This Panera Bread is quick, easy, and the food taste great. This is the first drive-thru Panera bread I have seen in the metropolitan Detroit area. It is located right off of telegraph road, which is easily accessible while driving. The drive-thru was fast, accurate and pleasant. Great place to try.

I had the soup and green tea. It all was just alright, there was nothing good about it and there was nothing bad about it. I ate a meal. It did not feel like a meal "I paid for" like when you eat out, you feel like you get something that you could not have prepared yourself. My soup I could have made better and the green tea was lukewarm.

When in the road during the Black Friday chase stop by Panera bread! This location offers super nice service, wifi In a very cozy ambiance. Same menu same product as in any other Panera but served with a pleasant smile!

Nice restaurant. My wife ordered her potato soup in a bread bowl and it was under $6 after tax, and very filling. Bread was good, so was the soup. Front cashier was awkard, but after the order was placed it didn't matter. Restaurant was fairly clean for a rushhour timeframe, and delivery of food was very fast. Would come back again.

When on the road in the middle of no where I always try to find a decent fast food joint that is somewhat heathy. Planets bread never disappoints! The bread and bakery items are to die far. This particular store on Michigan had the best customer service. They let us substitute items without any issues. My go to is bread bread and cookies! Never fail!

It's a Panera,. it doesn't deserve more than 3 but maybe does because it was as consistent as its ever been for the past 10 or so years yet way better than the rest stop locations. This location is particular serves you at your table but the system isn't without flaws - during a busy lunch, the server wandered around the entire restaurant with one of our meals which was painful to watch but we couldn't get his attention. The you pick two is a favorite go-to bacon turkey bravo and caesar salad. Just enough food to kill hunger pangs but not enough to fill you up, perhaps that's why they give you a sourdough roll by default. The thing I disilke most about Panera is that its deceptively high in calories but that is no direct reflection on this location specifically so I'll leave that for a corporate review ;)

Great service with clean environment all the time. I wish I could say the same for other Panera bread store nearby. This one is exceptional. And all the staff are very friendly and courteous. I feel that I am getting an upscale service in a very affordable dining place. Definitely a great place to have casual conversation with work staff/clients. I highly recommend this one.

Really like this Panera but the setup is just like every other Panera. I like the staff and and service was very good. The Panera was very clean and the people that prepared the food where very fast and very willing to make the experience warm and fun. The manager stopped over to see if everything was good and that was nice. Recommend this Panera highly. :)

Typical Panera experience. Service was great. Cashier and table server were nice. Lemon orzo soup was very good!! Turkey BLT was also excellent. Maybe I was just really hungry but they seemed superior. Would order again.

I think this is a new location. It's a great place - clean and efficient. The downside is that it is right next to the highway entrance to 696 so it was a little tricky avoiding getting on the ramp to get on Telegraph. It seems like it's a new place and I really liked the table service. They bring your food and drinks to your table instead of you waiting near the end of the counter for your food. There is also a drive through. I was here from 10-12 in the morning and it wasn't crowded, plenty of space and the free wi-fi is helpful!

Easily the worst panera I've been to. Took 15 minutes to get a hot chocolate and there was only 1 person ahead of me. Lots of workers were just sitting around not working. Dirty tables, slow service, no one seems to care. The cashier was nice though.

How exciting, it's a Panera Bread with a drive-through right next to my office... I've come here three times now, and every time the service has been fast and the food has been fresh. The only downside is that it is almost impossible to find. For some reason, the signage is somewhat difficult to see because there are so many other, bigger signs around it, plus it's almost immediately before the 696 entrance. So every time I come here, I accidentally pass it, but that's okay it's a good place and I enjoy it.
