Really good sub sandwiches. My two favorites are the Italian and the Chicken Parm. I suggest getting your sub grilled, because why not!? The fries are to die for, fresh and hand cut. I'd go just for those if I wouldn't get funny looks. They also have fresh lemonade that is really tasty. Service is great. I'd suggest dining in so that your fries don't get cold on the ride home.

We were greeted immediately as we walked in and studied the menu. I decided on the pizza sub with medium fries and Jake went for the cold Italian. We waited at the cashier station for a couple minutes while the cashier assisted in delivering orders. The total was about $16 for one 6" with fries, one 8" and a medium pop. A little pricey at face value, but the subs were worth it. The pizza sub was pretty tasty, if not a little too salty. It comes with ham, so I took it off and found the sub much better/less salty without it. Jacob's Italian looked great; the only thing wrong with it was the mayo slathered on the thing. Not everyone likes four servings of mayo on their sub! The fries we shared were fresh, crispy and delicious. Overall, we had a nice meal. The place is super-clean, the employees were all friendly (and even cheerful) and the food was worth the price. The only thing that I really didn't like was the country music blaring during our visit. I'm not sure if they always play it, but it's a dine-in turn-off for me and the husband. **They have free open WiFi.

I really enjoy it! I don't have one of these sub shops where I live. The first time I went there I was greeted right away. I got the chicken teriyaki sub and it was excellent! The fries are really good as well. The fries remind of five guys. Overall, I really like it and will definitely go back in the future

This is my husband's favorite place to go for subs now! It's always very clean, and the staff has always been nice. I haven't had a sub yet that I didn't like. Parking can sometimes be tricky, because they share spots with QDoba and some of the other shops in that strip.

The entire staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. The subs are the best I've had! Subway and Jimmy John's can't compete ! Fresh cut fries were perfect and they also have fresh squeezed lemonade. Italian sub for me and chicken parmesan for my husband. We were both satisfied. My only complaint is I should have ordered the 6". The 8" was too much for me. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to my friends.

Great sandwiches, good service, tasty fries. Also, their fresh lemonade (though pricey) is a good treat on a hot day. The fries need a bit more salt, though.

Tried this place for the first time and they messed up our order using the wrong bread for our sandwiches. They don't use very much meat on the sandwiches either.

Poor service The past 3 times I have gone in Customers behind me in line got there food first. On My Last visit on 12/15/2014 It Happened again . They explained that cold subs take longer. The 2 behind me that got served ahead of me had cold subs also and items from the fryer, Such a shame I really like there Cold Italian subs But will not go back. After working as a short order cook for 6 years I noticed That the girls had long hair w/o Hair nets. One girl handling food with bare hands although I did see her wash them It is required gloves be worn. Saw the grill cook put raw chicken in a bowl to grill and used the same bowl for the beef. Isn't That cross contamination. Sorry But I am not chancing it

I love this place and although it's a little bit more pricey than JJ or Slugway, it's so worth it. The restaurant itself is really clean, the staff is nice, and you're given the option to wait in line or mull over your options. You place your order at one side of the counter, pay and wait on the other side. If you order fries, it'll take a little longer, but that's because your fries are being cut and cooked, fresh, right then and there, by themselves instead of being scooped out of a ready made pile into your container. That right there is worth it in itself. The subs are awesome, toasted, and kind of remind me of Quiznos, but with better quality. You'll wait, but I think the longest I've waited was about 10 minutes and that was on a busy day. Our order is always right, hot, and so good. We usually pay around $20 for two subs and a large side of fries. You can sign up for their e-mail club and get coupons/free things that way too.

This place will make you forget Subway in a hurry. And Jimmy Johns too. This is how a sub should taste, though you are going to pay more here. I had the Pizza sub that came with ham, pepperoni, sauce, provolone and you could add mushrooms and/or sauted onions for free. In addition, they had fresh squeezed lemonade and fresh cut fries available. They are making things fresh here. I saw them actually taking some beef and cooking it for a sub. No pre-cooked here. There is also various sizes of subs available. A 6, 8, 10 or 12 inch priced accordingly. The staff was super friendly. If people can find them here in this strip mall at Eureka and Racho Road, they will be a success. Highly recommended.

Have eaten at many of the locations around the country. This was definitely the lowest ranking of all. Fries were tepid. Steak way too chewy. Not my favorite Penn Station

Enjoyed the fries, steak and cheese sub was a little bland and falling apart. 10 inch sub and medium fry came to $11,60, without a beverage. A little overpriced for my tastes. Have had much better cheesesteaks in the area.

Went there 3/30/2013, I had a Philly Sub and it was great. One of the best sub shops around. Make sure you try the fries they are really good. Will be going back in the future. Last review is right better then Subway or Jimmy Johns.
