The chain overall I would probably give a 4-star, but this location is deserving of a full 5-star rating. The staff is nice, place is always clean, the food is always warm/fresh, the portion sizes are hit or miss but if you ask them to hit it with another scoop they will.

Stopped in today because I was craving some nachos. I ended up getting the Craft Two with the gumbo and nachos with mild salsa. I really love the mild salsa. Very fresh flavors, cilantro, tomatoes, onion, etc... Can't say that this Qdoba is much different than any other, except for the fact the the staff were very polite. Unfortunately, this isn't all that common at Qdoba's or other fast food restaurants... The nice thing about Qdoba is that they have so many options.. If you want soups, tacos, burritos, salads, etc, they have it all.. They have vegetarian, chicken, pork and steak... Pretty cool. It would be neat if they had seafood someday. Prices are reasonable. I love how they have the soda machine where you can get a coke or diet coke (just an example) with raspberry, lime or vanilla flavoring. I love a Diet Coke with orange! It's in a great location with a lot of parking and other shops!

Okay, coming through the door I noticed that the tables closest to the door and the counter were dirty. In the defense of the workers though, the place was quite busy; so, that can be excused. Getting in line, my wife and I noticed that one of the cooks had her pants hanging down and her underwear was exposed. While neither of us are prudes, we really didn't feel that this was proper business attire. On to the food, this place gives you a choice of entrees that you get to build. You get to select many different options of what you wan tin your food. You get to select from several burrito wrap options. You get to select a couple of rice options. You get several queso options. You get several beans options. You get five meat options and one vegetarian option. You get several vegetable options and salsa options. You can build the burrito of your choice unlike some of the other chain Mexican fast food restaurants. I like that. You can end up with a different burrito each time you come in, if that is your thing. You determine how much or how little the burrito is. And the extra ingredients are free. I loved the grilled chicken burrito that I ended up with. I could taste each ingredient. Nothing over powered anything else. And the tortilla chips are fresh made on location that day. Its a great way to get a filling, tasty meal on a really cold day.

To me, reviewing a business on Yelp is about the overall experience. And as I read other reviews from other Yelpers, I find myself shaking my head at things I agree with. There's nothing wrong with the food, I really didn't notice a lack of trash cans, and the staff was friendly. My issue was with the building itself. Whatever you do, don't sit-in after 7 PM. Any where you sit, you'll be blinded by the sun because the building's 3 corners face the west. That was my biggest complaint. The other would be that it was very noticeable how greasy the floors were as the team members would slide from station to station. I don't know that you want to be broadcasting that. Just another "eh" type experience.

I've been addicted to chipotle for passed few years until yesterday when I had a horrible experience at one in Ann Arbor. I decided to try out this Qdoba due to solid reviews. Very clean, very delicious, and very friendly staff. I am converted!

Very disappointing... I was put off by the unreasonable up-charge amount for grilled veggies to be put on my chicken burrito bowl. Silly me, I thought I was at Chipotle... Sorry, Qdoba, I wish I could love you since you're a lot closer than Chipotle, but I can't...

this qdoba location gets five stars for the amazing service that i always get when i go here. one time i went about 20 minutes before they closed, and got all the way home before i realized i did not receive tortilla chips to eat my nachos with. i called the manager to explain what happened and she apologized, and told me to come back and she gave me 2 free coupons for entrees. i did not even want anything extra i just wanted the chips. i really appreciate her going above and beyond to satisfy her customers. every time i come into this store, i see the same lady working during the night and i believe she is either a supervisor or manager. she is always nice and i can tell she treats her employees right. all of the workers here always provide excellent and fast service! their food is also always fresh, i can always expect the great quality of qdoba at this location :)

Excellent food, oddly limited on combinations... like. You can get steak tacos, bit not steak quesadillas.... And if you get a burrito.. some of the ingredients are cold (like Rice and beans).. so.. be prepared. ON the plus side, their 3-cheese queso dip and chips is outstanding.

After my first and only visit to a Qdoba quite awhile ago I vowed I would never go back. we visited the Newburgh road location at Six Mile. Food was just okay but the service was terrible and all the staff were on a constant goof off break. Today my wife and I decided to give it another shot so we stopped in to this location for lunch. Very happy we did. Food was very good and service was great. Pulled pork burrito was very tasty as was my wife's chicken burrito. Chips and queso are some of the best we have had and would return just for those. Burritos are big enough for two so I would split one next time. Glad we stopped in. Definitely not like our first experience.

The food here is not bad, but they have some consistency issues, especially with the service. For what it is, though, it's ok. The tortilla soup is good, but ask for it with chicken. AND if possible dine in. Takeout doesn't hold up very well if you're driving more than 10 minutes.

This is one of the three Qdoba locations I go to in the Detroit area, and it is the best one in my opinion. The food is always fresh and warm when I come, and I always receive quality service. No complaints here.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
