Drive through! Quick, easy and efficient. The lady at the window was very nice. I'm always happy when I don't have to ask for the receipt, napkins AND spill stick! I will be back! 4 STARS

By far the best Starbucks I have ever been to!! I walk in the door and they know me by name and the service is awesome. Beth is always helpful and Meko and Chris make you feel at home!!

My fiance and I stopped for a cup of pour over coffee today and much to our amazement they offered to make the cup from any bag of coffee in the store. Most places either give is a hard time about doing pour over or only offer one of their brewed varieties. Great service.

I really love the atmosphere, reading the sports section and drinking my coffee or tea anytime of the day here is always relaxing.

I go here every year since I'm in the area annually. They've always been really nice here. Make sure you download the Starbucks app so you can get free downloads and earn stars for free drinks. I've never gotten a bad coffee at this location yet.

Typical Starbucks. Great staff that can both run the inside and drive-thru, making drinks and taking orders simultaneously. I wanted to try the cinnamon Dolce as a skinny option, and they made it happen. (I guess it's unorthodox). Knocked out of the park. Only not getting five stars because the men's bathroom was a disaster. (to be fair... It was an all female staff that was slammed to the max when I was there)

Well let's start this review off with the fact that I stopped in for a Venti Carmel Machiatto but had to wait until drive thru was being service first. Then I specially asked for "Lars" to be written in my cup but it was not. If you going to make me wait at least let me know. My drink was subpar at best. I have had a much butter experience at other star bucks. Good luck if you're going to go here for a great experience!

There's really not a terrible lot to say. This is your standard Starbucks. You know what to expect. They have a drive-thru, which is where I do 98% of my business. They're polite, and fast, and my drink is always as requested. The interior has a weird lay-out, so I'm never very inclined to hunker down to study or work here. It's not bad, just a bit awkward.

Conveniently located and just your typical Starbucks, if you like the service and store anywhere else, you get more of the same here. Stop by for the typical ~$5 lattes and 'chinos'. I use my StarBucks app on my iPhone and get discounts and specials.

This Starbucks at 12 & Mound is convenient in location and parking - it also has a drive-thru which is always a pro for Starbucks. The staff has always been friendly, the coffee is consistent, not much to dislike. The drive thru entrance can be a bit of a pain depending on which way you're coming from, but it's manageable.

I keep breaking my cardinal rule to avoid reviewing anything that belongs to a chain. I bend this rule when a certain location breaks rank and wanders off the uniformity of the corporate doctrine. This location fits that description. Something is off, across the board. The staff is distant, a few of them mutter rather than speak to you, and one particular employee cannot remember the drinks she's preparing, usually trailing off "Grande vanilla something something something", and they just don't seem to taste right. I could just be crazy and it's all in my head (which is highly probable) but I seem disappointed when I leave here. I've witnessed too many customers complaining that their order was wrong. When I want Starbucks, I find myself going out of my way when this one is right by my house. I don't feel like I'm setting a high bar for them either as I'm not a meticulous coffee drinker, as I often just buy Hills Bros. or Folger's by the ten gallon drum and be done with it. All I'm saying is there are better options out there for a five dollar cup of coffee.

It's Starbucks. If you like sappy sweet overpriced, but consistent and convenient coffee drinks, then this is your gig. It's a good location, with lots of parking, a fun and happy staff, and everything's just peachy. I'm an indie coffee shop guy through and through, but this damned place is right by my house and sometimes I just don't feel like driving four miles to go to my local favorite indie shop. It pains me. If you like Starbucks, you like Starbucks. This is a Starbucks. There is a drive-through. That's my review.

Great new Starbucks! They have really nice out door seating at this one! With big umbrellas out there too. The inside is so-so, not the best one I've been to, but it works. The service always seems fast and incredibly friendly. Of course the big bonus is that they have a drive-thru. I mean who doesn't like a drive-thru!? The convenience is definitely worth the drive. I pulled in the drive-thru this afternoon and timed it, I ordered, paid, a received my Iced Passion Fruit tea (OMG SO GOOD) all in the matter of 3 minutes. If that isn't worth it then what is!? The barrista seemed very friendly and repeated my order to me when I handed her money, I can definitely appreciate good efficiency. The great thing about this Starbucks is it is right off mound road and makes it super convenient. And of course they have free At&t wi-fi, which works great with my iphone. Stop in this summer and get a Passion Fruit tea! You will totally not be disappointed, you will be going back every other day to get one (just like me).

Great, as Starbucks go this one was everything you'd expect. Friendly and fast. I actually went there for the breakfast oatmeal.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff that remembers names and faces, and great drinks. An iced americano is good on a hot day, and a latte is good on a cold day.

This is my go-to location, as it's right down the street from me. Despite always having a line, this location has exceptionally fast service. The baristas are adept and most of them even know most of the drinks on the "secret" menu. Thumbs up!

This is the worlds slowest Starbucks ever! They seem to do a fair business, but not enough to justify the slowness. And ...they aren't any better or more friendly than any other Starbucks ...even if they were...they had BEST be friendly after I just spent 30 min in line. Seriously...avoid this Starbucks and drive a couple miles west or north..you will likely save time

Just left, service slow workers standing around taking their time..I ordered an ice coffee watched them make 2 other people's order before mine who ordered after me and had a much more detailed order..lady added ice to the brim then milk and maybe a quarter of it was coffee..took 14 mins to get a plain iced coffee and 5 sips and my coffee was gone..$1 a sip...ridiculous, so over rated

So Starbucks... Big chain, kinda trendy, blah, blah, blah. I have to admit, the service here is great. The baristas are friendly, in the not annoying way if you catch my drift, AND they serve just the right temperature water with their tea. That alone is worthy of five stars in my book! I love tea like most people love coffee and now that they have a some decent options I'll stop in when I just can't make it another step without some lovely tea. If anything, Starbucks is good at getting you in and out in just a few minutes no matter the service. But let the compliments go where they should. This is my go to Starbucks.

This is one of the most friendly Starbucks I have been to. The majority of the surrounding locations need to take a lesson from the way this place runs things.
