I have been dining here for many years and the food was good as always. First time sitting outside and the only issue were the very uncomfortable seats.

I was expecting the food and service to be on par with a better chain sit down restaurant but was disappointed. My cocktail was missing alcohol. I ordered the grilled chicken Marsala .... Was rubbery and the mashed potatoes were instant. My girlfriend's salmon was good but part way through she found plastic from the "fresh" food in the meal. .... Instant loss of appetite! The waitress & manager were apologetic but we got the feeling it was a regular issue. The food was obviously not fresh and the kitchen staff is apparently sub par chain competent. Maybe it's a management issue. Regardless, I'll not waste my time or money on this chain again.

My wife and I visit Bravo weekly. The food and service is exceptional every time. The wait staff is kind and attentive and really care about your dinning experience. We are always more then happy to recommend Bravo to anyone looking for a great dinner.

Food was delicious!! Warm bread was always brought out to our table when needed. Are waitress Alicia was on top of everything enjoyed my dinner and fast service.

Make no mistake, this is not some authentic little Italian trattoria. This is a corporate restaurant with fake Roman columns. But, being a temporary captive of suburban Detroit, there are not a lot of choices; and this choice is actually a good one! Service was very good. Pasta was well cooked, and the sauce was very tasty & fresh.

My steak was a little undercooked otherwise tasty. The servers could've been a little more friendly. Overall a good experience.

Disappointing service, disappointing food. I am just happy that I didn't have to go to Buca di Beppo instead. Right there deserves at least a couple of stars. It was Dad's choice...I mean it was his 65th birthday and all. What should have been a nice dinner turned into a long experience filled with forgetting parts of orders. My BIL ordered a salad, never got it. We had to wait at least a half hour to order our food. It took another hour to get the food out. (I wish I was exaggerating) And in the end, I wasn't even impressed with what came out. The manager even came out to apologize, saying that they had to rush an employee to the hospital. Nice...but that was it. If I ever visit MI again, I would beg my dad that we are going to go someplace else.

Service was prompt and friendly. Manager came by to check in. Food was well-prepared. Menu was pretty standard fare Italian but had a lot of variety and a long wine list.

We don't frequent chain restaurants all that often but thought we'd give Bravo a try since it is close by and they sent us a coupon. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was really excellent, good ambiance, and the food was pretty solid throughout (a little on the salty side but overall pretty good). I think the only things I might take a star or so away from was the value. The prices are by no means exorbitant or too high but it also isn't a place I would probably frequent due to the prices (ie unless I had a coupon). Bottom line, a good place for dinner with no real negatives although I'd still probably go to someplace like Common Grill for slightly nicer food at similar prices.

We hosted my daughter's baptism dinner here on a Sunday afternoon and I was extremely impressed from top to bottom. My wife did most of the planning for this event so I was able to get a bird's eye view of the entire experience for me, my family, and our guests. We reserved the private room and hosted close to 30 people for the luncheon. Our menu was arranged ahead of time and our guests had the choice of 3 separate entrees. I heard nothing but great things about the food and enjoyed my meal immensely. When it came time for dessert, there was an apparent mix-up in communication regarding our options, but the server was more than willing to discuss that with the manager as we had email confirmation that dessert would be included. The waitstaff was helpful, prompt, and polite. There were only two servers working the crowd of 30 and it felt like we had 1 server per person. Thank you for the wonderful time, Bravo!

This is a fantastic restaurant with two outdoor seating areas, which is very nice in the summer time. The service is usually good, but you do get the occasional slacker. They serve this delicious, fresh baked bread that is amazing by itself, but oh my gosh, so much more delicious when you dip it in their herbed olive oil dip. You must be very careful however, because you can eat so much of it that you will not have any room left for your meal. I have tried several dishes here and have been very satisfied with all of them. My husband always orders a filet, and he loves it. My favorite thing at this restaurant is the happy hour, which is basically all weekdays after 3pm; they have appetizers for $3.95. These are great! They are each large enough to serve as a meal, and they are all awesome. Ok, dessert. The most important part to any meal. They have several delectable looking desserts to choose from. My all time favorite here is this warm vanilla berry cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It is phenomenal. I would recommend Bravo any time.

