Went here with a group after a hockey game. It was super busy but we were seated pretty quick. Our table had a lot of water all over it when we sat down which was weird. However, when our waitress came she was a very nice little blonde gal who checked on us the whole time. My honey BBQ wings were good but I felt they could have been crispier. my friend liked his hot wings. It's a Buffalo Wild Wings, what else can I say.

Love Buffalo Wild Wings food and atmosphere! Atmosphere is the same as everyone has came to love! Our server Stacey (wore red shirt) was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She was prompt with greeting our large group (12), took our order, promptly offered refills before our drinks were empty and cleared our dirty plates!!! 5 stars to Stacy!!! However, today's food was not so great... We pay extra for celery & carrots. The celery was great! The carrots looked dry, cracked, and unappealing! We requested new carrots from our wonderful server and she informed us that all the carrots "appear" that way but they are safe to eat. She suggested we could get more celery in place of the carrots or speak to the manager on duty. We spoke to the manager on duty, Joshua. He was very friendly and informative. He told us that corporate changed the supplier, the carrots are edible and taste just fine. However, he does not like carrots so he would not try it. The carrots do not look good or pleasing to eat.... Would you eat these carrots???

The service here is horrible. I sat at the outside bar and saw the waiter 1 time all night..... The waiter is more preoccupied with talking with every waitress and not doing his JOB...

Easily the most expensive BWW I've been to. $9 just seems outrageous for an order of 10 wings (what happened to a dozen). Their signature item and one order doesn't even make a meal even though it is priced higher than most of the other entrees. Servers are good looking, which is the best this place has going for it. However, bartender is throwing salt on my napkin so it doesn't stick without asking. I prefer my dining area as well as my skin unsalted. Also, with a nearly empty bar he's not even paying attention; why am I waiting for a refill and my check? Lastly, I know this isn't the servers deal, corporate makes them do it, but I don't need to be pumped for hot sauce every time I speak to an employee. 3 times in one visit isn't eventually going to get a yes. I paid for my meal so stop trying to bleed me for more cash.

One of the better Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to. Have frequently visited this location on business trips and the food and service are always great! The establishment is always very busy but the staff is always on top of service.

Food was exactly what you expect from BWW, but it came out hot. It was right and couldn't be happier. Server was prompt and attentive. Thanks again Abbey!!

A few trips through here, and I've got mixed reviews about BW3. I normally call in my order, and it's usually pretty quick. Although it hasn't been accurate yet. The first time they forgot 6 of my wings, the second time forgot my drink. Also, the upsell is pretty rough... I called on "traditional" wing night... ordered my 18 wings for pickup... but no one told me on "traditional" wing night, ranch and bleu cheese are extra. 7 degrees outside and snowing... can you guess how much I looked forwrad to driving back up there. But this place tends to do a lot of business, and the front door is often very crowded... especially in the cold weather. I'm at 2.5 STARS... but Sriacha wings, and Hot BBQ wings feed my additction... so 3 STARS!

The thing that this place has going for it? The wings are pretty good. They could be a bit more crisply fried, but they really do hit the spot. Their buffalo medium hot sauce has some kick to it, which I enjoy. The fries are crispy and thin. The wedges are hefty. The buffalo chips are essentially french fries in the form of chips. The bad? Service was friendly, but 2 out of the 6 orders were incorrect, which seems to be on par with the rest of the reviews here. Wouldn't have minded a refill on my water either. The food took about 25-30 minutes to come out as well. Clearly some of the food was sitting since a few of my wings were lukewarm to cold. I did appreciate that they had a restaurant-wide game system where you could play hold 'em or trivia. I'd definitely return to watch a game or grab some wings, but the service could be vamped up a bit.

