Decent prices and service, but the massive menu clearly has overwhelmed them to do more than mediocre with their offering. Bland and gloopy soups tasting of raw flour, potato flake mashers, and frozen vegetables. We are relocating to the area and this was the first meal on our arrival. We hope that other establishments better represent Port Huron dining.

A-ok. Aint that the truth. They know how to cook a hamburger! Wooooo! More to the point, they have good Sunday hours!!! WOOOOOOOOOO!!! It's so hard to find a place to eat at on Sunday nights, and at Seros you can usually accomplish that goal. Fine work :) Keep being open.

menu is large. lots to choose from. not bad for a diner, wish things were fresh not frozen.

If I could give it a zero I would. We made a reservation for 30+ people for a Sunday morning, and waited for a good 15 minutes before a server even acknowledged we were there. The it was another 10 minutes before she took our order. There were two servers serving us, and did a shit job at best. We had to approach the servers to come over and take our order. We waited over a half hour for our food to come to no avail. We told the manager that the restaurant was very disorganized and he contested it. Every time we enquired about wait times or service for other people, the only excuse we got was "it's very busy". Tell us what is going on in the kitchen/dining room, don't sugar coat it. Tell us straight up, just don't "say it's busy", we know it is. Needless to say we left hungry after an hour, and we don't expect to be back. If it's a Sunday, and you know you have a large party in addition to a regular Sunday crowd, staff accordingly. Don't put on two subpar servers to do a large party if they can't do the job. All 30 of my extended family members who were there were informed of our misfortune and I doubt they will eat there again as well. On my way out I told people waiting that the service was awful and to leave if they wanted to eat within the hour. I think you should invest in better staff both front and back. There is no way that on even the busiest day that a Denver omelette and a medium rare steak should take over 30 minutes.

Had a bad experience. Was shorted food for take-out. The manager called and asked if we wanted him to throw it away?!?!!? Went back for it and he offered no apology, just excuses. Good food, bad customer service.

Family restaurant. Mom-n-Pop place. Good food at great prices. Plenty of seating. Friendly staff.