I like this place, even though it's a chain. My gals took me here for a birthday soiree. I'd give a 1/2 star extra just for our dessert, the tres dolce. A mix of chocolate cake stuffed with vanilla gelato, Tiramisu, and Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding with ice cream. They are smaller versions of the same desserts available, but really enough for everyone to have 3 or 4 bites of each! Despite it being the day before Mother's Day and it being so packed we had to park 1/2 mile away, our waitress was extremely attentive and pleasant. I had the pesto tortellini, which was deliciously stuffed with spinach and ricotta, dancing with pine nuts and sun dried tomatoes. My compatriots had Balsamic Chicken (reportedly outstanding by her and her unborn baby girl), and Pasta Mediterranean, a mix of whole grain pasta, feta, tomato, spinach and onion. I've had that one before, and it was yummy. Outside there is a patio with a little Bocce court that I may be visiting when it isn't hailing like yesterday. The only downside was the wine by the glass menu was a bit sparse, and not overly impressive. Go, but I'd recommend a reservation, and if you want quiet, don't go on the weekend. This is culture for Livonia, so it gets packed.

My husband and I came for lunch and to play bocce ball. He had never played bocce ball, so I thought I had a chance of beating him in a game. No such luck (more on that later). I hadn't been to a Bravo! in several years and never to this location. We wanted to sit outside since it was a nice day, so I can't comment too much on the inside other than it looked really nice and we were greeted quickly by a few hosts at the front stand. We asked to sit outside and they quickly seated us. We came on a Saturday for lunch. They didn't have a lunch menu per se, but the menu we had a a few brunch items (that were offered until 3) and then the "regular" pizza, pasta and other Italian dishes you would expect from an Italian restaurant. When we sat the waitress brought us a plate of bread and a bowl of dipping oil. The oil was delicious and full of roasted tomatoes, garlic, basil and other spices... We ended up sharing the Sicilian pizza. It was a larger size and topped with pepperoni, Italian sausage, red peppers and hot banana peppers. The taste was very good and the banana peppers added a nice kick! They had a full bar and the menu offered several sangria drinks, bloody Mary's and mimosa's as well as a full bar with other drinks. My husband had a couple of Blue Moon beer's and I had an Amstel Light. We told the waitress we were interested in playing bocce ball in their fenced in court and one of the staff were so kind as to put out the bocce balls for us. It was complimentary with our meals and a lot of fun. Just ask your server! There was plenty of parking. It is in a great area and it looks like they have a great happy hour! I'll be sure to visit again!!!

Been coming to Bravo for years...since this store opened. Food is consistently tasty and well presented. Bravo is a good value. We've never had a bad meal here. Tonight's service left quite a bit to be desired. No refills on water, the waitress got my meal order wrong, and the dishes were not cleared. I was stacking empty dishes and glasses at one end of the table. No one noticed. The service cost Bravo a star today.

Had dinner here on Wednesday Evening. We were a group of 16 and fortunate to have their private room, a good space for a special event. I read the reviews for Bravo beforehand and was curious to see how the evening would turn out. The décor was pleasant, typical of an Italian restaurant chain. The food was neither here nor there. Dinner began with a mediocre chopped salad. I ate about 1/2 of it because I had just gotten off a flight and was hungry. It was basic food - just nothing memorable, nothing you would want again. Main course was shrimp fra diabolo. The shrimp were well cooked and tasty yet the pasta was chewy, needed another 2 minutes in the boiling water before serving. I ate the shrimp and picked at the pasta. Dessert was a mediocre crème brulee. A few in my group chose the steak. All ordered medium and received their meat charred. Should you opt for red meat make it clear how you expect it cooked. The service was okay. It was not awful as prior Yelpers have detailed. I see no reason to return to Bravo. I'm sure there are better options in the area.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I got food poisoning from here. I ended up in the emergency room, it was so bad and because I was pregnant. The docs figured out it was from their salad. Unclean discussing lettuce. I will never eat here again and either should you

Food is good. I get the veal parm and my wife gets the pasta with meat sauce. Take service is terrible. Second time now that the food was 20 minutes late and the person assigned to do curbside carry out never comes out. On this trip, they also did not put all the food in the bag. This will probably be the last time for carry out from Bravo in Livonia.

after finding our first two choices closed for memorial day, we ended up here. i think our waitress had the same indifference to us being there. i don't recall her introducing herself, so i can't put a name to such shoddy service. we were her second table, the other finishing/leaving within a few minutes of us arriving. it took us a few minutes to be seated in the first place, the host being absent from his post. they all must think they get the holiday off too. we were a party of 4, the waitress giving us bread of 5 pieces. it was awkward deciding how to split that one small piece. had to ask for more, finally. every thing was done grudgingly, with no smile, friendliness, or pleasing manner. or am i expecting too much. our pizza's were cold; can't speak for the pasta dishes. but everything seemed a little lacking. we were never offered grated cheese nor even dessert. left and got ice cream from a local joint that actually went out of their way to please us. i know where i won't be going again!