I go to the BWW in Saginaw all the time, as well as my friends and family, it's as good as BWW can go and the servers and food are good but I have one particular reason for this review today. My friend and I decided to order takeout one night as we had plans for that night and wanted something semi-quick. We put in the order and the girl taking the order seemed somewhat lost (she may have been knew) we changed one small order and it took her about five minutes to understand the change, but we thought nothing of it. The order would take approximately 15 minutes,so we waited about 25 to make sure it would be finished as we live only a mile away. We got there and they went back to get our order and the girl, without saying sorry, says "it's not back there". We had to argue for a few minutes to prove we even ORDERED, as a server I was appauled that I, a customer, was being challenged. The "manager" (if that's what you want to call him) comes out and without any form of apology, asks us what we ordered and says it will take no more than ten minutes...so at that point I felt more sympathetic. We wait in the car for about 15 minutes and come back in, still no sign of our food. One of our friends who was working went back to tell the manager we have been waiting ridiculously long and we should be given some sort of compensation returns and tells us she was waved off. The manager FINALLY comes out with our food 15 minutes later...(not to mention my order was still wrong but i did NOT want to wait any longer) he explains "sorry this happens sometimes.."and nothing else. My friend explains that this was not professional to have to wait for over an hour and a half for 15 minute orders. It wasn't even so much the wait time that infuriurated us, it was the lack of managing over this situation...not one "hey can we do something for you?" or even a sincere appology..he then challenged her with "well do you need something else?" which sickened me...as college students we are not looking for "free" food..just real management that cares about the well being of customers. At any place I have ever worked, if the customer is even SLIGHTLY unhappy or past waiting...they are given some type of compensation, hell, my old manager would comp a whole table if a burger went past 12 minutes. I'm just sick of "managers" deciding who is important enough to please and who is not... so to the on duty manager Cameron...thanks for making us miss our movie! Try to learn how to not discriminate people as well.

It's your typical Buffalo Wild Wings. So yeah... the food is your typical Buffalo Wild Wings fare. It's one place that you can go to and kinda know what to expect, which is a good thing. This particular one seemed to be a little on the smaller side, but it is Saginaw I suppose.

We have gotten take out from here 4 or 5 times and each time it has been wrong. The manager sent us some bullshit letter that was dated 2 months before we finally called to address the issue. It was obviously the exact same apology letter that he had sent out before-changed the name-but forgot to change the date. He also sent us a whopping $10 comp pass to cover the $100 of food that they've messed up. We started getting takeout in the first place because our service was also horrible and we vowed to not waste our tip money on people who couldn't/refused to do their jobs. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of ZERO like I should only because I've had an awesome bartender that waited on me once before last summer on the patio and I would go back only if she was waiting on me.... OR if Lauren was my server-she's awesome too. So in the end two stars, one for each employee they should keep.

Visited with a group of eight friends so not a huge party. Service was prompt but confused. Our server indicated all draft beer was on special ($1 off I think) and shots were three dollars. One person asked for a rum and cola. That seemed to be an issue. After a pause she asked if Crown and Cola was OK. My friend said fine and assumed no rum was available. Unusual but possible. Another friend ordered MGD draft. He was served a bottle of something called M64 and when he questioned why this brand and in a bottle, she explained this was MGD now. Not sure the Miller would agree but it had been a long day. Also not sure why a bottle was served when a draft beer was ordered. One would expect to be told of the change before the order arrived. After further examination of the menu we noticed that Captain Morgan rum is prominently featured and MGD is listed. We again received an explanation that M64 is MGD and the person looking for rum just gave up. Food did arrive quickly and all agreed it was tasty and was reasonably priced. Most had boneless wings or regular wings. All agreed it was very salty. It was mentioned again the next day as well. Having eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings elsewhere, these seemed to be different

The wings are great depending on what you order. It's not perfect by no means. Sometimes the wings you get are dry or are in need of more sauce. Service is really good.

It's a go-to restaurant whenever you just want a casual lunch, dinner, or just a drink. Personally, I just crave their food. They have 45 cent wings on Tuesdays, and 55 cent boneless chicken on Thursdays. I suggest going for the wings because the boneless tend to be overwhelming with sauce. I'm definitely a wings fan -- favorite would probably be Parmesan Garlic! Their burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches don't disappoint either. The only problem I have would be how busy the place is. The parking lot is typically packed and so is the restaurant. Just a lot of people here so don't be surprised when the person across from you might not hear what you're even saying. The waitresses are kind, but I sometimes find it weird that they come around maybe 3 times to check on how the food is. Other workers there will even ask, and it's kind of bothersome. Otherwise, it's a favorite restaurant of mine, and it deserves more than just one visit.

