Such a hidden Starbucks jewel in Troy! Great and friendly staffs where there aren't a lot of people, (good for me, bad for the company). I like this place because there are comfy chairs to sit on, ample tables, chairs, and space. Great place to just do your homework where it's quiet and a nice place to meet friends for coffee and chat. I like this place a lot! I'll come here often and relax!

I use this Starbucks most during the harsher winter months because it has a drive-thru. They are always rockin' but typically it doesn't take too long to get my order. Staff are always friendly here. The location is convenient. I would definitely recommend this location to other fellow Starbucks addicts.

Randomly decided to stop by here one afternoon while waiting for the bf to get off work. I walked in to get the iced peach green tea. I saw on the menu the ice peach green tea with lemonade. I asked the cashier for that. He automatically gave me a high 5! I love the enthusiasm of the baristas. You should love where you work. They all definitely do. I got my drink in under 5 minutes. & even got a refill in less than 3 minutes (I am a starbucks gold member). Super great fast service! I also love their super comfy couch. It is a smaller starbucks but it has a drive thru!

With all of the hotels in the area, I couldn't believe this STARBUCKS wasn't on the list. There are a lot of Starbucks in this area... and this one gets overlooked because they don't have a drive-thru window. However, the quick and efficient staff get you in-and-out in a hurry with a smile on their face! It's really one of my preferred Starbucks when i'm in the Troy/Pontiac/Auburn Hills area! 5 Stars

Very welcoming Starbucks, I am under the impression that the baristas there are making a nice effort to welcome people and be polite especially considering some other arrogant and not very polite customers that I witnessed. Drinks are made correctly and quick considering the high activity in the morning and at lunch time. If you go there during non rush hours you will have plenty of room to sit otherwise not sure. It's a nice place to work or to discuss with friends but the reason I put 4 stars is that it could be pretty crowded in rush hours and the parking is a mess between people that come in and out. A plus is their drive through.

Not busy at all, just a few other people there. I was greeted with a friendly smile. Drinks took a little longer than it usually should take, but it wasn't exceptionally long of a wait. The drink was made perfectly (Gingerbread Latte). Overall it's a great, clean Starbucks better than most :)

Convenient to both I-75 and the Bagel Factory, this friendly and quick Starbucks was always a stop on my trek northward to Auburn Hills. Very nice baristas.
