I always give BWW 4-5 stars; it's my favorite restaurant / sports bar EVER. The food is always good; it was great last night, when I was there. No surprises; just great wings, and the best onion rings I've ever had. The service - crap. My server was good, but the place was WAY understaffed, especially for Monday Night Football. The girl who brought my food out had a great butt, though. YAY!

Great food. AWFUL SERVICE. I've been to this place a few times and as much as I love the food here, the service is atrocious! How long do I have to wait for my drink to come? And don't even consider getting a refill. Ugh. Does the staff not realize that when people are eating HOT WINGS they need quick refills on their drinks? Duh! Like I said, the food is delish--especially the mango habanero wings. OMG--best sauce ever! I wouldn't come on a Friday or Saturday night, or if there's a big sports game, because you won't get ANY service.

Great, classic place to get wings in the Troy-area suburbs, especially when they are cheaper on Tuesdays. I always order them wet, and they are usually very good to comply. They have slipped up our orders a few times when they were busy, but when we pointed it out they were usually great about remedying the situation. The bone-in traditional wings in Spicy Garlic & Hot is all I eat here so I can't comment on much else. Other than that there's some later night happy hour drinks, plenty of screens including projectors with the local sports games, and an overall attentive staff and service for a bar & grill. This may be a huge chain, but when chains do something and do it right, such as these guys do wings (or how Five Guys does burgers), well then, I still support them, chain or not. And I definitely enjoy any "B-Dubs" more than the neighboring independent owned "Joe Kool's" bar & grill. I'm a little disappointed that Tuesday wing deals are slowly getting worse. I remember back in the day they were like 25 cents each, years ago. Then it became 30 cents, 35...40...Then there was the buy x-denomination of wings, get same x-denomination free - which was cool as long as you planned your group size accordingly. Now that is over and I hear they are changing to 45 cents/wing on Tuesdays! Slowly, the deals are barely deals anymore! There's a wing sauce for that. It's called "lame sauce."

I like going here to watch sports since they have tons of t.v.'s. However there is no accessible seating in the bar. The staff are friendly and Sal is our favorite bartender.

Overly expensive. Sat near the bar and heard a waitress dropping F-bombs with the bar tender during lunch. I won't be back.

I know, I know. I was just here last Tuesday, but I just had to bring my 18 year-old nephew to check this place out. He was excited to try their hot wings. I was excited that they were $0.40 each on Tuesdays. My nephew is 6'2" and a former HS football player! I needed free Wi-Fi to send off some pics to friends, so what a perfect place to spend some time. Wings, ESPN and free Wi-Fi! I had the sweet BBQ and Chipotle (remember to ask for this one 'cuz it's not on the menu). Both were good. I am not a big meat eater; hardly ever, but I like wings every once in a while. My nephew loved the Hot ones and thought my choices were okay. I could get real addicted to this place if I lived here!

Always liked the food. Its a great place to down a beer and eat wings. But...sometimes the wait staff forgets how they make your money. Customers should always get priority over cleaning a half empty place. We had to sit ten minutes while we watched 6 waitresses fill ketchup bottles and salt shakers. I made mgt aware and he comped me andmade sure we had good service going forward. The greeter at the door (small girl) was great! So..3 stars for now.May upgrade next time

I love when I go in to pick up a carry out order and there is a very long line. I love waiting in line using my patience. I love when someone walks in, bypasses the entire line and is given service before at least 3 other waiting groups---all there to pick up carry out orders too. When I speak up to the customer, he says he's there to get a carry out. I tell him that the entire line is too. When I finally get my turn (after waiting now at least 10 minutes) I tell the wait staff who allowed the man to cut in line that it was rude and unfair to those of us waiting. She cuts me off and says she didn't know. Look up at the very crowded foyer area! So, I ask for the manager. He was dismissive and rude too offering a very contrite apology. I did not want free food, or anything other than an sincere apology. I live in Troy and go here on occasion, and we get carry outs too. I don't think I'll be in a rush to return. Their food is so-so, having gone down in quality since they've opened. Orders have been wrong in the past--sometimes almost no wing sauce, sometimes way too much sauce. However, customer service is #1 and realizing that you've upset a line of people waiting very calmly on a busy night should be addressed. I was there on 11-30-13 at 7:45pm. I realize that it was busy, but the man who cut in line should have been directed to wait, had the wait staff cared to look up. I was ignored as were all the other customers, and that says a lot to me.

