No matter what day it is this Tim hortons drive thru is ridiculous I can't even get coffee before work I give dunk donuts more business because of this they are in and out lighting fast

This location, is truly hit or miss. Drive-Thru Super Speedy But the counter service...is truly lethargic & unsire as if your beverage will be correct..

Iv been here a hand full of times, always drive thru except once. The drive thru is fast and the employees who work the drive thru have always been friendly and professional. The one time I did go in for a carry out the girl at the counter had a Vibe of " I'm tired and I really don't want to be here and not really in the mood to deal with any customers." If your a people person, Great. If your not then stay in the back and make donuts.

This Tim Horton's could really use some help with their customer service and overall knowledge of their own menu. I shouldn't have to argue with the person making my coffee about how many sugars/creams I requested and how many they actually put in there. The young black kid who works there should be fired for his terrible customer service. I remember seeing him working at the Jimmy John's at 13/Hoover before, no wonder he got fired there.

I ordered a cafe mocha, I don't know what I received. But it wasn't right. My boyfriend ordered a berry lemony, too bad it was straight lemon juice, even after he made them remake it. And my ice cream, well, maybe both the employee's were new and didn't know the menu, but it's common sense to wear gloves! Smh, they just seemed so lost and confused about everything they did. Maybe its time for a drug test.
