Went there and what ice cream shop has waffle cones on the menu but doesn't have them on a Monday night? Don't they make them there? Why can't they make more? I only went here because it is close by, but I will avoid this location in the future. Staff is not friendly either.

Would is really be that bad to learn what is on the menu? Especially if it is a small menu? The employees here are interesting in the fact that even though the menu rarely changes, they still don't know it. I have been coming to this location for two years because it is close and convenient. Half the time, what they makes looks sloppy. Also, don't bring in the coupons from ads, they are not a participating location.

I was a past employe there & the way they treat their employees is horrible. Lots of teenagers, including myself, work there or have worked there. During the school year, teenagers are only suppose to work until 9:30. Some nights, I was there until 11pm, even later. My GPA dropped down from almost a 4.0 to less than a 3, within less than 2 months of me working there, because they scheduled me for roughly 30 hours a week, which again is illegal. This didn't happen to just me, it's been with multiple employees. That's why they honestly can't keep an employee for more than a couple months. They're doing so many things that are not right, including ripping off their customers as well. I would not recommend going here. Please give your business to some other Dairy Queen, because this one does not deserve it with what they're doing.

Worst DQ ever. Ordered a Jurassic smash and they left out the cookie dough. When I asked for it to be made over they said they could put scoops of cookie dough in it. I asked for a refund If they couldn't make it over and was denied by the manager Steve. I was told someone new made my dessert which I asked why couldn't the mistake be made right by someone else. After a long discussion of rights in wrongs I was finally refunded. Last visit here for sure!

First, the workers. Could they be a little friendlier? Would it kill them to say "hello"? I felt like I was inconveniencing them. I'm not a prude by any stretch of the imagination, but I personally don't like to see facial piercing in a place that serves food. Second, the food, you can't go wrong, its pretty straightforward and tastes like any other DQ. Lastly, I wasn't going to give 1 star until I saw the bathroom. My daughter had to go, so in we go. The toilet seat was up from the last patron and OMG. The underside of the seat was science experiment meets sewer, totally disgusting. Then the mind wanders what else is dirty around the store. I will not be back.

Great stop for ice cream, even on a cold night. Remember to get an ice cream cake for your next special occasion, I am sure it will become your tradition like it now is ours. My fAvorite is the double fudge cookie dough blizzard with added brownies. Eatin one now.

Really needs to improve clenliness standards. They used the same mop from the urinal floor as they use in the restraunt. I will never return and spend a dime here again.

How can teenagers be so NICE, competent, and helpful? When they live in an affluent Michigan suburb, I guess. This DQ made me actually want to WORK at a DQ. And not just because of the free ice cream. But because it was clean, bright, fun, and just a swell place to be. Got a ginormous Reese's ice cream cake for my father-in-law's birthday, and their lettering looked PROFESSIONAL, yo! No misspellings or poor penmanship here! Love love love this DQ. (Can you tell I've been drinking a tad?)

I recently joined the Orange Julius Quench club and was emailed a "buy 1 smoothie get 1 smoothie free" coupon. I tried to use it at this DQ but the store refused to honor it. The coupon specifically states "valid at ANY orange julius locations (not just "at participating locations") and is an official coupon from corporate! The girl behind the counter was helpful enough to take the coupon to the supervisor in the back to confirm but came back telling me that they will not accept the coupon and that they have their own coupons and this is not one of them. The supervisor didn't even care to step out front to explain this to me. I am very disappointed at this store for their customer service and for not honoring legitimate coupons. I am not sure if I will try to use DQ/Orange Julius coupons anymore as it seems like the independently owned franchises don't want to honor any corporate promotions or discounts.

This is our go-to Dairy Queen and we've been there a handful of times since we moved here - and the employees are always very nice and very efficient. I also love them because they will make me a specialty blizzard (where other DQs look at me like I have three heads when I ask). So as far as Dairy Queens go, this one is totally top-notch!
