Service here was good but the decor was A little dated but clean, the bathroom was also clean. We ordered sweet and sour chicken with sesame chicken, the meals included egg roll, rice, and wonton soup. Very tasty food that seemed freshly made and not out of a box as many places serve these days. Only complaint was that the rice was a little bland on its own, but we added sauce from our meals that perked it up. We came in during lunch and found the lunch prices very reasonable, much cheaper than the nearby China Lite. A minor knock is that from the street the place looks closed, there was a neon sign in the window that was not turned. I suspect that if that sign were turn on that more people would spot the place and stop for the excellent food. Had we not got close enough to the place and saw table lights we would have passed the place by. Updating the decor, fixing the rice, and turning on the outside open signs will go along way to having more customers and five stars from me.

Simply avoid this place, food is bland and tasteless. Egg rolls taste terrible and the only good that was tasty was the Fortune Cookie.

Something went wrong here today. The soup and tea were hot, so I was anticipating that after waiting for more than 40 minutes for our lunch to arrive that they would have had time to make sure that it was worth the wait... WRONG! Our lunch hour was over and we all needed boxes to take our meal back to work and zap it in the microwave. COLD broccoli... COLD egg roll... shrimp and rice the same. This was the first time I have ever experienced a situation like this here. Whatever was going wrong in the kitchen, had more than just our table grumbling.

Had better Chinesse food, but if I don't want to drive to Port Huron's Great Wall this will do.

First off its chinese can you at least cook the rice right, not burn it and add a little flavor, the quality is poor for the price, the China Wok on 24th street is a better deal for the money. Seriously I hate living up here because every one thinks restaturants food like this is good, just because they have never had quality Chinese

Not very appetizing food at all.......ordered the General Tzo Chicken and it was very breaded chicken with a sauce that was missing any kind of spice other than sodium. It was also very thin in consistency and just not good. Also ordered their beef chow mein and was disappointed yet again in very dry, over-cooked beef that came with the meal. The beef had no flavor whatsoever. Sesame chicken....same problem....lack of flavor in the sauce and just not good.

Wonderful food. It's a small restaraunt, but they have great service. The food is much better than the China Lite.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city.
