Love this place - especially the grilled chicken and cheddar - with extra hot peppers, which are spicy and perfect. This location runs like a machine at lunch - these folks work really hard and fast, are super coordinated with one another timing-wise, yet they are still friendly. Always know the line will move fast and lunch will be great.

I've had a lot of subs in my life: Subway, Quizno's, Jimmy John's, and many local ones around the country. But I still have to claim that TOASTED is always the way to go! Basically how you do it here is you pick the bread and the sandwich that you want. Then go to the next step, post toasting, and request what you want to dress your sandwich with. Be cautious with the oil because they really just pour it all on there, so much that it seeped through my bag later in the day. I got the "A-wreck" sandwich on the recommendation of some ladies behind the counter saying it was the most popular sandwich. Of course it would be! There are four kinds of meat in it: salami, roast beef, turkey, and ham. Their "hot peppers" are pickled jalapenos that are actually spicy! No room for wimps here. They regular is not as big as I thought and they don't even load it up with as much meat that would warrant this kind of crowd. But the regular does end up being enough for one person and it was such a truly tasty sub. I enjoyed every bite and I'm even staring at my other half right now, at 11pm, debating whether or not to eat it even though I had already brushed my teeth. What a dilemma. I love the selection of chips and drinks they have; simple offerings that help put the meal together. But let me give credit where it is due... to the FRESHLY BAKED COOKIES! I chose the Chocolate Brownie Cookie and it tasted as good as it looked. Thin and chewy. It was pretty true to its name since it tasted like a brownie in cookie form. I'll gladly come back.

Alright place to grab a quick lunch and a bite to eat. +: A lot of selection of sandwiches/grinders. They're nice and warm which makes it a very distinct sandwich with flavorful taste. -: The Sandwich is a bit on the smaller size. For a guy like me, two sandwiches would make it a lunch for me. All in all, a nice sandwich joint.

I've been to this particular location twice and I love it. The salads are delicious and fresh. The staff is pretty awesome too. I highly reccomend it.

The peppers on the sandwich are good but kind of spicy. That's why I get a strawberry shake with my meal. It helps to coat my stomach and keeps me from getting heartburn after I eat the peppers.

As far as sandwich places go, Potbelly's is meh. You could just as easily visit a Quiznos which never has a line, or get a cheaper sandwich at Subway or Jimmy Johns. Regardless, I visited this joint because my girlfriend went to Noodles and Co. next door and since I was fighting a case of the dysentery, I decided I needed something more plain. I walked in and ordered a plain turkey sandwich with cheese on wheat bread - you know, to make me regular again. The workers looked at me like I had the plague (which I sort of did). Sandwich was okay. It helped my case of the stomach pains. I'm not sure why you are still reading though. You probably should have stopped when I first mentioned dysentery. The fact that you are still reading scares me.

5 star potbelly. Super quick and clean. No complaints ever. Go there all the time. It's usually crowded with the work lunch crowd but it moves really fast. Plus they never get my order wrong and I eat there all the time. It's definitely about as good as potbelly gets.

Potbelly all around is a great sandwich shop. Their tuna and chicken salad sandwiches are phenomenal. I am not really into deli so I stay away. Soups are tasteful and you can't taste the sodium like a lot of other places serving soup. Shakes! Shakes! Shakes! GET ONE. All great. PS you can get sides of hot peppers... As many as you'd like!

Their Roast Beef is the only sandwich I have tried there thus far that I felt is pretty good. The Grilled Chicken and Cheddar is okay and I'll get it on occasion, but I typically stick to the Roast Beef. The Chili was okay, but was a bit too loose for my liking. If it had had more than just beef and a few beans it would have been better. I also added cheese to it for an extra $0.50 and all they did was put a quarter of a small piece on top. That combined with the already $3.50 cost for just a cup is not really worth it in my opinion. Back on the topic of price, Potbelly needs to be a bit more competitive. Spending close to $14 for a Sandwich, Cup of Chili and a Pop is a bit much. I really have to be in the mood for it or else it just is not worth it. Potbelly to me is and always will be Jimmy Johns less important toasted Cousin.

Fast, good food. I ordered A Wreck Salad (my standard order at Potbelly) and was pleased, although they didn't give me croutons. My strawberry shake was also good, though a bit runnier than I am used to and only had one buttercookie instead of two. :( My boyfriend ordered a "big" pizza sandwich, but it wasn't very big or filling for him.

Fresh, fast, and has great hot peppers. This place is just simple good for a sandwich shop. You can say it's the same as others, but others are just the same as it. It's a toasted sub shop, don't compare it to cold cuts or a place with a flipping microwave IMO. The difference is the fact they pump out great hot subs, with really good soups, all while making damm fine cookies, and shakes. Their oatmeal chocolate chip is awesome, and sugar cookie is one of the best around without going to a bakery. That's a nice add on to a simple sub lunch that I can appreciate on the go. Subway / JJ cookies are total dumpster trash compared to Potbelly. I do wish I could get a whole pickle like at JJ though. Most recently I had the Mediterranean sub. It was hummus, roasted red pepper, artichoke hearts, cucumber, and feta. I added grilled chicken, Italian seasoning, tomato, and pickles. Fresh, and yum! Chicken adds $1 to base price of $5 for regular size, $6 for big. Sub sizes are on smaller side though.

I haven't had Potbelly in a while and honestly forgotten how much I enjoyed them. I had the Italian flatbread with peppers and it was really good. Everything was fresh & hot. Perfect amount of toppings. The staff is friendly and even during lunch rush they remain attentive & organized.

I once had a Potbelly sandwich without the peppers. Mistake. It was just boring and run-of-the-mill at that point. The peppers are definitely what keep me coming back. The milkshakes are pretty darn tasty too. A nice treat for every now and then when I'm out doing errands in the afternoon.

I hate to give this place 2 stars because 2 stars sounds baaaad, but I'm going by the descriptor of "Meh. I've experienced better." The line to order was long (but it moved quickly) and the staff was nice...but the sandwiches were just okay--I would have been equally happy (or maybe even happier!) with a $5 footlong from Subway....or for the same price, a sub from Quiznos. It was a nice lunch, but nothing I feel the need to repeat.
