I had the most disturbing experience tonight with BC Pizza and the man 'Larry' who claims to be the manager. I called in an order for delivery- a small pizza with 3 items-- $8.25 an order of '8-10 Freshly Baked Bread Stix'--3.50 and a soda--$1.50 (These prices are from BC Pizza take out menu pricing) total being $13.25. 'Larry' quoted me $20.00-- when I questioned how he got to $20.00- he said 'I rounded up- most people don't mind'.....well, I do mind. I asked him to give me the prices for each- as I had the take out flyer in front of me...he started throwing out random numbers, in order to total $19.75-- and again he said he just "rounded up a few cents". I asked him where he went to school, and he said "WOW!! You can call back when you can be respectful!" And I told him to cancel my order. I asked his name and he refused to give it to me. I then went down the street to get 1. The managers name, 2. The employees name, 3. A current price sheet. When I walked in I asked 'Larry' if he was the one who answered the phone and he said yes, and I asked his name and the managers name, he told me he was the manager...which I found out is not true. and I told him I intended to call the owner ( Scott )-- he told me that there was a minimum fee if I wanted delivery. I asked him why he didn't explain that to me on the phone....I live 2 minutes away and would have picked up my order rather than pay almost double! He said it was because I cussed him out...I don't cuss. It is not in my vocabulary... EVER. He then told me to leave and threatened to call the police. I do intend to follow up with the owner Scott, but be careful and check your receipt, 'Larry' claims most people don't mind if he "rounds up".

Okay pizza. Just okay. Prefer the breadsticks to the pizza but still nothing to write home about.

You can't go anywhere up north without running into a B.C. We usually hit the one in E. Jordan, Charlevoix, or Petoskey. Exceptionally mediocre. We are convinced that B.C.Pizza stands for "Barely Considered" Pizza. The only reason why we eat from there is because it is the most convenient pizza anywhere around for miles....and it has yet to make us sick.....barely. Even if you have food to cook/grill back at home/cabin/etc, sometimes you are just too worn out after a day of swimming, boating, driving, etc. and the hungry family typically rallies for greasewheel....even kinda bad greasewheel. Last time I picked up in Charlevoix, I would swear there was a 12 yr old answering the phones. What's with the "keystone cops" motif and mascot? I don't get it. You can usually get coupons around town to make it relatively cheap....you might get pissed if you pay full price.

The main problem with BC Pizza is that the pizza just isn't very good. The sauce is bland, as is the crust, and the sausage is spongy. Don't get me wrong; it's not terrible. It's just not good, either. The Petoskey location has a buffet, so at lunch and dinnertime, it's not a bad deal to go in and get some passable pizza without a wait, along with salad, pudding, cottage cheese, and other typical buffet options. This location also delivers, but unlike many other BC Pizza locations, the Petoskey BC Pizza is not only delivery game in town. Other Petoskey places with better pizza deliver, too.

Inexpensive and quick. Our hotel was across the street so it was easy to order pizza and eat around the pool. Pizza was average.

Great prices and awesome pizza. They were very busy but were totally courteous and quick. The best breadsticks ever. We don't live in the area so I am sad I won't get this pizza again anytime soon.

We had a mediocre-to-bad experience with the local B.C. Pizza while on vacation here. The prices were good and delivery to our hotel was fast. However, it started going wrong when the delivery guy accidentally dropped my salad on the ground and about a third of it fell out. My plastic fork went onto the sidewalk as well. He was apologetic but didn't offer to get me a fresh fork, a new salad or any kind of compensation for this. Well, anyone can have an off day, but when we got our pizzas, the toppings on my husband's personal pizza were wrong as well. Lucikly, the green pepper pieces were big enough to pick off, so it was edible. The Greek salad... what I salvaged of it... was quite good, though it was weird that they add pepperoni to it. Overall, not a great introduction to this chain of local pizza places.

Descent food and prices. We ate in but more of a take out joint. They have good combination pizzas with thin crust( my favorite). I would come back again for their pizza.

Just ate there last night and had great service. The pizza was awesome. We tried the Chicken Parmazetti and a order of cheezy bread. Both were done perfectly. I would recommend this to all my friends that come into town. And if you want delivery, they do that too for free.
