Love this Panera! Like half of my meetings end up being here and I bring people here because I know that the product and service is spot-on. Usually I just get coffee or Chai Tea, but on the odd occasion i'll snag a bakery item. One time I had soup. All terrific. Worth the price you pay. Great seating with some more private booths and an open seating area with big open windows to let the Sun in on all the hipster vampires. This is a great place to stop early or later after a round of shopping in the surrounding area. A perfect respite to tell all your war stories. Come for the coffee, stay for the giant, oversized, ridiculous muffins.

Great avocado spinach egg white power sandwich. Use the panera card to score freebies like free bagels and bakery items.

There are two significant Panera Bread locations in my life. This is of course one of them. This is the Panera Bread I visit nearly every Sunday after grocery shopping with my 83 year old mother. Enjoying lunch and conversation is a big part of our day together. We usually get the soup - broccoli cheddar and tomato are our favorites. Both are thick and piping hot. The broccoli has many vegetable chucks and the tomato is tangy deliciousness. We also enjoy some of the seasonal changing salads like the Salmon. Good food, good bread, rewards with their card and a good place for conversation with your mother is why we keep coming back

This is my go to place for my cheat day! I get the same thing every time, and the food is delicious. I will say they do work at a slow pace but they hasn't affected the quality of my meal.

Every time I come here they always seem to mess up a simple you pick two order. Never fails

Headed for the drive thru? Block off 20 minutes. Literally. I've given this multiple chances- lunch and breakfast. The process must be quite bad for this to be the norm. And the order is wrong on top of it! I'll stick with Starbucks. Hell I'll stick with McDonalds over this!

Was meeting my pastor for lunch on 4-17-13 , and he suggested Panera. My daughters LOVE this place & this location, however it is only my 2nd time here since it opened years ago. I ordered the pick 2 for $6.99 Loaded potato soup which was yummy...but served from cool to lukewarm, I want a soup to be so hot you must blow on each spoonful. The southwest flat bread sandwich was good, loaded with a variety of beans, corn & chicken. My pastor wanted a salad & asked the gal for a recommendation , she mentioned the spinach one, but he does NOT like spinach , I mentioned my daughters LOVE the Asian Chicken Salad, which he was open to & Loved , once we secured him some extra dressing . And at noon on a weekday , the place as very busy, with 3 cashiers taking orders & the expo gals overwhelmed.

This panera usually get's my order right unlike the other reviewers said, but maybe I just have good luck! One thing I do agree with is the wait time in the drive thru (it takes forever) no matter if there is one or four cars behind or ahead of you! I find myself waiting forever to get my food. I love the iced green tea and asiago bagels highly reccomend.

I've always had great food from this particular panera, but I just ordered a Fuji Apple salad and the spring greens were not fresh at all. My greens were all wilted. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in my salad. I won't be going back any time soon.

Their food is always so delicious. However this location is notorious for being incredibly slow and even if we do the rapid pick up online where you indicate exactly what you want they still somehow manage to fulfill the order incorrectly. When ordering here leave yourself plenty of time and double Check your order!!!!

I come to this location because its close to my house and every time i go there i pray they dont mess it up. They never fail to mess up my order. They wither forget something today they didnt even add a soup just made one bigger. The sandwich even doesn't look good. I would rather drive and extra 10 miles than go to this location.

I have been to this location several times and it is, repeatedly, the worst Panera experience. The line to order is very confusing; no one seems sure where to stand and, because of the confusion with the line, customers seem to get served out of order. I've also noticed that the pace at this Panera is very slow. The workers don't seem to be in any sort of hurry. For the most part, the quality of food and the atmosphere is comparable to other locations. However, I'm not sure of the reason for the constant lack of organization behind the front counter.

Food is good but drive through is horrable! Missing or wrong food Every time we go through. We don't have time to search the whole bag because everything is covered or wrapped. I don't want to unwrap my whole order while sitting there.... So when it's wrong I call corporate and let them know and they send out free meal coupons.

love the food at all locations, but this location consistently has poor staff in terms of getting my order right. I usually have to repeat the order two or three times. It's like they put their newest and least trained person at the register. I also don't like the burnt smell every time we walk in for breakfast.

What can I say about Panera bread. I have been many times, it's okay. The food is okay and the drinks are okay too. There is nothing really memoriable about the place. The last time I visited Panera, I met a friend for a "date". I bought a pastry and she got some tea. She claimed the tea was the bomb. (I can't say, I never tasted it) The pastry was just alright. I enjoyed my time at Panera. I mean we talked for about two plus hours. And, that's saying something considering Panera is not like a "mom and pop" coffee shop designed for people to "chill" for hours. I really enjoyed myself, the place seemed to come alive. You know what, I had a very good time at Panera. I mean, I really liked the place. For those couple of hours, Panera Bread was my favorite place to eat. Was it the lighting, the polite staff, or the pastry? All I know is that, time had no meaning, I did not want to leave Panera. Man, I would have given this place 10 stars if I could. And, then somethig strange happened, I felt like Cinderella after after midnight. My coffee "date" ended. Now, Panera Bread looked and felt dreary. All of a sudden it hit me- it was the company and not Panera Bread. The time I spent with my friend was great. But, Panera was just average. Oh well, I wil always have the fond memories of pastry and tea at Panera Bread. Next time I will try that tea.

We met a friend there for coffee two afternoons ago. As with every single Panera Bread we've ever visited, the person at the counter was exceptionally friendly and the coffee was very good.

had a bad episode there do not get a cream based soup from them. my husband was so sick from the soup. i don't think they keep the soups hot enough and thats a big problem. i called to let them know about getting sick and someone was going to call me back well that never happened so i will not eat there again.

Dry flavorless sandwich. Unimpressive and just ordinary in every respect. You would think that a chain that prides itself on fresh made bread, could do better. We will not go back.
