I must look crazy to give five stars to a fast food restaurant right? Well call me crazy then cause I absolutely love the veggie sliders! I crave the spongey sliders all the time. There's something about how the honey mustard and warm buns between the bean and vegetable patty that I just can't get enough of. Just thinking about it has my mouth watering! The best thing about White Castle is they're open 24/7, which is so convenient for when I'm having my "I need junk food" days! An honorable mention is their fries, it's pretty good too!

White Castles must be steamed! It's not an option - it's required Otherwise they are flavorless junk. I've been eating these things for 60 years so this isn't just some goofy opinion. And, btw, the fries weren't quite up to par, either - but that's minor. Service (drive thru) was just fine, however. Gratiot and I-696 almost always gets it right; 14 and Van Dyke, about 2/3 of the time. This location is 0 for1. Whoever is training these people apparently never ate 'Castles in the day when they were 12 cents, prepared the right way - like, always, and at all locations. That's when people actually craved them - and for good reason. I tossed a bag of 7 1/2 'Castles in the garbage. Like 5 bucks worth. Nice goin.'

Terrible service I called in advanced about a cravecase w cheese because, I don't like to wait around for it to be cooked. When I got there they said I never called and I must of called the wrong location but I hit redial on my phone and they answered I asked them what location they are at they said 12 and dequindre. I said see I told you called they still said I'm lying and called the wrong store so would not recommend this ghetto ass white castle

Three stars for the food (it's White Castle!) but a 1 star for the service. Not sure if it was the servers themselves or just that they got "busy" but it was SLOW! Came into the location around 1 pm Sunday and there was a long wait at the window and at the drive thru. Should have been a red flag but we had time to kill and wanted some sliders. They seem well staffed and most of the orders coming through the lobby area were simple--no large crave cases or anything. We waited a good 15 minutes or so to receive our combo order (jalapeno cheeseburgers, fries, drinks). The people ahead of us had stated they had waited about 1/2 hour or so. Things got tight when a guy came into the lobby screaming about "what's going on with the drive thru?!"--we got a chuckle out of that. Anyway, about 10 minutes later we could hear the guy ordering from the speaker and he "declined" his order because he had to wait. Silly man. Food here is decent, I like this location better than others near by because it is always clean and the servers are very friendly. Only major drawback is the weird drive thru. It's almost impossible to exit onto Dequindre without waiting awhile due to traffic. Forget about making a left if there's any sign of traffic.

If you're not from Michigan you probably don't understand that thrill of White Castle. i will actually CRAVE these greasy, onion-y, weird shaped patty-d goodness. especially when i've had a littttttle too much to drink at the bar. But that is the worst time to go. The drive thru is INSANE late at night. it inevitably takes FOREVER to get through the line. But trust me - i think it's safer. i am terrified of the inside of this particular White Castle at night. there are some shady characters hanging out in there. so -- let's be honest. after all the drinking you just did you're gonna feel like crap tomorrow anyway ... right? so it's okay to compound that nauseousness with some White Castle deliciousness.