Good Italian food and very classy atmosphere. We had a group dinner there and it turned out quite well. We had a dedicated waitress and she had assistance for a quick and efficient serving. The bread cools off pretty fast and gets a little crunchy, but they bring out as much as you want. We had the Italian Wedding Soup, which was very tasty. The meals ranged between Lasagna, very cheesy and delicious. WE had a Chicken Marcella which looked very good and came with a boasted potato. We had a Chicken Milano which was OK, but a little blah as far as the breaded chicken patties. They even tossed in a small Pizza for my Grandson as he wasn't to sure about the other entrees, Again, the service was excellent and the facility was clean and classy. I'm going 4 stars and I'll be back...

Was excited about dining at Bravo. Service was deplorable. We had Alexis or Alexa. She could have cared less about serving us. Dishes were not cleared. Drinks were not refilled. Quite a bad additude. Add that to that fact that none of the food was memorable. Will not be traveling to Bravo again. Too many other quality restaurants .

I got another free entrée for my birthday just like last year, and the place is still a 4 star. I started with a delicious Caesar salad and then had the crab and shrimp cakes. The cakes were excellent and the sides on the plate were too. The broccoli was perfectly prepared (tender but not mushy and not that horrible half cooked stuff most places serve). Then there was some battered and fried cauliflower that was great and pan seared Irish potatoes. I seldom rave about the sides served with the main dish, but these sides deserved the exception--they really made the entrée outstanding. My wife had the Salmon salad and loved it. We were there on a Wednesday so they had a wine special called 10/5----ten good wine choices for $5/glass. Both the Porta Cab and the Tavola Pinot Grigio were good. Definitely worth a birthday visit and a Wednesday visit.

I've been to another Bravo out in Rochester Hills and the only saving grace for this location was the friendly service. The food was over salted, in smaller portions than the other location and overlooked. We ordered the Lobster Bisque and it was so salty we had to send it back. My mom ordered the grilled salmon and it was tough to eat because it was overlooked. The actual portion of the salmon was very small. The fried calamari came in a smaller portion than we anticipated. My sister's lobster ravioli also was very small with only 5-6 pieces of pasta. The pomodoro chicken and the peri chicken were both satisfactory. I got the sausage tortellini and the pasta was so overlooked, the tortellini's lost their shapes. Overall the food was very disappointing at this location. The service was great - the waiter we had went above the expected in serving us.

The bread is crazy good. Service was great! I actually tried to get my drink under half full and the server noticed right away. I always enjoy asking a server what they recommend and what's good. Jenna (server) really knew what to suggest and was very knowledgeable of the menu including wine. Her recommendation was great!

Really enjoyed the "Bar Bites" and the supper low price $3.95 ea. dining in the bar early on 'til 7 pm. Wow and $5 super good drink specials too. You may have to sit at the bar as seating is limited. Delightful chicken, spinach flatbread with cheese and onion and many others, including a great 6 oz. bar burger. It's busy but our waitstaff very friendly and courteous! Fun for couples!

Another chain restaurant. Lobster ravioli was ok,but was expecting more. Chicken parm was your standard chicken parm that you can get at any decent italian restaurant. Chocolate bread pudding was above average, and made up for my so-so ravioli. It's a nice restaurant and visually appealing decor. It's not a place that I would brag about.

