Not sure why i keep getting email notification but i do - I decided to cash in a coupon since it offered a "FREE BURGER value at $9"; sure why not. I wasn't dining in so this request was a take out due to the fact i was at work and didn't have time to wait - I called in the my order I was informed 20mins which give me plenty often time to get there. I got there my food was sitting out on the table - at least they could've put it under a heat lamp or something to keep it warm but no. Waitress at bar seemed nice but a little unorganized when i came to collect my food but once she gotten the other people straighten out she helped me. Please note - If you are vegetarian, then you might need to avoid this place which they don't cater too. **Maybe dining in would be a little better**

I love Ruby Tuesdays food, and eat here often. My favorite dish to get is the New Orleans seafood and it come with fish, broccoli, and rice but you can choose different sides. I usually go to the south land mall location and the food is really good, but not on a consistent basis!! They also give you biscuits while you wait on your food nothing close to red lobster biscuits, but okay.

I would give this 0 stars based on the old dirty dish rag smell this place has. It makes me lose my appetite any time I walk in there. It could be the best food in the world and I would still only give it one star based on the atmosphere of the dining area.

Went in on a Saturday night party of 9. Service was top shelf it seemed all the wait staff work together because of the size of our group the food came out in a timely manner and was as ordered I will go back

Being a chain I expected them all to be the same but I can tell you that's not the case with this location. Their salad bar was very weak and needed to be cleaned. The service was pretty good at bar and they kept my drink full. I had the steak and it was cooked perfectly but the spaghetti squish was not good and had hard pieces of something in it. Overall this place is a little below par even for a chain.

I have nothing against Ruby Tuesday, but I'll give it a 4 out of 5 only because it is a chain. The food was good enough to eat, and the service here was good. I ordered the ribs with the wings, the ribs came off the bones easily, while the wings weren't that great. Overall I had a good time eating here.

Words aren't merely enough to describe how perfect this place is. The staff at Ruby Tuesday are extremely dedicated and hard working. The professionalism of the staff was simply out of this world. The manager was very helpful and seemed like he loved his job. He said " The best part of waking up each day is that I get to work with amazing people that I love. Meeting new people everyday and seeing their smile warms my heart. Working here is a dream come true and I wouldn't change it for the world". Now that is true dedication. That wasn't even the best part. The menu had so many awesome choices. It took me a while to figure out what to get. I ended up ordering the garden bar. It was really amazing. Choosing to eat at Ruby Tuesday will be the best life choice you'll ever make. If I could I would eat here everyday. Not just because of the food because of the amazing atmosphere. I gave Ruby Tuesday 5 stars but if I could I would give them a thousand stars.

I don't go to Ruby Tuesday often since it seems like a slightly fancier and higher priced version of Applebee's or Denny's. Our last visit here was very frustrating, as if you're in a crazy nightmare where everything goes wrong in slow motion. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon. We were seated close to the kitchen door and could hear all their conversations about how they were slow, wanted to go home, had nothing to do, and the mindless drama-talk about other workers. I ordered the half-slab of ribs, mashed potatoes, and baked mac n cheese. I was surprised to see the mac n cheese as a "premium side" costing $1 more, because it was literally 20 noodles laid out thin in a crispy crust. The ribs were substandard: too much fat and bone, not enough meat. My wife ordered the grilled salmon, fried zucchini, and rice pilaf. Within her rice, however, was a small, round, grey object that clanked on her teeth before she spit it out. It was a small pebble. She brought it to our server's attention, but she seemed unapologetic, claiming it was a piece of pepper, and departed. The rice didn't come with nor did my wife add pepper herself to it. It was clearly a pebble, as my knife could not cut through it. The manager soon came over and examined the item. She said she would recook her meal, but that ended up taking another 20 minutes. In the meantime, the server said we could both have something from the salad bar if we wanted... a meager offer that we declined. All the while, I'm eating by myself while she sits there. When the meal was done, I overheard the server saying she didn't want to bring it to our table. It's not like we were bitchy or demanding... there was a rock in her rice, plain and simple. Mistakes happen, but we were treated like my wife picked up the rock from her shoe and put it in her own food. In the end, the manager took the cost of her meal off the bill (although we still had to pay for the drink and tax). She boxed the meal up and brought it home, where she ate it later.

