Best pancakes ever, best greek salad dressing and best... everything! I love the Greek/American food mix here. My family has been going to this restaurant forever and we always go back out of tradition whenever I visit. After they updated the interior years ago, it looks 10x more fabulous. The same people have been working here forever, so I know the newer employees are getting great training! Can't wait to visit you again, RFR! One of these days I'll convince you to let me bring a bottle in to fill up with the greek dressing to take home. ;)
We want to like this place... really we do! I really do my best to support local businesses, but there is very little we have tried and liked here. The staff is great! The atmosphere is also nice. But the food quality is average. Expect canned/processed foods. The wraps are good, but everything else we have tried has been a little disappointing. I'm sorry, I wish it were better.
God food, good service, large menu, reasonable prices - will go again.

The family just loves this place. The specialize in take out. Prices are good and you won't be disappointed by the food either. Highly recommended.
Ordered the happy family, house special lo mein and two wonton soups....terrible!!!! No flavor what so ever. Even called and asked if they had hired different cooks recently. Hate to spend 40 bucks on a crappy dinner. Maybe Almont's Chinese food has spoiled me but this was dog food.
I am pretty sure this is the only Chinese restaurant in Romeo. For years we had Two Dragons which I am pretty sure has been closed for a long time. The food at this place is pretty good - not too salty like most Chinese takeout. Portion sizes were enormous. Egg rolls are cabbage-filled and had something really tasty about them that I couldn't place (but oh, bean-sprout filled egg rolls of my youth, where have you gone?) Service was very fast. We ate in this time and the down side of eating in is that it was really hot in there (no A/C) and they serve you in takeout containers with plastic silverware. In fact I think some or all of our order may have been reheated in those plastic containers which is a little weird. Then again, we didn't have to ask for takeout containers to take home our mountains of leftovers, and they were nice sturdy plastic bowls with lids that you could probably re-use if you were the re-using type. The food was good. My husband said the hot and sour soup was about the best he's tasted, and that's from a large sampling of hot and sour soups over the years. This was our second experience here - last summer we got takeout and that was good too.

Yummy yummy on my tummy this place is great and keeps me coming the crab ragoon was really good I would say the best in Washington Township. Can't wait for the next time I go there. Wish the prices were a slight bit cheaper but beggars can't be choosers
I just had an awesome meal at Yum Yum Thai. Served piping hot, with a mild spice that was flavorful and not bland. Ive been in Romeo for a week and this was the best meal I had. Next time I am in town, I'll be back!
I like Thai food occasionally. Great that in Romeo we have 2 Thai restaurant's. I give this place an edge in food and service over the other Thai place. Great for carry out which I typically get. The dine in area is a bit small, I would give the other Thai place in Romeo an edge for dine in seating. Overall Yum Yum good Thai food and good service.

I was here last week and the line was literally out the door. First off let me say that this town is adorable, so the atmosphere here is great. I had a banana cream pie blizzard and it was very filling and good. I like that they serve a mini size. It tasted homemade and different from the usual DQ ice cream which has a powder base. The staff was very friendly. The only thing they could improve on would be to start using organic ingredients that they could buy locally and drop the powder all together.
A few years ago I asked the owner why he wasn't open in the winter because they have the heated enclosed ordering area, and I was told by the owner he would loose money staying open during the winter. Thank god the new owners have decided to stay open all year. I love the chili foot longs from this place. I will eat here all winter ordering the chili foot longs and banana split blizzards. I'd also like to take this opportunity to welcome the Romeo Dairy Queen to the 21st century now that the new owners take credit and debit cards. My only complaint would be I was in there a few nights ago, and ordered chili foot longs for my wife and I, and they have a tip jar on the counter. I threw a couple dollar bills in the tip jar, and not one of four employees standing behind the counter acknowledged I just tipped them or said thank you. I'll continue to go there and order the chili foot longs, but maybe they don't need my tip.
My order has never taken more than 3 minutes to be completed AND i've never been unsatisfied with my selection. These ice cream items are always made consistently and effectively, even when they are super busy in the mid-summer. I do not understand, however, why Dairy Queen can't make a better experience while you wait. It always seems like you're in a barn, waiting for the cattle in front of you to move through. Sometimes I want to "moo" really loud while I wait in line, but for fear of the predictable strange looks, I have yet to do this. DQ's are always in an older building (either by design or it's actual age) and it's usually packed (because most everyone loves ice cream). Regardless, service is good (even for very young, inexperienced employees), ice cream is delicious and we regularly go for a "walk" and happen to stop in - or park there, get our ice cream and then walk. We love it, baby loves it and it's a great way to spend a week night out, getting some fresh air. I'll be back soon.