My boyfriend loves this place, so we make it here frequently, including last night. The restaurant closes at 11 pm on the weekends and we got there at 10, but it was still fairly crowded. We opted to sit outside on the patio, and although the mosquito's were annoying, it was an enjoyable experience. Lots of space between tables, trees blocking the parking so that it felt more like a garden, and bocce ball court in case anyone felt like playing. The bread and olive oil that comes out is always delicious and filling, but we also ordered soups -- I tried the gazpacho which came out in a huge glass, and it was spicy and refreshing. My boyfriend had the lobster bisque soup, which he gulped up in a matter of seconds. They were both delicious. For dinner, I opted for the Pizza Margherita while my boyfriend had the Chicken Parmesan. We were both full from the bread and soup at that point and only ate half of our meals (they are actually quite large servings), boxing up the other half for delicious leftovers the next day. I also tried their red wine flight, which was cheap and a nice variety. They only have one red and one white wine flight, which is more than most chain restaurants offer, but with a decent wine selection, I'm surprised they don't offer up more variety. The service was great as well.

I brought a big group of clients here last night, and I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. All of the food was exceptionally good, and everyone at the table was pleased, including some very picky eaters. And even though we were a big group, the service could not have been better. They made us feel at home in a very big, crowded room. It was the complete opposite of my dinner at Andiamo's the night before, which cost three times as much but was an immeasurably inferior experience.

LOVE LOVE Bravo! Bravo is a chain restaurant, but I've always found the service here to be personal, and the food is EXCELLENT. I love to drink martinis, and the bartenders know how to dish up a nice, strong martini. They have a great drink selection. We typically get their calamari, which is AMAZING. They have a yellow sauce they serve with it - the name is escaping me - but it is delicious! I've tried several items on the menu, all of which have been excellent. I can honestly say nothing here has fallen flat for me. However, I keep going back for the salmon salad. It's pretty simple, but the combination of salmon with Parmesan, feta, tomatoes, shoestring crisps and an amazing balsamic vinaigrette dressing are perfect together. Yum!

Food is good, didn't blow me away, but was good. The "portobello mushroom bruschetta" is delicious, even though the term "bruschetta" should be used loosely. It is mostly sauteed onions and mushrooms and cheese.

I'm a real fan of Bravo! Food, service and atmosphere are excellent. It has the feel of a fancy restaurant but they still have a kids menu so it's very comfortable. I'd suggest taking advantage of the call ahead seating if you're going at prime time on the weekend. We went last weekend for my birthday and had a great dinner. I had the Pasta Barvo, David had the scampi and my daughter had the kids fried shrimp. Oh and be sure to try the crispy ravioli and the lobster bisque to start. Hint - sign up on their website and get a free appetizer before you go.

I loved this place. My whole family but myself comes here all the time and I wanted to see what the hype was all about. The staff rocks, our waitress rocked and the food delicious and I have to admit.....fresh. I was sooo shocked. We ordered the Lobster ravioli that tasted handmade and fresh....not frozen and also had the grilled scallops with gnocci.....omg delicious! And the chocolate chip bread pudding.....YUM! I will be coming back here that's for sure! Oh! Also for a starter we had the crispy shrimp.....yummy in my tummy! I was impressed! Happy eating my fellow yelpers! Hope you enjoy the food as much as I did. And it does deserve a chance....I'm a finicky eater.....so trust me you won't be kicking yourself. Xoxo

I am rating this only on the spaghetti Bolognese because this is what I have ordered the 20 times I have had lunch here. I love spaghetti but rarely order it when eating out because most restaurants, italian included, can't consistently serve it properly cooked i.e.al dente. This is one of the very few Italian restaurants that know how to cook and serve spaghetti al dente every time (or at least the 20 times I have had it). The Bolognese sauce is great as is the bread.

I went to Bravo the first time today, and was very pleased with the experience. The place is classy and not expensive. The food was awsome, very tasty pasta, I will certainly visit them again soon. Great place for a date. it's not a loud atmosphere, so you can comfortably carry a conversation. Worthwhile the visit.

I must first start off stating that I have been to this location multiple times, but always with a group of 8 or more. We have always had fast and friendly servers, although you will notice that there is a wait for food that you may not find at other "chains". I have tried both their gluten free and regular pasta, and both have great quality and taste. If you are going with a child, the restaurant will provide them with a small ball of dough to create with, then allow them to "bake" it up front. Thought this was a nice touch to help with the wait. All of the appetizers are tasty, and if you sign up for their email program you receive a free one. I really also enjoy their alcohol free peach drink. (Can't recall what it is, but so yummy!) they also run promotionals for ravioli month, lasagna month, etc. The environment is definitely relatable to an upscale Olive Garden, yet comfortable. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent Service! We hosted a bridal shower this past weekend in their private dining room....and what an amazing event We were treated graciously from beginning to end. We met with Rosie, who was excellent and helped us set up the event. She listened to our wishes and offered various options. We were provided an amazing staff who carried out our vision and satisfied every request. The staff, Cassie, Caitlin, Cody, and Kelly were simply amazing. Our guests (approx. 45) raved about the food - fresh and delicious! I would encourage anyone who wants to be assured to host an event with good food and exceptional service, this Bravo location is the place to consider.

