I love this place! The server always remembers our modifications, the garlic sauce and hummus are to die for, and I can apparently eat a falafel wrap per week for an entire year and not get sick of it. It's. That. Good. They are also almost always very quick, I've never met a staff member that wasn't nice. And do they make their own pickles? The pickles are amazing. I can't say enough good things about Fattoush Village Cafe!

4 stars for baba ganoush, tabouli , fried kibbee, rice 5 stars service, prices, ( need to update online menu) fattoush salad 3 deboned chicken 1/2- didn't get half or at least not what I've been accustomed to at other mid eastern places, and what they give you as a half- no flavor- without the garlic sauce they were just grilled chicken- very bland- this is my go to dish at any mid- eastern restaurants, and this fell way short of what I expected. $13.99 too pricey for the small portion of chicken. I still love this place. I just won't order deboned chicken

Takeout - pita breads were small and hard, clearly not fresh. Chicken schwarma ok once dipped in salsa otherwise nothing special. Fattoush salad was boring and too much dressing. I won't come back. Will stick with sheesh at 5 and Newburgh in Livonia. Second time I've been here both times completely empty - should have been my first clue.

Nothing terrible here, but nothing very good either. Grapeleaves taste like they are from a can, pita bread from a bag, meat from Sysco, gas station coffee. Too many truly good mediterranean places around with similar prices to come back. Service is the best part and water is served in real glasses.

I've gotten better food off a food cart. Chicken shawarmo - The sauce was delicious, the chicken was dry, tough, and clearly way over-cooked, the pita was decent. Fattoush salad - Soaked with dressing, not tossed, not coated, bathing. The pita chips were as soggy as pitta bread. Baklava - Crispy, fresh, and delicious. They clearly have issues with standards. I hope to catch them on a good day next time.

Are you kidding me!? This place has got some out of this world noms! I am absolutely celebrating the fact that I have gained a new, amazing place to get my shawarma fix, yet at the same time I am mourning the fact that I have only just discovered it. We drove by here the other day, and when I suggested mediterranean fare as opposed to Taco Bell for quick lunch, DH drove all the way over here for me (we were on Ford and Canton Center). This was such a double win, because I will eat shawarma over processed tacos anytime.. And because the wraps at this place are super fresh, juicy and slathered with the most amazing garlic spread EVER. We ordered a falafel wrap to split between the two of us, a lamb shawarma wrap for me and a chicken shawarma wrap for him. We substituted all tahini (ick!) for garlic, which was probably the best decision I have made in a while. The lamb shawarma was juicy, thinly sliced and super tender. Nothing like the tough, dry nuggets of bland meat some places dare to serve. It was my favorite wrap out of the three. The chicken was grilled and slightly charred, resulting in a nice flavor added to the meat. It was cut in long strips, and served with veggies and pickled goods. The falafel sandwich was nicely seasoned and the falafel was perfectly crispy on the outside, and soft and pillowlike on the inside. This garlic is like crack, tho! I could eat it straight out of a container, you know, sneak in a small bite or two when walking past my fridge! Im a freak, Ill admit to it. I have just called my friend to make dinner plans for tonight.. Here!

Stopped there for a quick lunch today with a co worker the hummus was phenomenal, and the salads were fresh and tasty! Quick in and out, great service, and $12 for two for lunch? Perfect!

My food was merely a 2.5-star experience, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and round up to 3. Fair prices for sure! Although I love the large portions that most middle eastern restaurants provide, I typically overeat (like a true Yelper) so I am thankful for their truly SMALL side salad and cup of soup - still very generous in size for a total bill of $5.40! Disappointed that the salad did not include garlic as promised on the carry out menu. How can you have middle eastern without garlic?!? Best part of the meal was the crunchy and salty fresh pita chips on my fattoush salad. Well done! :)

I love this place and feel lucky that it's less than a half mile from my house. AWESOME food, AWESOME service. Guess what? You don't have to go to Dearborn for awesome middle eastern cuisine. :)

Very disappointed in the chicken shawarma wrap, the chicken it tasted like it had been grilled without being marinated or seasoned, the pickles were awful the best apart was garlic spread which helped mask the taste of the taste of bland chicken and bad pickles. But the service was quick and friendly.

I'll have to try this place again to see whether it's any better the next time. I'd give it 2.5 stars if I could but the service was not great. We walked in and were seated ant then weren't re-approached for our drink order for several minutes. After we placed the order our drinks still took a bit longer. Mind you there were a few other tables who already had their food and another table of about 5 that came in before us that had just ordered. The food was so so but Mediterranean food is not my favorite. We had the kibbeh balls and the falafel which were both just ok. The tab for one small order of each and a can of coke was $16. I'd like to try one of their wraps and report back.

