The most amazing delivery menu in town. Happy's will get good comfort food to your door in 45 minutes or less. Their pizza is about as good as any other Franchise in town, but their other food - fried chicken, ribs, shrimp, fish and desserts (ask, because they're not all on the website) are good eats. My family has ordered takeout from Happy's at least thirty times and they have never gotten our order wrong. Plus, they're open late!

It was Valentine's weekend and we wanted wings, but the waits at other restaurants were too long especially with 2 kids 1 & 6. Figured we'd check out happys because we heard they had wings. We figured we'd check them out and was impressed with their menu that can all be delivered. Ended up getting 2pounds of boneless wings, a large pizza and stuffed cheese bread.. everything was very good. The chicken rivals Buffalo Wild Wings and Pete's, the pizza is just as good if not better then others in Monroe. They said 45 minutes for delivery and pretty muxh right on the second they were here. We will definitely be trying more of happys. .

Bland & Burnt should be the tagline for this business. We ordered the $12 two pizzas w/ two toppings each offer. The sauce tasted like it had no italian seasoning in it at all, and they were very stingy with the chicken (that counts as two toppings for some reason). An extra added (unwanted) bonus was the burnt underside of the crust. If i wanted my pizza blackened I would have asked for it cajun style. The menu looked impressive, so I thought I'd give them a try. Big mistake. I must let you know that this review is solely based on their pizza & breadsticks, since I didn't try anything else on their menu; nor do I want to now. Try it once if you want, but that will probably be enough. My personal favorite in Monroe is Buscemis. The State Park Party Store, and Little Caesars come in a close second.

After a very long day I called Happy's five minutes after closing. I apologized for calling so late, and the owner told me he had about fifteen minutes of cleaning and could make my order. No where else was open and he made my day! Very polite everytime I go in there, the food has always been correct, drivers and the employees in store have always been clean, on time, helpful, and polite.

The first two times I ordered from here the food was delicious. The past three times, however, the breaded mushrooms were undercooked, and the pizza lacked flavor. The pizza was also greasy. On the plus side, it's affordable and the delivery is quick.

We were in the area for a soccer tournament and needed to feed the team quickly between games. We called in an order and the owner was gracious enough to let our 16 boys and 10 parents take over the restaurant. The pizza was hot and delicious. The service was amazing, and we got to watch the Lions game on the flatscreens. Thanks very much for making our first experience at Happy's a great one!
