Andiamos is now under new ownership(same family), but if anything it's been an improvement in quality!

Just moved from Chicago and was hoping to find some good Italian food close to my new home. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan dinner, which included pasta and garlic bread. The chicken was a preformed breaded patty that had been cut into four strips, minimal amount of sprinkled mozzarella or parmesan cheese and tomato sauce that seemed to come out of a can. The sauce had no seasoning, only a purée of tomato with a few chucks of tomato thrown in. The pasta was ok, not over cooked, but the lack of flavor in the sauce made it almost inedible. The garlic bread was soggy.

Disclaimer: I went only once and it was during lunch. I will, however, not be going back. I had the buffet. The food was decent at best. They only had one pizza at a time to feed the entire restaurant of buffet diners. We had to wait more than once as the pizza didn't last long. The presentation of the spaghetti was less than appealing (strewn about on a pizza pan). We had to ask for utensils. Condiments were dirty and not on every table. When I asked for pepper, the girl behind the counter looked over at a table across the restaurant, pointed at one that was almost empty, and said "there's one." The salad bar consisted of lettuce, cheese, bacon bits, onions, and three unmarked dressing bottles. Given all of negative aspects of this establishment, they did only charge $5.00 for an all-you-can-eat buffet. So, I guess the saying, "you get what you pay for" isn't too far off here.

What happened to to this place!? It used to be a decent slice of pie. Now - not so much. The pepperoni and cheese were a greasy mess making the pizza into a grease soup. To add insult to injury, the crust was grayish-black and burnt. It may be convenient but it's not worth it.

Not impressed what so ever, the mexican pizza was absolutely disgusting and was pricier then most pizza places. Better off going up the road to Costco for a better pizza for a better price in all honesty (not saying Costco pizza is good by any means). Sorry to say that because this area needs a pizza joint that actually takes time in making their pizzas. Best of luck

One of my favorite local pizza places. Their pizza sauce is fantastic and they don't skimp on the toppings and you have to have the bread sticks. The pizza is so good that I haven't had a chance to try the pastas or calzones. The staff is super friendly and I've never had a bad experience. And on the weekdays they have a $4.99 pizza buffet!

I should have read the reviews before ordering but I went as standard as I could go on my first attempt at Andiamo's. The thin crust pizza was lack luster, a little too much cheese made me think an amateur made would have made it. Surprised to see that since most of the workers looked like they were straight from Italy, place was complete with little old Grandma hovering around the register. I like that, if she was sweeping the floor and yelling obscenities at the workers in Italian it would have been complete. Next time I'll try the calzone or at least their thicker crust. I thought the sauce was pretty good, not can tasting but I'm intrigued about this New York style sauce Joshua S. mentioned. I'll study the menu and come back around someday. Plenty of other pizza joints to cross off the list and some favorites I know I'll have a hankering for so when I'm not sure when but someday.

I'm not sure what happened.. But we ordered again tonight and we were completely unimpressed... I read somewhere that ownership has changed and I am not sure if that's for the better because our pizza arrived cold. And not only was it cold, but the large was actually far from it... minimal cheese... canned mushrooms... We were just not happy.. we will give it another go, just not anytime soon.

most of their food is fine, last time I ordered the alfredo pizza and it was fine, just DONT order the taco pizza. If you are expecting a gorgeous pizza with a mound of lettuce and tomato, you will be sorely dissappointed. Even asking for extra lettuce will get you nada. If you want a generic pizza, andiamos is fine, but for anything beyond that, go elsewhere.
