It's a Subway. I didn't go in expecting a 5 star experience, just a sandwich. That's what I got. I went during the lunchtime rush the day before a holiday weekend. It was busy. I think that the counter staff handled the crowd well. Small dining area, but I think that's typical for a Subway?

I have been here before with moderate customer service. Tonight I stopped in at this store at 930pm to pick up a sub before work. The gentleman helping me was pleasant but after I ordered I noticed another female worker. She was moving bread into the oven. I witnessed her wipe her complete face and nose several times. It was a minimum of 10 times without washing her hands (in just a 5 minute period). She appeared sick and there was what looked like an open sore on her lip. I was completely disgusted and I should have just walked out of the store. Me being the passive person I am payed for the sub and threw it out when I got home. I was disgusted by what I saw and I can only imagine what goes on when customers are not there. People need to know that their health may be at risk if they eat here. I will never go back again, not would I want my friends or family to. I have contacted subway corporate customer service about this matter.

There was an occasion I went to this location and drove all the way home parched ready to destroy my sub. To my amazement my sub had been misplaced with with a horrible bland tuna sub, I got the BMT to begin with. After 45 mins on the can I decided I would never go back. Also the make the sloppiest sub in the south east michigan area. I felt like a mongloid eating my sub like I live in 1552.

I think this is my first ever negative review. I love subway and it's one of the only things I will eat in the morning for breakfast that I have not made myself at home. And this happens to be the only one close to my office (it's even a little bit out of the way). Every time I come here it's a bad experience. Last time it was insanely slow and the girl making my sandwich overcooked the English muffin where it was so hard it was a chore to eat. This time my sandwich was a mess (as posted in picture). The eggs were hanging off the sides and vegetables in disarray and none of it was toasted as requested. And it's different people every time. Also they never really seem prepared to have customers in the morning even though the door clearly lists 7 am as their open time and I do not usually arrive until around 9. It's just awful every time. Management is probably at fault for the poor training and supervising of it's employees but either way it's as if no one cares and it shows. A lot.

Avoid at all cost! Service was awful. Sandwich was made poorly. Not clean and employees talked badly about the customers once they left the building.