I don't understand the appeal of B Dub's...the food is lackluster and overpriced and the drinks aren't anything special. Service isn't great. Overall I'd say, Meh. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I love me some B-dubs (franchised or not) they are consistently clean, smoke free and great for free wi-fi and sports and if you travel like I do that is important. I ran down here for lunch today, ordered when the waiter wanted to take my drink order (because I was short on time, and I know the menu, duh). 20+ minutes later this waitress drags over to my table to tell me there was a problem with the printer and my food would be out shortly. 5 minutes later I had to leave without eating racing back to the office. I wont come back to this sub-standard BWW. You guys suck. :(

For startes I would give it 2 1/2 stars, not just 2, but 3 was too many. BDubs is BDubs and I've been going since college. The wings are delish, the trivia is fun and there's tons of tvs. But here's the thing about this one: Okay sure, it's got a great location. Plenty of parking and more seating than your average Bdubs. The service is sub par though. I waited 10 mins for a waitress to take our drink order and when she brought them I was ready to order food and she ran off. It was another 20 or so minutes before she came back for our food order (and no she wasn't busy, I saw her chatting w/ the other waitresses by the stuffed animal machine several times). The wings were good, better quality than the Ferndale one (which I don't totally understand). However, I find their domestic drafts to be too expensive. This is a sports bar and $3 domestic drafts should be the norm, $4 and $5 is just ridiculous for a chain like this. Overall it was okay, but let's be honest, if it weren't for the wings, I would never go back.

For appetizer the BBQ nachos were REALLY good and very large too. They currently have a special Steak and Potato Flat entree. It reminded me of a quesadilla with steak. It actually had French fries inside of the flat. It would have been good if the french fries inside of it were not so greasy. Otherwise it was good. We also got the chicken buffalitos with hot BBQ. I definitely recommend them!

They suck at counting wings. 30 wings ordered, 60 wings served? OK! The middle-eastern girl that serves us is always nice, helpful and is pretty quick with our drinks. The spinach artichoke dip is worth $3 on a Tuesday. It's a standard BW3's... good wings, good service... can't expect much more.

I received the most atrocious service at the Troy, MI Buffalo Wild Wings. I would advise anybody who decides venture into this establishment to avoid the waitress named Cindy H. You'll know who i'm talking about because not only is she the old lady that works there, but her scowl separates her from the rest of the pleasant staff. The woman's attitude is down right nasty and at times disrespectful. I'll never return here, and I highly suggest people to find their chicken wings elsewhere.

Good place to watch the games and eating Chicken Wings. The best time to go is either Tuesday or Thursday when they have the specials. However, it is always so crowded. The wait can be from a little as 10 minutes up to an hour. The food can take up to 30 minutes to come after you order. Nevertheless, I still like the chicken wings. My personal Favorite is the Asian Zing which is the sweet spicy garlic sauce. yummy! The beer is very good too.

I never review chain restaurants - you almost always know what you are getting. My experience with this specific franchise earned an exception. I was planning to go to a sports bar to watch a the wrestling Pay-Per-View. We called ahead to verify that they would be showing it. The girl who answered the phone assured me that we would be able to watch it there. She recommended that we get there about an hour before it started to insure a table. We got there about an hour early and it was empty. 30 minutes before it started the manager stopped by our table to make sure everything was going well. We double checked with him to verify that they would be showing the event (we were getting suspicious that the place was still fairly empty). He checked to see if they were showing it and they weren't. We informed him that the person answering the phones told us that it was. He did not apologize, or try to rectify the situation. He just promised to talk with the person who answered the phone. We had already ordered about $40 worth of beer and wings that we would have never bought had we known that they would not be showing the event. This franchise could definitely use some management improvement. Our waiter was fine, the food was exactly what I've had every other time I've been to B-Dubs, but the bait and switch used to lure us in was absolutely unacceptable.

