After a day of kayaking on Pontiac Lake with my son, we were ready to eat. He told me about this pizza place on Highland rd so we decided to give it a try. We went inside to find a very nice, clean resturant with friendly staff waiting to help us. After ordering we got to spin the wheel that had various things you could win on it. We received a percentage off our total bill, which was a pleasant surprise. Everyone there was friendly and the food was wonderful. We will definitly go back!

Stopped here after a swim meet to grab some pizza for the kids. Cute little place, but the food is just okay. Even the kids didn't rave about the taste of the pizza. I ordered the anti-pasta salad, and it was mostly iceberg lettuce. The Cheese had a funny taste to it as well. This is definitely a fast food pizza joint. The cool thing is, it does have alcohol for the adults. If you are looking for a tasty meal, this probably isn't your place. But if you were looking for someplace to take the kids, and have a beverage, and aren't a picky eater, this could be your place. The service was fairly quick, and they got us our food quickly even when starting to get busy and only one person working.

Nice variety of really good tasting food! Definitely can't complain when you get a large pizza, a pasta dish, a salad for two (or more), and a dozen breadsticks for a little over $20...I'd imagine the cost to buy at a grocery store would be well over $30!

I ordered from Cheesy Luigis simply because they its -20* today and they have a drivethru pickup window. I would have been better off walking in the cold somewhere else to get a pizza. While the price wasn't awful, $14 for a large pepperoni pizza, a dozen breadsticks and a garlic cheese dip, the food itself was bad. The pizza was lukewarm at best and had obviously been sitting awhile as the cheese was hardened and the breadsticks were wet from the condensation in the bag they were in. 2 slices of pizza and 1 breadstick were consumed, the rest went in the trash :(

They have a drive thru. Parents, did you hear me? They. Have. A. Drive. Thru!!!! Cold or raining? Have a bunch of screaming hungry kids? Cheesy Luigi's is perfect for you. They have a drive thru. Even with the marvelous drive thru option, we usually dine in, as their pizza is best hot and fresh. Inside, the staff is always courteous, quick and attentive. I have overheard them with call in orders and drive thru orders and they are equally as kind and quick. Dining in does have the added advantage of spinning the wheel. Kid's love it! Any purchase over $10 and you earn a spin. Some prizes on the wheel include, Free Delivery, 10% and 15% discounts off, Free Breadsticks, Free Milkshake and more. While their pizza crust isn't my absolute favorite, they do use fresh quality ingredients. Their breadsticks and fettuccine Alfredo are delicious, it's a cheap alternative to dining out and the service doesn't get faster. You will have pizza and breadsticks in front of you before you could make it to the second window of McDonald's.

This place is horrible! I never did have a manager contact me about my first and last visit here. Guess it is better to act like nothing happened than to admit wrong. Horrible, horrible and horrible!

The breadsticks were really fresh & tasty. The deep dish pizza was really good too. I hope it's as good every time we order.

This is some of the best pizza I have ever eaten! The staff is very friendly and are there to make the customers experience amazing. They have a WIDE verity of speciality pizzas (I prefer the pesto and BBQ chicken). They also have a nice secection of toppings if you decide to make your own. I compare this pizza to some of the best in New York. If I had a recamondation to the owners at Cheesy Luigies I would say keep adding specitly pizzas and more toppings or rotate monthly. They have 2 location one in Waterford on M-59 right next to the airport and across from MJR movie theater. The other location is on Sashabaw road in Clarkston ,near Lake Oakland and Woodhaul lake next to S & L autobody. I HIGHLY recomend this pizza for anybody who wants to get away from the chain store taste.

This place was great! When I called in my order they had explained the wait was going to be longer then normal because one of their ovens had stopped working but the woman on the phone was pleasant and I didn't feel like I was rushed when asking questions (most pizza places make me feel like they want nothing more then for me to hang up) and the man who took my payment was also extremely nice and even let me spin the wheel a couple extra times to get a better prize because I had waited longer then normal...which I think waiting 40 min for pizza on a Friday night isn't really that bad! After I spun the wheel I ended up with a free 6pc bread stick for my next visit :) The pizza was amazing! It was good fresh, cold later that night, and reheated the next day, that's how pizza should be! It was also a good price. This place would have got 5 stars from me but the only problem was that I asked for a side of ranch that they charged me for but when I got home it wasn't in the bag. Other then that, this place is worth 5 stars.

My kids love to spin the wheel to win (Free delivery, 10 or 15% off, free 2 ltr, etc for next purchase) Hubby and kids liked the pepperoni (peps are a little spicy). Tried specialty pizzas and they are really good too. I wish they had flavored crust. Dine in you have self-serve fountain beverages and a TV while waiting. Dining room is small, but cozy. They are always cleaning (good sign).

