I'm a loyal fan on this Timmy's, however something has changed in the past few weeks. The staff used to always (drive thru) be so polite and friendly. The person taking my order no matter who, was just great. Now, there is a big change. All of a sudden my onion bagel that I always get 'never existed' and they claimed I have never had one there? What? I'm not a moron. I know what I get. If you changed type menu, say that. Funny every other TH in the area still had them. Then when I was asked to hold on 'a sec' after the girl asked if she could take my order, I sat in park fir 4 minutes. There was nobody in the drive thru when I pulled in. I think she just forgot I had been asked to hold on 'a sec'. Don't address your customers like you're in high school. When I went to order coffee I was asked in a snippy tone 'stat it?' Like to combine Is and that. Really, dont get snarky when I'm being patient here. How about you let me finish my order before you cut me off. 3rd time that's happened in 2 weeks The lady at the windiw I've never seen. Super nice. Overall the rating has gone from 5 to 3 stars here in 2 weeks. One more bad experience I may just ditch them. At least my foid is correct, besides from the mystery of the dissappearing menu bagel....

Learn how to make coffee. I paid for a flavor and asked for sweetener as well. Neither were included and this is the worse drink I've ever had.

Never again. One visit to this location was enough for me. At the drive thru, I ordered a raspberry bran muffin, and the response was a snicker, followed by my being notified that such an item did not exist. I explained that I order this same item every time I go to Tim Horton's, but the associate claimed there was no such item. I ordered a coffee and a double chocolate donut. As I was handed my food, I asked for a receipt, and the woman told me it would be "just a second". Minutes later, the manager opened the window and informed me that I would have to wait 15 minutes if I wanted a receipt, and shrugged her shoulders. I left then, only to find I didn't even get the right donut. It was a chocolate donut covered in crumbled pieces of candy, which I couldn't eat. Worst Tim Horton's location ever. Obviously, the staff that day was very disrespectful and incompetent.

Worst Tim Hortons that I've ever been to! Ask for a #7 and got just the sandwich & drink! They just hand me my sandwich without putting it in a bag! Hello I'm driving to work I don't want my food to be cold. I ask for my hash brown & my receipt and the employee gave me the worst look. I called to complain about my sandwich not being in a bag and the manager said that's how they do it there! Oh well first and last time I'm going there! They don't even deserve a one star at all!

Top Notch Just tried this location, the modern design looks very nice(lacks instant Tim's Recognition though-maybe paint top roof Trim Brown), the outside and inside were clean and nicely landscaped. My coffee was very fresh and my food as well, I think I'll make this my go to Tim's.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Since I work in the area I've been to this location multiple times and had a terrible experience each time. Want a plain bagel toasted with butter? Might as well be asking for Baked Alaska. They get the toasted part down but the butter they use must be worth more than gold as all you get is a tiny drop. Chocolate glazed donut? Naw, the staff there knows you really wanted to order a regular donut, so that's what you get. Tim Horton's is a chain, go to a different location.