i used to go to the b-dubs in e. lansing all the time, it was an awesome joint for sports, and the food was amazing... the chicken wings especially. oh man... the chicken wings. but since they've been franchised in every city around, the quality has gone straight through the floor. this location is no exception... sorry libby, i gotta disagree. today was $.50 boneless wing day (maybe that's part of my problem... boneless wings, not exactly "authentic") and i got an 8 piece with spicy garlic sauce. i've always loved that sauce, and it tasted good this time too. also got the southwest dippers and they were less than average. about half way through i started to feel sick and couldn't finish the meal... not saying it was the food making me sick (might have been something else), but i KNOW the food didn't help. good spot to watch a sporting event if you wear your tie to the bars after work and like to hang your shades on the back of your collar (seriously, 3 guys at one table) while you play golden tee... other than that, not much to offer. service was friendly and drinks were filled right as we finished them.

Only reason this place got one star is because I love Bdubbs and because half a star is not an option. The staff is nasty and the managerial contingent is not much better. Everytime there's a problem with the food quality the staff makes no attempt to rectify the situation. Visited this location on Sunday a little before close and the food was visibly rushed and not fresh. Visited the location again on Wednesday to use the gift certificate that I was given as a result of the poor service from Sunday and my experience was even worse. I will be sticking with the royal oak and Detroit locations.

Great place to watch a game of football or basketball or hockey with your friends and have drinks with wings.. Friday's and Saturday's can never get better than this.. Great service and finger licking food makes this place an inevitable..

I asked my brother why is this particular one his #1 favorite? He grins shyly but unable to answer why. I explain to him as an yelper and reading the reviews on this place so far it don't look too good, he still doesn't have much to say. Our waitress Alisha was very nice, even brought out 2 different sauces to try ( what restaurant staff does that now?) Then we were visited by Ryan C manager who asked us how was the food and if we needed anything else. My wife went to the ladies room came back and reported the bathroom to be exceptionally clean. I followed shortly after and checked out the men's room as well, yes very clean it was. Food was good. Then another manager, Ryan B stopped in and asked about our experience. We are giving this one a full thumbs up. And yet again another choice of my brother's proved exceptional!!

Had a good time with the family this afternoon. Loved the ambiance (much better than the Sterling Heights location IMO), although most don't like places with loud music. Colin was very attentive and provided superb service, I was honestly very impressed, considering it was a busy Saturday afternoon. We asked for the machines to play trivia and he ran through the instructions for my 13 year old son, which I appreciated. When we were finished, he brought out boxes for our leftovers and packed it all up for us. If theres anything to complain about I would say that there were quite a few napkins thrown about the floor.

They dont' have desginated "take out parking" like most of the other BW3's (or at least none that I saw). However, they seemed busy at the take-out counter! Seems to be a popular idea in Troy, Mi! Unfortunately, while I was there they messed up 3 orders (including mine) in about 15 minutes. The hostesses seemed a little preoccupied, and saw them miss several guests. 2 different sets of people turned and walked out. It was a shame because the restaurant had a lot of space, but there was just a cluster of people in the doorway waiting for carry out! However, it's BW3... a chain... and they are all similar! I would recommend getting on board with their new "limited edition" signature sauces, that are limited time only! They are pretty good! 3 Stars!

Much better than some of the other bww I've been too. Wings weren't over done, service was average but they were really busy so I understand! Love how many tvs they have, just wish they were placed a little better around the dining room. Overall great experience!!!

Bartender Sal Russo is one of a kind. Very passionate, friendly, and caring. Great personality! He's very quick and will definitely make you laugh. So if your ever sitting at the car and Sals working, hook it up! This guy should own his own BDubs one day.