This is the only Ruby Tuesday of the dozens I have seen where staff have started loudly cleaning the floors and tables, trundling noisy carts, and making repeated banging sounds for 20 minutes during dinner time - and 2 hours before closing!!!! Including my waitress. You only have to be a human being to know how very disturbing, annoying, and upsetting all this is while customers are trying to enjoy a quiet meal and digest. Consequently this wait staff does not even qualify as human beings - but heartless automatons for whom other people - including customers - do not exist! Truly unbelievable behavior. I don't know about anyone else, but whenever - and it has been rare - restaurant staff start cleaning up the restaurant while I am still eating - 1) I NEVER come back 2) I leave only 1/2 the tip I would otherwise have left - or less. I can't change their behavior nor most especially the root inhumanity that caused it. But I can avoid them - FOREVER.

I wish their quality was more consistant. I've had the rib eye a few times and each time I've ordered medium rare. I've rarely gotten it. Mostly it's medium well. When it's on its awesome but when it's over cooked not so much. Even the way they serve things is inconsistent. I've ordered tea here twice. Once it came on a saucer with honey and lemon and a spoon. The next time I was handed a cup of water and the tea bag was tossed on the table. Odd.

I've been here a few time before never really impressed. We received a $10.00 coupon in the mail and figured we would give it a try again. We were seated right away the place was maybe 20% full but we waited for approx 5 minutes before our server even greeted us. After she did come the service was fine. Food was average nothing special salad bar was clean and full..While we were there tables were left dirty with spray bottles and rags on them. Saw employee on her phone walking around the restaurant..I think the problem is management which I didn't see any. I've waited tables for years and unless you have proper leadership the place just won't run well. Shame on Ruby Tuesdays for dropping the ball.

I made the choice to spend my hard earned travel expense money at Ruby Tuesdays a couple nights ago. When I travel for work I like to order steak. I don't think I'll make that mistake again at Ruby Tuesdays. The service here is dreadfully slow. I ordered a Guacamole appetizer. That thing is friggin' huge. Unfortunately, it is also massively lacking in flavor. I salted that sucker to get something out of it but the sides they added to "go with it" (pico de gallo and some kinda salsa) were less than complimentary to the flavor of a guacamole. They might need to send this chef back to seasoning school. (sorry if that's harsh but we'r talking guacamole here, ummm - salt, pepper, lime, cilantro...yeah advanced I know.) I ordered some kinda peppercorn and asiago sirloin steak. I ordered it medium rare. It came out tough on one entire side either due to to getting over cooked on one side or due to the quality of the cut of meat, neither explanation is really acceptable. I'll stick to burgers if I ever think about eating there again and that would be my advice. I enjoyed the burgers the previous time I went to one of these which was a while ago. I suspect if i'd stuck with the burger i'd be writing this review a star higher.

While I love Ruby Tuesday on Southfield Road, this location is horrible. A friend and I went there for brunch on Sunday. The waitress was confused, looking at the card stating that it wasn't her table (yet she came back to wait on us). She brought out burnt biscuits and stated "well, they're complimentary." (Can we have some non-burnt complimentary biscuits, please?) The replacement took 45 minutes. Our food came out of the kitchen missing the chicken and hollandaise sauce. The replacement meal was still missing the hollandaise sauce. After being there over two hours, we told the waitress to please take our payment. When she took the payment, she waited on four more tables before processing the payment. I left her a 10% tip and a little note. I can't say that much for my friend. I don't understand this type of service in a restaurant that was not at all crowded. I will go to the Ruby Tuesday on Southfield Road, and never go back to this location.

Being a detroiter I rarely make it to chain restaurants but this one impressed both with price and quality and good staff. Tilapia was $13 with salad bar and my choice of side, which was a baked potato cooked to perfection. I was surprised how crispy yet soft the pumpernickel bread crumbs were. I like them! It got busy on sweetest day but it was also good to see the staff work as a team. 4 instead of 5 because hey it is a chain...