Great fresh fish, love the appetizers too, very delicious sauces I recommend sashimi platter, crab ragoons, and yum yum roll.
Food is halfway decent but the staff here is so horrible I can't give it more than a star. I was here for lunch a few times and only once when the blonde girl was our waitress was it decent. Today was the last straw. The guy with the dreads was incompetent. He took my order with a dirty smelly dish towel in his hand. I've waited tables.... Not brain surgery but this guy couldn't have been worse. Then I'm the only person in the restaurant and everyone starts yelling across the place to each other. Dreads even yelled about a nice pipe he bought. Absolutely horrible. Dreads then went back to his laptop and phone playing loud music and pretty much ignored me the whole time. Last time I was here the power company called and said they were going to shutoff the power due to lack of payment. Shouldn't be long until this place is done for. Needs new management and ownership.
Just moved to The area...my husband and I love that we can get delicious sushi close to home. Try the tempura sampler. So good!

I've now been here over a handful of times and all visits ranged from passable to outstanding. First, the area-Romeo is an adorable little town up VanDyke around 30ish Mile. The downtown area still has its historic architecture preserved but with just enough modern touches to make it "quaint." There are 3 bars (I think), an ice cream parlor and some little shops all within walking distance so as to make a day or night out of the drive up. Youngers has ridiculous food and drink specials. The first time we went on a Wednesday and couldn't even get a seat due to the $1 burger promotion. The manager was curmudgeonly about letting us know this but we returned a few weeks later to MUCH better service at the bar. This time we went on a Tuesday and the special was build your own pasta. I got garlic linguine with palomino sauce, portabellas and roasted red peppers for....5 WHOLE DOLLARS!!! Are you kidding me? You can't even buy the ingredients for that dish for 5 bucks! And it was every bit as good as Andiamo. Mondays they have 1/2 off pizza but I've yet to partake. I also booked a reservation for this past Mother's Day and the buffet food selection was just meh-at least for vegetarians. The prime rib offered, I hear, was above average and at only $16.95 per person worth the price of admission. Also, food takes minimum 30 minutes to come out after you order. While this does not matter much to me, it did irritate some members of the group. They also have a 2nd level for concerts, impersonators, club nights, etc... but, again, I have yet to visit for any such event. I find this place more suited for quick weeknight dinners or Sunday afternoons in the fall. Bf can watch football and I get to have decent bar food. Plus the place is all decked out for Halloween.
One of the best places to eat in the Romeo. The Wednesday dollar hamburgers will end up costing you around 5 bucks. But it is well worth it.
There's food and booze at this bar...there weren't many options near Blake's cider mill, so we ate dinner here. They accommodated a large party, and although the service was quite slow, we all eventually ate and drank. The meals were typical...it's a cute area, and if you're looking for a place that has alcohol and serves food, it's right up your alley.

I have stopped going to this restuarant. The food is sub par, and they aren't even open on Sunday's! Just when you need a coney the most! I wish something better would land in this prime spot!
I don't understand how they are in business. It's a shame too because I love Coney Island food. Just not theirs. The chili is awful.
I moved out to this area about 15 years ago, and I'll be the first to admit the Romeo Coney Island has been hit & miss as far as the food, but I also believe the latest owners have really turned this place around. At least one of the husband & wife that owns the Romeo Coney Island are almost always there over seeing the operation of their restaurant. The service from the wait staff is nothing short of excellent. There's a lot of more pricier bars and restaurants in the area where you won't get food this good. A must visit on Wednesday for their 99 cent Coney Islands. You won't be disappointed with their omelettes, Philly Steak & Cheese sandwich, New York Reuben sandwich, Gyros, Fish & Chips, one of their many salads, their pita sandwiches, etc., etc., etc.

Little Caesar’s Pizza

Up until three days ago this was my favorite Little Caesers in the world. It was the only one I would go out of my way to visit. So much so that every year that I would come home to visit I would make it a point to go here just so that I could get a Slice Slice. Then, to my surprise, after going here since the early 90's I walk in and ask for a slice and the kid behind the counter says, "We don't serve slices after 3pm" ??? Did we lose a war? Did I accidentally walk into Soviet Communist Caesers? Who wants to eat pizza before three p.m.? Hmmmm what should I have for breakfast today, I know, I will eat some waffles and a slice slice of pizza. I won't lie, that actually does sound pretty good. But it doesn't change the fact that Little Caesers in Romeo has taken the best part about that location, and stomped all over it with cold unfeeling boots of doom. DOOM! So this one star rating is my one man protest. Bring back the Slice Slice or give me death! Or... give you one star I suppose would be a more accurate description of things. Because without the delicious power of the Slice Slice, you are just a run of the mill boring Little Caesers which... isn't terribly impressive to anyone born with taste buds.
