The orange chicken is by far the best, and the fried rice was just ok. I was very happy with the service, even though it did seem a little slow considering all of the food is already made and sitting right in front of your eyes. DO NOT get the chow mien or chicken egg roll--both mediocre at best. Also, there wasn't even a clean table to sit down at. A happy atmosphere, however. Nothing special about this place, but I'll probably be back again at some point in the year...

Ate inside and I felt like the staff consisted of a bunch of 5th graders. So loud, obnoxious & annoying!

Food is less than palatable. Vegetables are way undercooked, plus they use vegetable trimmings that should be discarded, e.g. woody asparagus stalks. But the worst issue is the service. I must have been here 7 or 8 times since they opened, in good faith, and every single time my order has been either inaccurate or incomplete. They often forget the plastic silverware or the sweet sour sauce or the napkins. You have to absolutely check each and every item that they give you or you will probably be disappointed. AND... if your order is wrong, there's often a line of cars, so going back through the line to reconcile your order is an ordeal, unless you actually go inside the busy store, which defeats the whole drive-thru concept. Besides all this... I believe this Panda Express hires the most inexperienced and ignorant people they can find. They have no customer skills, can't seem to be able to operate the ordering system very well, and can barely even make change. Today I had operator "Gabriella R" take my order for 3 egg rolls, a small Shanghai Angus Steak, and a small diet Pepsi. I had to repeat the egg roll portion of the order to her 3 times. It was as if she never heard of an egg roll before. When she finally got the whole order rung up on the screen, she then asked what I wanted to drink... even tho the pop was already rung up! When I got to the window and paid, she tried to give me a water that I never ordered. I parked in the lot to eat my food, and Lo and behold... there were only 2 egg rolls there. So I had to go back thru the line to collect my egg roll. The cashier was indifferent about the oversight, and after I had complained twice to her (twice!) she finally coughed up a halfhearted apology. It's just an awfully frustrating experience to go to this place. And like I said, the food is just so so,

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews of this place. I haven't had a bad experience yet. The food is great and the staff, yes they are young, but seem to be helpful and courteous. No complaints here. I usually get the orange chicken and chow mein!

Riude, argumentive take out window employee. Very ghetto dialect. Acted as if we were an imposition on her life. Had to order twice to get it right.. After 10 minutes in parking lot waiting for order that had to be cooked it was wrong and cold. NEVER AGAIN... Pure Saginaw

This is the the most awful ran Panda Express. Terrible service, extremely long waits, and consistently out of product. Never go here!!!!!

I usually experience a better meal . The items I purchased were all supposed to be hot in taste but tonight they were not at all up to par.. IF I eat and my bald head fails to sweat, then the food is not hot... IThe sfaff inside the restaurant are not supervised and appear to be doing whatever they feel. I felt tonight that I was eating for the sake of eating and will not be in quite a hurry to return..

Wait times are not like a regular fast food restaurant. If I'm in a hurry I do not go to Panda Express - nothing express about it, however their food is pretty good!