Waitress Never listened to our order. This is the second time I have gone and the food was wrong. The wait for food is remarkable long and they don't honor the clock on the table that says your meal will be done in 15 mins. Manager doesn't care and when you finally get the food its cold. Hooters has way better wings.

  • Rebecca D.

If you're not into sports bars (and I'm not), then this is probably not the place for you. I had parmesan garlic boneless wings which were good, but the wait for a table (and there's not a lot of room to stand and wait) along with the incredibly loud noise level made it a place to which I'll likely not go back.

I seldom visit bdubs...In my experience is is vastly over-rated - and expensive. I do like the atmosphere and the variety on the menu...but after my last experience we won't be back anytime soon. I visited with my 14 year old daughter last Friday night, the restaurant was packed. we were quickly seated, and ordered- she had the boneless chicken with teriyaki, and I had a burger. I was a little put off by their stance of all burgers med well done. the chicken strips were prepackaged frozen and dry. the teriyaki sauce was one note...GINGER. At least at Hooters they make the chicken strips to order!! she didn't even finish her food. My burger looked good, it was of course well done, and dried out. I think I prefer McDonald's... BTW the burgers at Hoots are TWICE the size !! fries were good with one of their dry rubs on them. The bill was $25...+tip = $30...I think we would have enjoyed Culver's more for 1/2 the price.

Bdubs is always a great place to eat if you're looking for delicious chicken wings. The biggest downside to this place is that its way overpriced. They tend to have "sales" to make you feel like you're getting a good price for wings, but that's how marketing works. If you're going there to drink you better have a wallet full of cash or a large limit on your credit card because you will be paying a minimum of $3.75 for domestic beers or $6.00 for a mixed drink. And don't think the mixed drinks are going to do anything for you because I'm pretty sured they're watered down. I took my girlfriend here for her bday and our bill was close to $75 (2 meals and the rest in drinks). The food was good. The service was good. The prices are ridiculous. Oh and if you're going there for Pay Per View shows....think again....they don't have them.

Wow! What can I say. Yes we had a group of 13, but seriously almost an hour and a half for some of us to get our food!!! And then to be told that it was our fault because a couple people showed up and ordered later. It took nearly 45 minutes for most of us to get our food and we had to ask for drink refills. Food itself was good but the service, that a whole different story.

Probably one of the newer restaurants in the "Sagi-town" area. Came here because of a recommendation from a friend (remember folks, network marketing through your "warm connections" is the best way to advertise - Yelp essentially allows people to do it digitally). Environment: The building looks pretty new, especially compared to some of the older establishments around it. It has a nice porch/patio providing a nice place to chill during the spring, summer, and early fall (not winter). However, there are no TVs outside. If you're looking for wings, beer, and the game, then the patio is not an option. Inside, you have the normal hustle-bustle of any other wild wings establishment (Wings-n-things, etc.). There are large flat screens plastered on every wall, sports memorabilia, and young female waitresses carrying pitchers of beer. Don't come here expecting the unexpected. This is Saginaw. Be thankful that there are restaurants like this here! Waitress: Our waitress did a good job in encouraging my friends to drink and ring up a big tab. When their glasses were half empty (or half full), she'd already be asking if they wanted another cup. YES! Everybody always WANTS another cup. But should they buy one....probably not. Subtle marketing at it's best. Around 7:30 and then again at 8:00, she reminded us that happy hour was at 9 and it was a dollar off beers. Genius. My friends are starting to get plastered and she's telling them it'll be even cheaper to drink later on that night! Any logical person would think "hey, if I'm going to drink 2 cups of beer, I might as well wait until after 9 and save 2 bucks." Nope. My friends just cheered and drank even more to celebrate their newly discovered good fortune. Ha ha. Back to the actual waitressing. She made sure our cups were full and that the food was good. Food: We ordered the 50 piece buffalo wild wings family set on top of the nachos (appetizer). The nachos were ordinary. Nothing too special. The wings were ordinary as well. It's the sauces that keep people coming back. They have a large spectrum of sauces ranging from very sweet to insanely spicy. We ordered the carribean something (ugh...carribean. There was a lot of ground black pepper with every bite), asian something (you know that sweet and spicy sauce you buy at 99 ranch...yeah, that's the sauce), mango habanero (the hottest flavor we chose. The kick comes a good 10 seconds after you bite into it...after you've fully invested in the pain!), and 3 others I can't remember. All in all, I would give it a thumbs up. All those flavors. I want to try them all. Drinks: I had water. My friends had beer. Oberon. Recommendation: Check it out. If you want wings, this is your best bet (outside of Hooters).