Great pasta. And great service. Not a fancy place, but the quality of their pasta is definitely up there! And kids love that spin wheel. I guess I do love it too - always get something nice from it.

Was looking for a new place to get pizza that wasn't a chain. I live about 23 mins from this place, but it's worth it. The dough isn't the usual premade crap and the sauce is perfect. I love the small pepperoni as they seem to be spicier. Great pizza at a great price.

Hands down one of the best slices of pizza I've had in quite a while. The pepperonis are those little thick spicy-ish ones. As a bonus they have a drive through. How cool is that?

Ok so here's my story. I live in Brighton but watch the grandkids for my daughter. Her family lives in Highland and Waterford is just a few miles east. I've got to feed them, right?? String cheese and dill pickles is not a very good lunch. On our way home from bowling, I asked the kids if they were hungry. Silly question as the 5 yr old grandson is ALWAYS hungry. (That kid is borromless.) They want pizza and we decide to try this place with the funny name. We could have gone through the drive-thru but Mitch wants to eat inside. ( Why do kids have to eat inside? Answer: So they can check out the bathroom!) After we order our food, the lady behind the counter takes out a deck of cards & a card shuffler and I think "Woo Hoo, Blackjack." But alas, it wasn't to be. After the deck is shuffled, I am asked to cut the deck and lo & behold, we get a 5% discount. Now, how neat is that?? She tells me that had I gotten a Joker, the meal is FREE!! Never one for a lack of words, I tell her that I already have 2 Jokers!! Kids didn't think it was funny but a few of the adults chuckled. The guy behind us ordered 3 pizzas and some other food and HE got a Joker!! Yes, it was all FREE!! Anyway, the slices of pizza we asked for were very good and a good size + the drinks are refilled free. So much cheese that it was slithering off. Place was very clean and staff was friendly. Eat-in, drive-thru or take-out. It's your choice.

Not going to lie, my wife and I eat here way to much, but the pizza is great. They have done a great job perfecting their sauce, and it really shows. They have won Oakland Press' top rated pizza a few years in a row now. It is a breath of fresh air from the typical standard pizza chains who have let their ingredients and quality slip. If your looking for a great tasting pizza and nice employees, here is your place.

this chain closed the west bloomfield operation and that did not make us happy as we live nearby and they have the best, thin, welll done crust this side of all of italy and we should know cuz we have been there many, many times. hope this one stays open, cuz if it doesn't we won't be eating any pizza anytime soon. come on rome dede

Pizza is greasy but kids seem to like it. The Mac and cheese is the best we ever had. We make the trip just for that!

THE BEST PIZZA IN THE COUNTRY!! I'LL BET ON THAT. The prices are perfect not to low (which could make 1 think it wasn't good food) Prices aren't to high to make you eat it just once. When I say this place is perfect it is perfect! Pasta is yummy!! If you love carbs you will love this place. So indulge

Good pizza, an expansive dinner menu, and cannoli! It's not the cheapest option (although the specials are pretty reasonable), but the food is good and the people are extremely accommodating. The white pizza is especially delicious. Bonus points for the hilarious menu descriptions.

The 'hot fresh and ready' is the best pick up and go pizza I know. The food is cheap and pretty good for what you pay for it. The service is better than any other drive through joint I've been to.

I've been here multiple times and so far my favorite is their Hawaiian pizza. The service could be better though.

Amazing pizza! Fresh and abundant toppings. Amazing prices - breadsticks, pizza, soda, buffalo wings, and brownies for less than $27. Wow! Staff is always friendly and attentive. Plus you can soon the wheel and win towards your next visit, because you'll definitely be back. Luigi's is a staple!

I have heard how great this place was and since I live close I gave it a try. The pizza was thin and nothing special, and neither were the breadsticks. I always get really annoyed when I order something from a restaurant and realize I could've had better food from the frozen section of the grocery store. To top it off, I ordered online and got one price for my order, but when I picked it up the price was $5 more and instead of honoring the pricing listed the girl just told me the website needs to be updated. Not good customer service and I will not be eating there again.

This is the best place. I just wish it was bigger to eat at. The pizza is fantastic. The breadsticks don't even need a dip for it like other places. I love the spin the wheel, too. The only thing (and I think it is just my own tastebuds) is the pepperoni is a bit too spicy for me. Sometimes I like it and sometimes I am not in the mood. This pizza is so yummy and the staff are so friendly. Definitely a place to go to.
