There is a McDonalds about a mile north of this place that will actually provide you with decent service. They are slow, rude, and always get your order wrong. You'd think with how slow they are they would take the time to get your order right but nope! The owner must hire all her friends. If you tell them your order is wrong you will receive a death stare and more slow service. How hard is fast food....

A very incompetent staff. I can't even count how many times they messed my order up. The only reason I go there is convenience at work. The manager connie needs to learn how to manage a staff. They got my order wrong and one time I went to pick up my replacement order, and guess what? I got that order wrong also! If McDonalds cared they would do something about this location!

This is pretty much the last time I will EVER stop at this McDonalds. I got to the drive through, once again, waited a good 3 minutes before even being acknowledged, then ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg meal and a coke. Are the eggs always runny? This one sure was - I am pretty sure I noticed because the muffin seemed to not be cooked AT ALL much less toasted. This place is a joke, and I seriously recommend removing the franchise license.

This McDonald's is the worst one I've ever been to. I don't know why my husband and I keep patronizing them when we are pretty much guaranteed to be disappointed, probably because it's the closest one to our house. Multiple times they have messed up our order, been out of things and have been straight up rude. Just yesterday I pulled up to the speaker and was asked, "what do you want?" and after I placed my order the gentleman said, "You're all set." No total, no thank you. 90% of the time when I order a sweet tea with light ice, it's either no sweet enough or it's extra ice. Never exactly what I ordered. I try to avoid this location at all costs as should you!

WORST PLACE TO EAT - KEEP DRIVING. Placed our order and had to return when they gave me honey for our 4 pc nuggets after asking for BBQ sauce - 3x's. Came back a SECOND time when the special ordered chicken with added cheese and onions was actually made with tomatoes(second child is deathly allergic!) and onions...Went inside this time & the mgr who waited on us in the drive-thru told another mgr to help us (not in English -but bc, I'm bilingual, I fully understood her) bc she didn't want to. I requested the DMgr name & phone #. I've called Laura 5x's since the "incident" and NOT 1 return call. THIS LOCATION GIVES MCD'S A BAD TASTE

I live pretty much across the street from this McDonald's. This McDonald's is hands down, the worst McDonald's I've been to. While the interior has a nice ambiance, the workers are very rude and uneducated (that's probably why they work there, right?). Once, my sister and I were at the drive-through and we asked asked the cost of the 4-piece chicken nugget. The guy replied "I don't know, look on the board" in a rude way and started laughing. We got pretty mad so we just drove off. Another time, I went in to get a Shamrock Shake and I saw this lady going ham at the manager. It was apparently because they messed up her order for like the 5th time. The funny part was, the manager didn't really take her seriously. And the girls working at the front work really slowly. They act as if the customers have all day. I can't tell if it's because they're lazy or if it's because they're mentally handicapped. Also, they only put exactly one pickle in their cheeseburger. I first thought this was a joke, but apparently not. Seriously, why not put any pickles at all? Please do NOT go here! There are other fast food restaurants like hooters and burger king across the street.

Nightmares are made here. Going to the drive thru at this McDonalds location was so bad. I literally just left and immediately had to write a bad review because no business has been so deserving of a horrible rating ever before in the history of Yelp. Do your self a huge favor and avoid this place at all cost.

Before I tried this Mickey D's, I thought that McDonalds provided uniformly good service and food that was always the same. But after stopping at this place a few times for quick bite, I was surprised to find out how bad and seemingly mismanaged a McDonalds can be. I don't know if this location is privately owned or whether it is a corporate location, but I do think the staff needs some training and the owners or the corporation need a serious reality check. I have been served cold and lopsided sandwiches. I have sent fries back a few times because they were ice cold. I have driven by when I was really hungry and just found another place because I have had so many bad experiences. Not good.

I rarely eat fast food, and now I remember why. To start off, I was having a massively stressful week at work -- and as such, was having some SERIOUS comfort food cravings. Since my Mom wouldn't make her homemade spaghettis sauce for me and drive it up to my office (so selfish of her), I decided to make a Mickie D's run for la officina. I went through the drive through. It should be noted that the boy who took my order & money was the best part of the experience. My receipt is 100% correct. He was polite and courteous. Window number 2 is another issue. They handed me my "drink carrier" and as soon as I set it down, their ridiculously top heavy sodas tipped and spilled all over the floor of my brand new car because they werent' "pushed in" enough. After further investigation, I realized I had been given a BROKEN cup holder...the bottom was nearly split in two. I pulled my car into a parking place to clean up the mess and check the remainder of my order. I had ordered a 6 piece nugget and a 10 piece nugget...which means 3 sauces. My receip clearly notes that I asked for sweet and sour and hot mustard...apparently reading is not a "thing" at McDonald's because I had no sauce. I marched inside, receipt in tow, since they will now charge you for additional sauce (which is so obscene). After a few people accused me of "cutting" the line because I walked up to the counter, a girl finally helped me. I explained that they had forgotten my sauce and I had come to collect. I told her what I needed, and she returned with one of each. I asked, "Don't you get 2 sauces with a 10 piece nugget?" Bewilderment ran across her face and she slumped over to retrieve my additional sauce and ketchup (which I also received none of). I was give 2 ketchup packets for THREE orders of fries. I got back to my office and passed out the food. I went into my office, and despite everything, was ready to bite into a delicious Angus Bacon Cheeseburger. I opened the delapitdated container and inside was what appeared to me an old mushroom swiss burger. It was DISGUSTING LOOKING! The cheese was hard, there was about a pound of WARM mayo on it, the burger patty was cold and STUCK to the bottom bun! My fries were old, cold and gross...and let's face it -- it was lunch, there is no REASON they should be serving gross fries. I called and spoke to the manager her offered me a free burger the next time I come in....doubtful that will happen. It wasn't just the terrible service -- the AWFUL quality of food is what is the real issue. It's McD's, I am not expecting 5 Star, but I am expecting the CORRECT order and EDIBLE food. My dog wouldn't have eaten this burger...and he likes poop. Looks to me that Corporate needs to send in some secret shoppers.
