This is my favorite local spot for breakfast. I've only come here for breakfast, but it's always good. They are quick to refill your coffee, my cup is never empty. They have reasonable prices and you get a good breakfast. My usual order is the corned beef hash (ordered extra crispy) and scrambled eggs with Texas toast and a side of hash browns. Their pancakes are yummy too. It's a family friendly place too. It's not an upscale environment but it has a classic Diner feel with decent service and good breakfast.

Definitely get what you pay for. $8 for the all you can eat breakfast buffet is the way to go.

The only time I can understand this place being good is after the bar's close. Any other time forget this place is even there because they have the slowest service and highest prices of any restaurant of it's type around and the food isn't all that good either.

Since the Texan is about one of the only restaurants in the area open 24 hours they do a very good business after 2AM on the weekends. If you're sober, the food is horrible. If you're drunk, the food is great! When the bars close down you can always find everyone flocking to the Texan. FYI, never get the breakfast buffet in the morning. I think they put it out at about 1AM and leave it out until 1PM.
