I've just recently ventured into various Starbucks drinks, and I will say that this location makes pretty good ones. The presentation is always on point, however they always forget to add the extra pump of whatever I order. No big deal though, my experience has been through the drive-thru and it's surprisingly very quick! You'll have time to stop by on your way to work.

I'm not really a coffee person but I decided to try a passion ice tea and a muffin. Ice T was weak and I didn't taste the fruitiness which this isn't my first time having. Blueberry muffin was so so but nothing I would comeback specifically for that -- it was sweet but it was more like a poundcake instead of blueberry muffin because it had very few in there. Customer service was good and inside was clean!!! All total came to $3.66!

The best thing about this place is the drive thru. The staff is very friendly. The only issue I have with the staff is lately they seem to be changing a lot. With that, I have had more than one screwed up order.

Super Starbucks - fast, friendly and genuine. 50% of the time I'll go to this Starbucks over a Dunkin Donuts for coffee (depends on how much time I have, this is farther away from my work). The folks here are SO NICE, and it's genuine. Drinks are consistently good and I really appreciate the uber-genuine service.

By far the nicest Starbucks staff I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. I stop by here a lot on runs downtown (yay for it being right on the way to 96 from my strorage space!) and I always leave feeling a little bit better about the day ahead of me. Quick and speedy, I'm always through there in a jiff (although I do recommend sticking to the drive thru. Once I went in because I thought it would be faster but while the face to face interaction was nice it's clear that precedence is given to the drive thru window). It just makes my day stopping by here and getting a friendly wave and a tasty beverage from the fine folks here. Thanks for being awesome!

Stopped by this rainy morning to grab a coffee at the drive through and by the time i got to the window to pay their computers were down - my coffee ended up being free and I got a voucher for another and I hadn't even complained! Made my day :)

Uh...welcome to Starbucks. Um... How may I take your order? Drawling like a captain on the flight I just exited not too long ago the starbucks guy took my order and was ok with me laughing at him. But how could I not? He sounded almost like he was confused. Nevertheless I got my soy sugar free vanilla latte with a smile from "We *heart* you" and we both left laughing.

Ummm.. I don't know where all their croissants go.. Even early in the morning I'll stop in and they'll be out.. They need to do something about that. Other than that their drive thru is pretty quick. My drinks are always so good- very friendly staff. Polite and energetic thru the microphone! Makes you wanna come back.. Their Valencia Orange is to diiiiiie for and so refreshing! I've noticed with my experience @ other Starbucks locations.. They don't know how to put enough ice which makes my drink taste terrible. This place really knows what they're doing.

They don't even deserve ONE star. I don't know what's been going on with this Starbucks lately - but they've been hiring a lot of young, inexperienced, RUDE! employees. This morning around 8:45 I was giving my order at the drive thru. The young man taking my order was replying back with extremely rude, cocky remarks... And I also heard, through the speaker, a female employee laughing right after all of his little remarks. Of course after I pulled up to the window I confronted him. He says "no one was rude to you we were having our own conversation that's why she was laughing" oh... Really? HOW ABOUT AN "I'M SORRY MAM" not "no one was rude to you" not sure why they were having their own conversation as I was placing my order? I ended up asking to speak to a shift manager who apologized but I will be calling back tonight to get the young mans name and file a huge complaint to corporate. He didn't even apologize - his manager had to. He's getting paid to be rude to customers? Nope don't think so! Not on my watch. & on top of all of that - my drink tasted like crap. Will NEVER be coming here again.

This is just Starbucks but the service was HORRIBLE! No greeting. Then after my coffee was made she sat it down and walked away. I didn't know that was my drink because she never said a word. So after standing there for another 2mins she finally said oh here is your drink. I only gave 2 stars cause they actually made the drink right. I guess if I go back, that's a big IF it would be drive thru only. Lower expectations.

The staff here is hit or miss with good customer service. I've had several visits where the staff was more focused on drive thru customers than inside customers. The coffee is the same as all the others. The only plus is that they have a drive thru. Otherwise parking is limited and it's a small location. I'd suggest the Ford Rd. location over this one any day.

I used to come to this location all the time, another Starbucks opened up right by my work, so I go there since its more convenient. The staff is lovely, I've always gotten along with them. The only thing I would have to be negative about is the drive threw. It can be a bit pain in the butt and is sometimes slow.

typical Starbucks. the employees are usually friendly here. i find that their pastry selections are kind of limited, compared to that of other Starbucks stores. i do remember the first time that i came here (back when i was working for Starbucks), i ordered a cool lime refresher. the barista taking my order tried telling me that they were out of limes and that they weren't allowed to make the lime refreshers without the limes. HA! very false information sir. he looked embarrassed once i told him i had employee numbers to use towards my transactions. ya just never know who you're bullshitting, huh? haha. overall, this is a decent and fast location.

We all love Starbucks right? I love how everything is always consistent and delightful! I stopped in for a quick pick me up. I was able to order quickly and get my latte quickly! Love it! We also picked up a few scones to go. Delicious? Yes! Full of calories? Yes! Worth it? Definitely!! This location is also great because of the drive through. Many people use this which is probably why I was able to walk in and out in no time! The dining area was kept clean and tidy! All of the super fabulous ladies were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back to this location when I'm up in my home state!~ Thank you Starbucks!

I have been to many Starbucks over the years and have always been happy,if there is ever a problem it is corrected immediately. This location however messes up my order pretty much every time. They are also very very slow. It is the only drive thru location remotely close to me but I dread going to it because I know that even with no line it will take 20 minutes just to have a drink made wrong or for them to tell me it can't be made the way I want it. ( my drink is not complicated either. It's just a Carmel deal made half caf with no whip)

I enjoy this Starbucks. I like to stop by every once in a while to get a vanilla bean frappuccino and strawberry creme frappuccino from here. The workers are friendly and the drive thru is fast! Never had any problems with this Starbucks. My frappuccino are always delicious and I love the service.

This drive thru is the slowest of any Starbucks or other establishment that I've ever been to. However, it is close to my home and on my way to work. They are decent baristas, and once when I had to wait especially long they gave me my drink for free. I'll keep coming.