I'm a regular bdubs customer. I went today with some friends. Three of us got the chicken breast sandwich. Of the three, mine was RAW! How does a restaurant (that specializes in deep fried chicken) serve something that is raw? The server was unapologetic - offering to take the sandwich off my bill...that was a kind act, considering it was inedible! A manager did not come to my table and to be honest, the server didn't seem to mind all that much. They didn't try very hard to keep my business. Raw chicken should not be taken lightly. And for that reason, I will not return to the Troy Buffalo Wild Wings. - A former Bdubs patron

Worst service I've ever encountered..... Disgusting attitudes from all the workers!!! I ordered my food and when they had got the food wrong and had the most disgusting attitude I've ever encountered they have lost my business I actually drove to the one on mound... Customers are always right but the manager said it was our word over hers and they don't have speakers on the cameras (save your money!!!)

It seems like they ration out the sauce on the wings. Basic deep fried wings with minimal sauce for a lot of money. Good thing I had a coupon. 2 snack wings and 2 cokes are $25

Buffalo Wild Wings is the kind of place you go to to watch a game. The food is not going to blow you away with how good it is, but it is familiar consistent...at least it should be. One of big reasons we come here is to play trivia. That is something we have come to expect at bdubs. Trivia should be readily available at the bar and in the dining room. Unfortunately the past 4 times I've gone, this hasn't been the case. I will typically stop in after work around 4:00 or 5:00 PM. If I come in and trivia is not on at at least one tv at the bar, I turn around and walk out and go somewhere else. Come on guys, we shouldn't have to ask you to put it on, because if we do that means no one else is playing, probably because they didn't know you had trivia at all. Myself and many other people come to bdubs to play trivia, so by not having it on not only are you missing out on the business from that group, you are also failing to utilize a service that keeps people in their seats and spending money. This is a no brainer guys... Get it together. This location is the only one I've been to that consistently has this issue, despite me commenting to the manager numerous times.

While I'd rate the food alone a 3, I rate this particular location a 4, especially at the bar. The bartenders are awesome, they remember you, provide great service, and are very accommodating. It's my preferred place to watch a game. Great selection of draft beers and of course the wings. If you've never tried a BW3s, my favorites are the spicy garlic, thai curry, and parmesan garlic. The potato wedges are also good, though I usually get celery and ranch. It's very family friendly, though does get a bit crowded on weekends. Going alone or with adult friends, there is typically room in the bar area even when there's a wait for a regular table.

Great bartenders! The managers can be seen circulating through out this establishment. Food is usually what you have come to expect from Buffalo Wild Wings.

I had done takeout from this location before but never dined-in. The location is nice and big, and we arrived for lunch around 11:45am on a Tuesday and was able to get a booth rather than table, which was nice. The lunch menu specials are a good deal compared to the regular wing prices (excluding wing Tuesdays and boneless wing Thursdays, which are good deals also) - $9.99 gets you 8 boneless (or traditional) wings, fries, celery/ranch, and a soft drink. We actually didn't see it came with a soft drink, so we ordered water at first, and then asked the waitress for Diet Pepsi. My B-dubs standby flavor (and favorite) is the honey BBQ. I usually don't like super spicy flavors, but my friend and I also got the Chipotle Cherry Sting (limited time flavor) and mixed and matched. It was good but tasted like a spicier version of the honey BBQ, with some cherry flavor thrown in. I also like B-dubs' teriyaki flavor, but the last few times I ordered it, it was too salty; same for the Asian Zing flavor (too spicy). Waitstaff was good except for a minor hiccup with my debit card (I had a $20 debit/gift card I used, and apparently they have to leave enough for tip, so only $16 could be used + $4 for tip). I'd recommend this location overall. I will say it gets crowded around noon so try to get there earlier if possible.

The food sucks. I got a take-out order that consisted of the shareable chips and some mild boneless wings. The chips were average but the salsa was not edible. I feel like they watered it down or something. I tried a couple then ended up throwing it out. The wings were nasty too. The breading was too thick and the chicken had a very weird aftertaste. I've been too many different bdubs around the area and I have never been so shocked by such a horrific quality of food. I will never be returning to this discusting location. Save your money and your tummy and go somewhere actually good.
