This is the only subway I will ever eat at. The staff is kind and friendly, and the food is always fresh. I can't wait until the next time I'm in that area so I could drop in and enjoy a footlong tuna sub!

...Worst customer service. Seems to be family-owned so guess that is why they get away with it... Most of the time the young ladies that work there obviously don't wanna be bothered with the customers, never friendly and borderline rude...Today as the lady was making my sandwich some guy in the back kept yelling. Every time he'd yell, she would pause and look toward the area where he was yelling from, so I thought he was talking to her. Then when I was ready to check out she called him and he comes out with his cellphone to his ear. Well at least he was courteous enough to put the phone on the counter before cashing me out. Then I noticed another cellphone openly on the counter, the young ladies I'm assuming. Either way, not appropriate to have cell phones out in the open on the counter during work hours especially in an establishment that handles food :-/ AND they didn't have any damn soup! None whatsoever. I think that may be what ticked me off most!

The motto for this Subway at lunchtime is "Subway, Eat Slow." A favourite stopping point in an area starved for decent fast food, Subway gets lines snaking out into the crowded, pothole-laced parking lot. Staff struggles to keep up with the rush, and expect dwindled veggie stock and the bottom of the cheese barrel if you pop in around 12:45. The associates are cheerful about dealing with the daily mob, probably daydreaming of the doldrums at 2:30. For highest quality, show up early or come in late. Dining space is at a premium, crammed up at the front of the window. An unoccupied restaurant space offers a granite patio overlooking Northwestern Highway, which isn't too bad a place to munch down your sandwich.

As someone who goes to lots of different Subway shops, I appreciate this small but mighty one. Unlike many of them, this place has the veggie pattie (a.k.a veggie burger) sub. Secondly, the staff is fast and efficient (definitely not true of all Subways). The main guy behind the counter, a sixty-ish gentleman with a grey moustache, seems to be the ringmaster and the show runs with polish. They have good egg white sandwiches for breakfast, too. I'm glad that they are so close to where I work.

There are a handful of Subway restaurants near work and without a doubt, this is the worst one. I went one time and refused to go back as the floor was dirty and littered with napkins and straws. The service was slow, and the place was cramped. The parking lot was awful and I had to wait for a space. It would be easier to go to a different Subway just down the road. There are like 8 others in the area.

Terrible service, advertise a breakfast special but never have coffee. Asked for coffee with my special,cashier said did not have any and if I wanted a soda instead, I refused so then he charges we full price on sandwich.

Good spot for breakfast. Much better than the one closer to Orchard Lake or the weird doughnut shop one on Lahser.

Definitely better tasting then all the other Subway's in the area. For some reason I've found that this is the only one that can correctly toast a sandwich.