SNOBS NEED NOT APPLY This is fantastic. If you don't agree. Stay out. The food here is fabulous and priced right. I have had many meals here. The flat bread pizzas are outstanding and always changing depending on the season -- the menu seems to change quite often -- everything on it is great. I had the salads here -- outstanding. I had the filet in balsamic with the potatoes -- and it was amazing. I had a funny thing happen here. I had a fruit spritzer and the bartender put salt in it instead of sugar. I hit the ceiling because it tasted terrible. They corrected it and later i laughed about it..... The staff here is amazing -- that is worth mentioning. They are really on top of things and are super friendly. You feel welcomed here. Only complaint.... they got this Bocce ball court out in front.... i don't know if that is just for show but i would like to play. Im being serious.

We were first timers. The food was great and the service was spot on! It could not have been better. We arrived early and staff was hospitable and engaging. The Executive Chef gave us a personalized rundown of menu items and specialties. My husband is very picky and thoroughly enjoyed his brunch. Thank you, all!

Great Food, Great Service, Great Atmosphere! Especially like the Pasta dish "Shrimp Diavolo" a mildy spicy pasta-yummy! I'm sure it would also be good with Chicken. Also a big fan of their Tuscan Chicken Sandwich served at lunch with a delicous side salad. All of their salads are delicous and I don't know anyone that doesn't like their food. Far, far better than any other Italian Chain Restaurant Note: I've also been to the one in Lansing and I'd knock off a star because the staff and ambience not on par with the Haggerty Rd location.

I've been here before, but what made me decide to write this review is that this is one of the BEST happy hours I have ever been to! The "bar bites" should be called "bar MEALS". For $2.95, they are a BARGAIN! Pair that with $5.00 martinis on Wednesdays, an you have one happy camper over here :)

Very happy with almost all aspects of our dinner at Bravo! We brought a group of 13 family members to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation time and greeted promptly by our servers who were wonderfully friendly and extremely efficient. We started with wine and appetizers, and at no time were we hurried by the staff to place our orders for entree's. When we were ready, they were ready. As one might imagine, serving a large group and getting the food to the table while still piping hot, can be somewhat hit and miss. In our case, the kitchen and servers nailed it! Everyone's food arrived at the table at once and each dish exactly as ordered. Thirteen people and thirteen different dishes, so we had quite an extensive sampling of Bravo's menu. Everyone agreed that their meals were well prepared and very tasty. For a few in our group, it was their first visit to Bravo, and they too agreed, a return trip was certain. There was one area though that I think should or could be improved. Their wine selection. I know that tastes vary greatly, and a restaurant has to cater to that fact. But an Italian restaurant should have a wider range of good Italian wines. I thought their Italian wine selections were somewhat limited.

Bravo is your typical chain restaurant that, I feel, is a cut above Olive Garden or Macaroni Grill. It's located in chain restaurant central off of 6 mile and Haggerty. I had initially tried this place in East Lansing, and because I was a fan of their salad- I was happy to find one in Livonia. I've come to this Bravo quite a few times because I was in the area either working at Caribou or shopping. What I really like is the Happy Hour specials and bar bites available at the Bar for either a regular happy hour time and the late night happy hour as well. The bar bites are plentiful and the bar staff has always been friendly and great. This time, I was here because the bestie and I were going out for dinner and movies. We were starving and we had a great waiter, who not only provided excellent selections but was extremely attentive of us. I had ordered the Mama's Lasagna and the Lobster Bisque, while the bestie got the Chicken Parm. All the dishes were recommended by our waiter. We started off with fresh bread at our table and our waiter brought us each our own sundried tomato and herb oil (I think). The bread was fresh and hot, and we were starving. Not always a great combination, but right then? The bread was so welcome. I was freezing so I had really wanted some soup and was glad I took our waiter's suggestion of trying the lobster bisque. The bisque is smooth and has little gems of lobster within the bisque. I started eating that bisque and couldn't stop. The Mama's Lasagna is a bit different from other places in that it has both alfredo and marinara sauce. But the portion is huge, and was really tasty. Bestie's chicken parm was really good. She cut me off a piece and the chicken was nicely seasoned and fried. She was quite happy she took our waiter's suggestion on that as well. I know this place is a chain, but sometimes you want what your stomach is craving, even if its not THE best Italian food you've ever had. The prices are pretty comparable to other chain restaurant in the area. I would definitely come back.

