I ordered a pizza and salad yesterday from Jets on Haggerty and 5 mile, 15450 N Haggerty Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170. I placed my order with Elissa. I was told 45 minutes until delivery. I ordered at 6:20pm, I called back at 7:30pm to check on the order, they put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back and said we cant find the order. I said I placed it with Elissa an hour and ten minutes ago, I had to repeat my address for her 3 times while ordering. He said oh well, we cant find it, we can make you a new order if you want and it will be delivered in 45 minutes. I said I have already waited over an hour for my order, now I have to wait an additional 45 minutes? He said yes there is nothing we can do about it. I hung up, I was so mad they treated me that way, it was horrible customer service. I was so mad I called back to speak to a manager, Mike, and he told me the same thing. He said its their computer system and it happens ALL the time. He said they could deliver our order in 45 minutes or I could pick it up in 20. It was going on 8pm at this point, my kids were hungry and ready for bed, we ordered at 620. I said forget it, horrible, horrible customer service. There was never a resolution, I told them I wasn't waiting another 45 minutes. If this was my company, I would want to know this was going on, I would want to know if the staff was not taking care of customers orders, and then they weren't even nice enough to fix their mistake. I fully expected them to say we will get this made ASAP and get it right out to you. I was not expecting them to blow me off and say oh well, and make me wait an additional 45 minutes. This was horrible. Prior to this, we ordered from Jets AT LEAST once every two weeks, sometimes every week. Never again, especially now that I know this happens ALL the time, as they told me. I would not recommend this place to anyone, horrible customer service.

I have to admit, I love jets pizza, but sometimes they can't do anything right! I was with my friend and we wanted to order jet bread from there. We called the place and I specifically said "delivery" when the guy asked. After waiting an hour for our bread to come, we called back and asked where the hell it was. They lady said "it's been like sitting here for like 15 minutes". I was so pissed off because they couldn't do the simplest thing on earth. After telling them that we freaking said delivery, they said "oh sorry. We will make another and it will be ready in 45 minutes". Are you kidding me?! We don't get a discount?! We waited 2 hours for bread. I think that we should get a few dollars off.

Although this place is only a few blocks from me, this is the first time I have been there, and it was worth the visit. I ordered a pick-up by phone and they got everything correct. It was not an easy order. I wanted a Greek salad without tomatoes and onions and a pizza with light sauce. They got it right and everything was ready when they said it would be. The Greek salad was delicious with lots of fresh feta cheese, tasty beets and a lot of olives and a nice Greek dressing. The pizza had a lot of peperoni and a unique flavored crust. A lot better than other pizza places I have used. We don't order out often but I will certainly use this place again.

Jet's pizza is just one of those things.... I'm pretty sure it is the baked cheese on the edges that keep bringing me back, but they make a pretty good za. We also tried the wings and they were good, but nothing I would order again. I think I will stick to my basic pepperoni pizza and antipasta salad. Because I figure if you can't make that you shouldn't have a pizza business.

Jet's, you ARE my go-to pizza. Your 8-corner crust pizza is my all-time favorite! Even when I can't remember the actual NAME of it when I order, you always seem to get it right ("I want an all-corner crust pizza please"). Your online ordering allows me to hide my guilty pizza pleasure behind the computer, and just like magic, a prompt delivery person hands me the always-perfectly prepared pizza/bread stick boxes. I love you Jet's Pizza, and I don't say that to just ANY pizza joint.

I really like Jets. It is one of my favorite chain pizzas. I love their salads and deli boat too. My only problem is that about 80% of the time they get my pizza order wrong. It seems like every time we order pepperoni on the whole pizza and mushroom on half they make it pepperoni on half and mushroom on the other half. They seem to make any other pizza we order right just not this one. The receipt always reads right but it's just made wrong. It's too bad because I really like the flavor.

I like Jet's, I've been going here for years and they typically send out a lot of coupons. The thick crust pizza is pretty heavy duty so be warned! Also they make a good veggie pizza.
