When the food finally arrived, it tasted good, but the wait was so long it was hardly worth it. The only way I'd give any money to this place again is via takeout. The dine in experience was just frustrating.

I don't know what all the complaining is about. I stopped in on a Wednesday and had no issues at all. I sat at the bar and ordered a beer and a side of wedges. The wedges came out hot and quickly. I ordered a second beer and shortly after placed my to-go order. My wings were ready to go before I finished my drink. Maybe all of the negative posts have more to do with the actual patrons and not the establishment. Or there could be new management with a better focus on customer service. Whatever the issue was it seems to have been resolved. Don't let the negative posts dissuade you, it's your typical bdubs.

Took 55 minutes to get our food and server didn't stop by to say anything. I had to ask about the food (maybe they forgot???). Also wings weren't covered very well in the hot sauce and they charged me for fruit but never delivered it.

I think it is funny that any one would write a bad review. Continue to visit the establishment , post their picture with their review and wonder why they received poor service on the next visit . That said they place is fine ,everybody there is great . Food is good too. I have been going there since they opened.

This is one of the Buffalo Wild Wings where they make up their own rules about how many wings to give you. It used to be that you get 6, 12, 18 , or 24. Now they call them snack, small, medium, and large. This gives the franchisees the ability to decide whatever they want to give you. At my BWW I get 12 wings in a small. Every time. Some of the wings are smaller, some bigger. That's expected. At this BWW, I got 10 dinky wings in my small order. I emailed corporate. No response. Putting all BWW that use this practice on blast on Yelp. Charging this much per dinky wing is ludicrous considering their alcohol prices.
Absolutely terrible service! Our waitress began to take our order then walked away for ten minutes. After she came back and took the rest of our order she disappeared for another hour. She brought us out cold food and we had empty drinks and she didn't even offer us a refill. We had to ask for more drinks and we had to go get our own napkins. I left a 5% tip out of guilt but it was much more than she deserved.

The food was good but be ready to wait for it. I have been to many BWW and this was not at the top. Service was not great. Also I was going to do the wing challenge and they acted like they have never hear about it. This is an iconic part of BWW. Guess only in some places.

Great food-go on Tuesday they have a special. (Also try their chocolate cake YUM!) Apparently the place to go to watch ANY kind of sport too lots of tvs.

I am a huge fan of B-Dubs, but this location is beyond horrible! For some reason we keep going back here on our way home from Boyne Highlands. We have been here at least 8 to 10 times over the last couple of years and we keep going back hoping it will be better, but it is still always disappointing. Never again! From the time we sat down until we got our food (nothing out of the ordinary for a family of four) it took over an hour! It was not even busy - there were seven tables filled in the dining room and a couple more in the bar area. Oddly enough, no one was getting their food orders! It was like everyone in the kitchen went out for a smoke break together. Usually the food at B-Dubs is delicious, but something is wrong with this locations kitchen because the food was gross - stale taco shells, half of the toppings were missing, and I couldn't get the correct salad dressing. The manager finally came around to see how things were going. We expressed our concerns regarding the stale shells and he asked if I wanted another order. I told him no because it had already taken 45 minutes to get our food to begin with, plus you know they would have messed with my second order because cooks hate that. Nothing else from the manager after that. Tonights experience is very typical of this location. Horrible food and even worse service! Sadly, The Side Door Saloon isn't open on Sundays bc we love that place, and we had to settle for here bc we were in our ski gear!

Family birthday dinner for a 17 yr old. First visit. Probably would not seek this restaurant chain out again. Wings were fine; Asian Zing sauce is sweet & spicy. I liked the Jalapeno Poppers, but the breading is kinda tasteless. Not a fan of the fried pickles (same tasteless coating). The vegetarian at the table liked the Black Bean Burger. Everyone else pretty much had wings and seemed to like them. Lots of sports on multiple screens to choose from. Really high noise level, but it was a Saturday early evening.

The only bdubs (that I know of) near Harbor Springs. In winter, expect lots of people especially on friday/saturday/Sunday, bdubs is really popular with the skiing crowd. In the summer, this place is more crowded on rainy days.

My husband and I had dinner and watched a ballgame here while visiting the Petoskey area from Detroit. Our waitress was named Devan and she was terrific. Very friendly young lady and our food was served fast and tasty. We had a great time!

Awful, horrendous service. The sign at the front clearly days Please Seat Yourself, but then we were ignored for 10 minutes at a dirty table until my husband finally got up to talk to the manager. Ten more minutes went by before a waitress came. Another half an hour before our two orders of wings and wedges showed up. We had the exact same awful service last time, but it had been nearly a year, and so we took a shot. We won't be making the same mistake again.

I like the wings at BWW, but here was horrible! I couldn't believe how careless the staff is about their customers. We had to wait 20 minutes just to taste 3 sauces, then she disappeared on us for another 20 before we could order. Get our wings, and they give us boneless when we ordered traditional. Top it off, we want to pay and go, took my fiancé 30 minutes to find her, he asked someone else for the bill and he said only our waitress can, and he doesn't know where she's at, no he won't get her!!! Needless to say, for the first time in my life, no tip was left. This isn't what BWW is like, but apparently the one in Petoskey doesn't care. Maybe new management and new crew would help, until then, you won't ever see us walk in the door again. Glad they're opening one in Gaylord!!!!!