This location is a small one especially when you see it from the outside and then look around on the inside while you're seated. There are obnoxiously too many families here (one having a birthday party for a 2 year old). I'd actually prefer to sit at the bar instead to get away from all the little kids. There shouldn't be so many little kids at a sports bar.

Always packed for some reason. You'll wait for a table for dinner almost every night. Insanely expensive drinks and the food is always slow to come out and is never good. Get dragged here by others but that's the only time I'll go. Lots of TV's but if you go there for a pay per view UFC even you will need to be there by 6:30pm or you won't get a seat for the rest of the night.

I've only been here once, while I thought the wings were good, I felt it was too-pricey for the small portions. I could easily go buy a bag of wings and make my own for a cheaper price. Just standard bar-food , nothing special. There are tons of people that go here, and I guess if you don't like to drink a lot, it's not the place for you (as it wasn't for me). I felt it was too crowded. Although the waitress I had was really pleasant :)

We had really great service today at Buffalo Wild Wings. I really noticed today that the staff there really works their tails off. You have to be in shape to work there. Not once did I see any of the staff standing around for more than a minute. Constantly cleaning, taking care of the ice for pop machines, serving food and getting drinks. As I have said before I base a lot of my ratings on service on my drink refills. The girl that waited on me today didn't miss a beat with about a quarter of a class left without fail she asked if I wanted a refill, that is excellent. She was also very friendly to our table. She also made sure they brought the kids food right away. That may sound silly, but those who have kids know it is never good to bring kids food last or a few minutes later. I generally tip for good service around 20% and bad service gets about 15%. We left about 25% tip today. The food was standard BWW's food. We had some wings which were fine. We ordered the soft pretzels and those were very good but I think they are just frozen and then warmed up. We also ordered the triple threat nacho's today for the first time. I don't think I would order them again. Their was just too much going on with the nacho's with chicken, pulled pork and I think taco meat. Each section had special toppings but after you pulled some it just turned into one big mess of different toppings. We also ordered a kids hot dog which was cooked just fine. The place is very clean and there is a changing table in the mens room. Also an important aspect to any restaurant. You would be amazed at how many places don't have a changing table in the mens room. The bathrooms were very clean and so was the changing table. Lastly we went there about a month and half ago for a bachleor's party of about 12 guys and the service was great and all the guys got their drinks quickly.

Wow, tough crowd here. Either these other reviewers are extremely spoiled out of towners or competitors. I've never had an order messed up ridiculously bad or had bad service. It's about on par with any other restaurant I've been to. The wings are the best in the area, and prices are very good. Remember, this is Saginaw, not New York City. This is not gourmet food. It's good for what it offers. It is packed for a good reason.

We go to this restaurant because it is among a small number of places that offer outdoor seating -- a foreign concept in Saginaw. When we arrived the hostess said we couldn't get a table on the patio because they were getting ready to set up for a big party. Of course there were 3-4 empty tables at that point, which was about 6:30. Then the manager comes over and tells us the "big party" wasn't until 9:30! Then after we were seated at a table, these two 5-6 year old girls kept running circles around our table and bumping into our chairs. While this is not the manager's fault, when we requested that he politely ask the girls' parents to sit their children down, he said "sure" and promptly disappeared inside the restaurant and never reappeared. The only thing this B-Dubs has going for it is the patio and the beer. The service and the food are both below average. I've been there 6-8 times and always leave with a bad impression.