Very busy and bustling place when I went with more of an upper crust crowd. I had some sort of spicy pasta dish with shrimp which was excellent. They had great bread and butter at the beginning. The Bruschetta was among the best I've had and I highly recommend it. For dessert they had a delightful cheesecake. The waiter was very attentive to our table of 5 and was never overbearing. He also had great suggestions. I would definitely come back here when I'm in the area again!

Though I enjoy several dishes, I feel the majority of items on the menu are a little heavy on garlic. And I love garlic.. So for me to say that in a negative light is unusual. By far, my two favorite items from Bravo's are their free bread and oil dip (crave-worthy), and a salad of which I forgot the name. It is a mixed greens/arugula salad with sliced pear, nuts and a balsamic vinaigrette. My husband likes their spaghetti and meatballs, and on the pasta front I think their pesto tortellini is pretty good. All in all a pretty solid restaurant, not my favorite but all in all pretty alright. I really dislike the long waits this establishment seems to have, regardless of day and time it is always packed.

Another chain I have never tried myself, apologies if I am covering territory you are overly familiar with though. I was of course lured in by a deal, an email containing an offer for a freebie appetizer. Yep, I am a sucker for free. Off I went. We were not sure about the place before we got there but it turns out its a bit more upscale feeling type chain so I felt a bit underdressed in my errand running getup. Luckily I actually did my hair. Wooo. No worries though, the employees did not bat an eyelash. We did get an odd look from a couple of the business lunchers though as we were the only ones in the joint not in business attire. Awkward. We happily perused the menu. Lunch is a cheaper option here and we later discovered the portions are very generous and dinner like to boot. The waiter, Tom, was very attentive and offered up suggestions and advice, which I appreciated. We are on a calamari kick lately. Upon seeing it delivered to a neighboring table we decided we would get that as our appetizer option too. Good call. It is a massive pile of squid, nicely crispy coated, perfectly tender and served with a very pleasing horseradish cream sauce. It also came with some decent marinara sauce but we were not as impressed with that. The bread here is remarkably similar in flavor to Macaroni Grill's but it is served in a more pull apart breadstick type form. The dip sauce is a red pepper goo substance that I could not decide if I liked or not. James was happy with it though. For our luncheons we both opted for fra diavolo campanelle, James opted for shrimp and I went with chicken. Both were very tasty indeed. Lots of protein and al dente pasta in a pile. The sauce was a palamino type, creamy and tomatoe-y with a distinct peppery zip at the end. I liked that they clearly cooked all items together in this sauce so that it all melded into tastiness. I dislike when they merely ladle sauce on top. The fresh parm grated tableside was an added bit of delight too. We definitely enjoyed this place more than we thought we would, we will return and try more. They have awesome happy hour deals so no doubt that will be our next adventure.

If you plan on eating here for dinner at least--make sure you have time. Service takes a while and I lost track of time after waiting 30 minutes for our check. I ordered the pork dish and it was overcooked. Judging from the salad to the entree, quality control in terms of food doesn't seem to be on the list of top priorities. My co-workers orders didn't seem to be wowed by their orders either. I'm hoping that it was just an off night--as it seemed that there were only a handful of servers handling the whole dining area--maybe they were just swamped? I just don't feel like coming back to find out

It looks way more expensive than it is ! I had grilled tilapia with crab & shrimp & my daughter had the pasta woozie plus we had their AMAZING margherita stuffed flat bread . It was absolutely incredible, the manager was so gracious, coming by to check on us & even told us the very simple way to make it at home. The only minor complaint is that I wasn't aware the crab & shrimp were combined into this mixture with some sort of relish type sauce (Idk) otherwise I would have ordered something else. But with a $50 bill you can't beat it for the great service & ambiance you get. Oh, for some reason it appeared that EVERYONE there except us was REALLY old...Lol...go figure.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
