I've purchased chicken nuggets from here on a few occasions. I never have an issue with them. They taste just as good as they did in my childhood. The service isn't terrible. It's McDonald's, so I don't expect much. But I've never had a grosser burger than the Quarter Pounder Deluxe here. I'm not sure if every one at every location tastes like that... but I couldn't even finish it. It was like wet cardboard mashed between two slices of bread. Like I said, I don't expect much from McDonald's. But I do expect food to be edible. Maybe it was the nasty ketchup slathered all over it that made it taste so bad. Either way... I'm avoiding this place when I want a burger to snack on. Avoiding it like a plague. (Fast food burgers aren't always "low quality" either. Wendy's makes some of the best)

I don't remember the last time they have gotten an order right...even after I have repeated my order 3 times they still cannot repeat it back to me...it's upsetting that such a simplistic order is messed up more than three times before it's even entered and causes me to leave before I even attempt to proceed to the first window...but yet they want $15 an hour...

It's Mcdonalds, what can I say. At least this one is clean and the people are friendly. $2 for two breakfast burritos with only slightly stale tasting tortilla wraps isn't bad, if you have time for little else on your way to work.

The owner at the Ann Arbor, Plymouth rd location seems to keep setting strange "cost-cutting" policies. I've had SO many poor experiences at this location that today I feel the need to finally post. I was told today that it is the owners policy that you are NOT allowed to purchase a tea without ice in it. Not everyone wants super cold, watered down tea. To the point that this location doesn't even let you get your own tea like most others do. It's becoming a little extreme and I'm sick of this location all together. I see so many people each time I've gone there leave, because of a line, or rudeness, or changing more than other locations for the same thing. I think it's mostly the few that have had good experiences here that have written reviews. As a former McDs employee nearly 10 years ago now, its sad to see such a lack of basic customer service.

I am highly disappointed with this place!! I have never seen an employee with an obvious mental handicap AND a customer be treated with such disrespect! 9am Tuesday morning mid-May and maybe five people in line, by no means what I would consider a rush. The woman behind the register was fast, too fast for the two managers, the other person on the second register, and what seemed like three people in the back cooking! The whole time I was waiting on my food ALL of them were talking about her as if the whole reason for their not being able to keep up with the orders was ALL her fault. One of the managers, a short heavier set woman who seemed to hate her life, messed up my order as she placed it on the tray, but she was gone too quick to let her know. I mentioned it was incorrect and the woman behind the register politely informs the manager, who walks over and says, "...why not?!" I then interject because I didn't like her tone, "...because it's not what I ordered, I ordered the number 6 w cheese." Now it MIGHT be the dreads because some do tend to speak to me differently sometimes because of them, but she gets all cocky and says, "So you won't eat a McMuffin?" "No, that's not what I ordered, I would like what I ordered." She then yells my order into the back and snags up the McMuffin. Someone from the back then complains that said employee is taking orders too fast. The angry manager's reply?... "Well at least she's leaving at 10!" Now I saw this whole thing play out, said employee was doing a kick ass job taking orders, everybody else getting flustered in THEIR position. It was the manager who grabbed the wrong sandwich originally and erased the order before she moved on! SHE was the one who screwed it all up! How DARE any of them speak about her at all, especially in front of customers! Shame. The real sad part...my second sandwich wasn't what I ordered either!!! I just ate it.

It's usually pretty good (and the mcd's we go to that's on our way home from the bar) but tonight they completely messed up our order. Missing 2 fries, gave us a 4pc nugget instead of the 10pc, and we were supposed to have a sausage egg mcmuffin and instead got a burnt mcmuffin without the egg. They also weren't serving the chicken ranch wraps at this time. The fries that we did get were nice, hot, and fresh. And we also didn't get a receipt to see what we really got charged for. Maybe next time they'll have our order right

This is probably the best Mcdonalds I've been to. They handle morning rush like pros. There is ALWAYS a line when i get there for drive-thru but somehow I never wait more than 5 minutes for my food.

In most cases, you wouldn't really sit and think to review a fast food restaurant unless it was a completely horrible experience. Well, I'm going to change it up a bit. I actually am giving praise to this McDonald's. I stop in a couple times a week if that in the morning to grab breakfast before driving to work which is within 5 minutes of this location. They have one of the double drive-thru lanes which can get a little crazy sometimes, but that does not affect the service from those working inside. On every occasion, the people working here are so happy and courteous to the customers. Plus, they are quick, alas 'fast food'. One occasion sticks out more than anything of where they went above and beyond when it came to customer service. I went through on a semi-busy Saturday morning. I noticed on the breakfast menu that the Southern Style Chicken Biscuit was not there anymore. I decided to ask if they still had it. Of course I was told to wait a minute while they found out, but it was less than a minute I had to wait. I pulled up to pay like usual and then went to the window to pick up my food. I was surprised when I was greeted by a manager. She informed me that they will be taking that sandwich off of the menu at most McDonalds. She said luckily they still had some available. She told me it would be about 5 minutes and that I would be getting it made fresh seeing there was none prepped that morning. She also handed me two vouchers for free McCafe drinks because of my wait. I was impressed with this service and with the service I have received there any time I swing on in. I take my hat off to the morning crew at the McDonalds on Ann Arbor Rd in Plymouth. ::claps hands::

This by far is my favorite McDonald's in the Westland-Livonia-Plymouth-canton area. Double drive thru line moves super fast. The staff is friendly and courteous. They never mess up a special order. And when you order the iced tea they give you a styrofoam cup (a big one) so the drink stays cold for hours with ice. I have yet to pull away from this McDonald's and not have the person at the delivery window say thanks with a big smile. That's saying a lot. And I, for one, appreciate service with a smile!
