It's behind me why Cleveland doesn't have a Tim Hortons! They have the best coffee ever. They beat Starbucks & dunkin donuts hands down. Their French Vanilla is my favorite drink from them. I also like their iced capps. I just tried their s'mores iced blended capps & it was so delicious. The coffee flavor isn't strong & the drink is blended so smooth. Not a huge fan of their regular donuts but, I do really like their timbits (donut holes)! I tried a grilled cheese from here & it was surprisingly really good.

This location drives me crazy. I like Tim Hortons and I have been going to this location off and on for two years. The problem is they don't properly package things at the drive-thru. If you order multiple items you EXPECT a bag. But sure enough every time I go to this location they hand me a bunch of items without a bag. It's always something at this location when I first started coming here it was the sleeves for the coffee. Then they would put donuts unwrapped into the bag with a hot sandwich now it seems like they have donut bags(which is a huge improvement over melted donut mess in the bottom of the bag) but they don't give you a outside bag to hold everything together. The employees are really very nice and will give you the bag if you ask but I Shouldn't have to ask! I used to manage a fast food franchise and I understand how expensive paper goods are and I understand less packaging is better for the environment but trying to hold a hand full of sandwiches,donuts,and napkins as they are being handed to you or while you are driving is just crazy.

Ewwww the workers here was picking they're nose in the drive thru ~ while making coffee !!!! Disgusting place to be! The manager just apologized for her noise picking ! Unbelievable dirty place !

I debated writing a post for my local Timmy Ho's, until I read a post that was clearly from a disgruntled employee... Karma will come back to get that guy! My wife and I recently moved our business into Troy, and spent MANY late nights working on the interior painting and such... This Tim Hortons location was a staple for us, and to be honest there was a young guy working the late late shift that absolutely blew me away. It was 2am, he was chipper, energetic and had a great sense of humor with us. We literally drove back an hour later for another Iced Cap just because this kid was so great. It was mid July 2012 when we stopped in. I have to admit that this location has a MUCH faster drive through lane than the two locations near my house in Oxford, I wish I could get through a lane faster there!

Dunno if corporate has stepped in or something, but the staff seems to be putting in a much higher effort to attend to customers faster now. Looks like they're rotating out employees, too. It's an improvement.

I'm updating my review here based on this morning's experience. I order an onion bagel almost every time I want breakfast from Tim Hortons. Today I was told they don't carry them. I asked through the speaker at the drive thru if they were just out, because I order them often. I was told they never carried them so I must be getting an everything bagel. I know what am everything bagel is. I'm not an idiot. I said fine to appeas the now 2 people taking to me at the drivethrough speaker. I got to work and sure enough, everything bagel that is not an onion bagel that magically dissappeared from the memories of the same people I see every morning. I judt got an onion bagel on Friday from the same 2 people who told me today that they were not or, that they never carried them. Rargh.

I'm sure it's just the current shift that is working but I cannot believe how unprofessional the drive thru staff was. From the minute I ordered there was laughter as she attempted to respond to my order. When I arrived at the payment window they took my money and then informed me they didn't have what I wanted (not a big deal). After I changed my order I was handed my timbits, five minutes later I was asked "Can I see what timbits you have?". So I gave them to her and she laughed and just said how did that happen and then handed them back. Meanwhile I'm still waiting for my two ice caps 3-4 minutes go by and another girl asks me what I'm waiting for. Another minute goes by and she s me brings me one ice cap and says have a nice day. two ice caps 10 timbits 8-10 minutes with no sense of urgency shown from employees, just a clear lack of understanding.

Staff friendly quick and accommodating. Love that the give our fur babies complimentary plain donut holes. When I come into town to visit the parents we start our morning off here. Coffee yummmmm

Love the mint choc coffee! I am a Horton junkie! I do like to get my Horton on daily, when it's not at the drive-thru, its in my kitchen! Service is always excellent, I always have a funny happy smile on my face when I leave here... (wondering what is really in the coffee beans here?)

GO ELSEWHERE....This location sucks. I hear their employees are treated poorly. Plus, they are instructed to not provide or offer sleeves for hot coffee cups (to save money). I love Tim Horton's...just NOT THIS LOCATION. An employee told me THE OWNER KEEPS THE TIPS FROM THE TIP JAR! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP.

Please go try the ice capp and the ice capp supreme (i think the difference between the regular capp and the capp supreme is the whipped cream and flavoring)...give it a shot !
