon diner. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I have been coming here for many years, and it only just changed up some of the menu recently. That's a good thing, btw. The usual menu items are always solid. Great place for hungover food, holy shit it's three am food (like right now), or a classic diner breakfast.

Any bad reviews the flame burger gets is because they are expecting it to be some sort of five star restaurant when it isn't. It isn't fancy and it isn't luxurious. But what it does offer is great food. The flame burger is just a little dive. It's between a couple of bars so it stays open forever. So it's a great place to eat late at night if you're craving some good burgers or early morning before work. They have great breakfast items served 24/7. I absolutely love the pancakes there and don't get me started on the flameburger! I've been going to the flame burger for years and definitely will return.

Good food, shabby interior. This was my first visit to the Little Canada Flame Burger. The food was everything I expected...yummy, greasy, goodness! I especially liked the Diablo Flame Burger with the ghost pepper cheese. The service was also great...fast, friendly, and on the spot. The only reason I'm not giving these guys four of five stars is the generally appalling state of disrepair inside the dining area. The booths we sat in were all wobbly and not connected to the wall or floor. At least two of the stools were completely broken. This place looks like it's falling apart! Having owned rental properties in St.Paul and Ramsey County, I don't understand how these guys can get away with this and why the inspections department isn't all up in their grille to fix their stuff. -Daddy Maxx Retro

Been here a few times and the food was good. It's a place that I like to go to to switch things up once in a while.

Similar to my other flameburger review, I truly love going to this place for a solid breakfast or late night greasefest. This location is actually my favorite of the two because it feels like a little truck stop on the middle of nowhere even though you are in the burbs. The sassy signage on all the walls and the regulars who frequent the place turn it into a cozy joint where anyone could feel comfortable. I always get the hash browns extra crispy and an order of hot wings. It takes a while for the hot wings to fry up so order them first while you look at the menu. The other day I had the sunrise flame which is a bacon cheeseburger with a fried egg--seriously delicious. The price is right was playing on the tv and everyone in the restaurant was getting really into it. Another reason to love this place. The service can be a little slow if it's busy...there's usually only one waitress and cook so don't expect a five star dining experience.

Kissed by perfection! Our server was just over the top nice and made us feel welcomed. Enthusiastic and always on top of things. I wish I caught her name. Pancakes were so spongy and yummy. I had to eat all six. HAD TO. The ranch was as expected. Perfectly tasty and classic. Hash browns weren't on point but that bacon made everything right. Super sunrise was huge! You could get lost in deep delicious thought and forget what clean hands are. I love both Flameburger locations but I'm very glad to attend this one. The menu offers a larger variety and even has ice cream. So win-win all around.

Very classic diner feel! Food was amazing, really cheap and very large portions! I got a cheeseburger, hash browns and a coke, for around 9$ and I could only eat half so I took the rest home and was just as good, very good classic greasy food!

Nice diner atmosphere with a simple menu of mainly burgers and breakfast food. Prepare to eat.

My lady and I went in for Sunday breakfast. The food was really good but my steak was a little overcooked. Not terrible, and this isn't the kind o place you come for culinary perfection. I'd recommend it for sure.

This is probably the best option in the Northeast metro for 24 hour dining. They serve breakfast, sandwiches and Burgers all day. I opted for the "flame burger" platter, which comes with highly buttered toast, grilled onions, crinkle fries and cole slaw for about $9. You can certainly taste the flame broiling. The onions were a good too. Crinkle fries were OK. Cool retro signage and 70's design. Dumpy on the inside, but in good way.

Great burgers for a great price. Fantastic hole-in-the-wall atmosphere, the late-night staff is super friendly and will make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. A fun experience to visit.

So as previously mentioned, yes they are a typical breakfast style diner, except that they are awesome! Keeping that in mind, I decided today to get a Bacon Cheese Flame Burger California Style with a FRIED EGG (easy over) on top. They do me the favor of putting the California toppings on the top bun as to not destroy the soft runny yolk (kudos!) and a side of mayo for dipping my fries into. I flip the California toppings on to the burger and take the biggest burger bite the diner has ever seen. Egg yolk explodes everywhere on my hands, plate, etc. the burger is Awesome!!! After drippings of egg yolk, mayo, slight tomato and meat juice accumulate on my plate I use this mixture to dip my fries into. FORGET POUTINE (Canadian(def.): fries slathered in brown gravy topped with cheese curds) THIS IS 'MERICA OUR VERSION CONSISTS OF: MAYO, EGG YOLK, MEAT JUICE AND TOMATO JUICE...TOP WITH 1/2 POUND GROUND BEEF, DUN! (Again, only complaint was that actual burger was a little overcooked, I keep forgetting to request the burger a little less done)

I've traveled all over the U.S. and this is just a basic burger. Nothing to woo about. Perhaps if you're in drunk mode and need something to do at 2AM, come here and get yourself a moderately cheap burger.

Good solid burger, fries not bad, my wife brought me a to go meal from there that I heated up in microwave and I thought it was good, the thick bacon and fried onions I think is what made the burger, nothing special about the meat quality as I couldnt taste seasoning on burger, kind of reminded me of a burger you could get from Applebees, nothing that knocked my socks off like a burger from The Nook or DSpot but maybe I didnt try the right burger as my wife chose it for me. I will try this place again someday, it was solid, if im in Roseville and in the mood for a burger I might come here but then again I might go to Snuffys instead as they make good burgers but make excellent malts and bomb onion rings with a bomb dipping sauce.

If you're in the mood for a burger place that's open 24-7 and has that retro-fabulous feeling, you can't go wrong going here. Mickey's might have the higher quality of food and the better decor, but I think the prices are better here. There's some good people-watching to be had after midnight.

Great place for burgers and fries. Their breakfasts are very good too, but spendy to me. With beverage $10 plus tax and tip. Service is so-so. Sometimes good and other times not so good. It doesn't seem to matter if it is busy or not. I guess it depends on the mood of the waitresses.