I have only carried out from this restaurant. The employees there are very nice and helpful. Usually when I go to Middle Eastern cuisine, I eat the fattoush salad. Unfortunately, at this location, it looks like the cooks used bag lettuce of all varieties. I may be mistaken, but I thought it was supposed to be a mixture of ice burg and romain. This salad had the shaven carrots and onions and some red lettuce mixed in. It may be their style, but it's something I do not care for. Other than that, the prices are great and the soups are fantastic. It seems pretty popular, since whenever I go in there, the booths are all used.

yes, I am a fan - tasty sandwiches and great lentil soup at reasonable prices, and friendly service from folks who smile and remember you if you come in more than once. I now have them on "speed dial".

My wife told me that she wanted to go out for mediterranean food for her birthday, since the kids wouldn't be with us. We didn't know of any good places nearby, so we did a quick internet search and got directions to the highest rated place. On our way, we noticed Fattoush Village, and decided we could come back if we had trouble finding the place we had decided to go. Well, the place we had decided to go to had an empty parking lot, and the lights were off. It looked like it had been closed for quite some time. So we went to Fattoush Village, and didn't regret it. We had some fancy smoothy drinks, and ordered a dinner-for-two platter or something (it was back in November, I don't exactly remember). What I do remember is that the garlic was fantastic, and the platter would have been enough for three or four normal people, but I eat like a horse, and my wife is breast-feeding, so she eats more than she did when she was pregnant (and is still losing the baby-weight quickly...I don't know why more women don't do that), so we finished the whole platter. We'll definitely go back again.

Horrible service.... Hummus tasted off. Boyfriend had chicken cilantro. The chicken was dry, obviously reheated. I had the falafel wrap, it was decent but considering the rest of the experience wasn't nearly enough to make up for the poor visit.

Went there the other night just for hummus and fattoush. We were greeted quickly got our food and went home to grill our own lamb onions and pine nuts to add. Wonderful portions and tastes. Good Middle Eastern.

Had dinner with my wife tonight at Fattoush Village and was really impressed. I grew up near Dearborn and have eaten Middle Eastern food my entire life. We ordered the Lamb Swarma DINNER and the Chicken Swarma DINNER with Fattoush and Hommus. I was nervouse to order lamb but it was really good. The swarma is basically shaved lamb and the chicken is more like lean all white chicken strips. Both had really good seasoning and were not drowning in oils. You could tell that each meat had it's own seasoning preventing them from tasting the same. Portions of meat were good but not excesive large. Fattoush was not large but was really tasty with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and of course crcked pita bread. I will go back for just the Fattoush and add chicken to make it a meal. The hommus was also good. You could tell it was fresh but not too fresh. If you know hommus you know it needs a few hours (or more) for the garlic to settle in. There was only a few others in the restaurant and food came quick. The waitress was really nice and was explaining to us the difference in the meal names and there preperation. We already knew this but though it was nice of her to explain. For the building... nothing fancy, located in a strip mall type area, that was clean but definitely a casual place. I heard they have great lunch specials but have not been. This is one of the 2 middle eastern restaurants in the Livonia\Westland\canton area I will eat at.

Great falafil or falafil deluxe sandwich. I've also gone with friends who were very satisfied with their meals. Staff and the owner very pleasant and welcoming. Falafils cooked fresh, still warm in the sandwich.

Dirty. Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, hair in my food. Was sick afterwards and will never go back.

This place is, hands-down, my favorite Mediterranean restaurant. Their fattoush salad is out of this world, &their portions are very generous. (Especially with the chicken fattoush salad!) The fattoush dressing is wonderfully tangy, with a hint of mint. I'll admit their hummus isn't my absolute favorite, but it's still damn good! A fun fact, the head chef is the Mediterranean food instructor at Henry Ford Community College.

Ordered carryout. Fattoush with chicken was fresh, as well as the shish tawook. Garlic was amazing. Very good.

I went here based on the other YELP reviews. I agree. I judge Middle Eastern style restaurants based in large part on falafel. Fattoush Village got it just right-a little crust on the outside but still tender. The pickles in my wrap were better than average. Of course, as a Schoolcraft alumna, I had high expectations from the chef. I wasn't disappointed. I was very comfortable and will be back.

I've never been let down by their garlicky Chicken Shwarma or crispy fattoush salad with just the right amount of tangy goodness in the dressing. Their Hummus is creamy deliciousness, too. Dang...now I'm hungry.
