I've never had better service than I do at this Starbucks. However, while they are the nicest people you will ever meet the quality of the drinks are a little touch and go. Overall though they are my favorite Starbucks to go to.

The coffee is generally good and service outstanding! But to describe the overall experience I would have to say it's disappointing... Two things stand out - horrible music selections and a staff that is way too loud!! There is constant banter back and forth and its disturbing early in the morning when trying to plan my day. I realize that this is Starbucks and not MY OFFICE, but I think if the volume of voices gets turned up, it should be the result of enthusiastic patrons, not baristas and management.

I also enjoy everything these coffee pros whip up. The friendly faces, great service, and wonderful frappes will have be back each and every time I'm in MI.

So wonderful to have Starbucks in Lapeer. Worst location ever. In the middle of a small parking lot. Crappy parking, even crappier drive thru. Then try to get out on the road - it's a nightmare at times. Inside is nice & employees are great. Product is typical yummy Starbucks. But that location, ugh!

I usually can't sip my drink until 10 minutes later, (this is my problem not their's), but 80% of the time the latte is usually the wrong flavor or is very, very, bitter strong. I know Starbucks is considered to have stronger brews than other establishments but this is the ONLY location I have a problem with.

The same coffee order can taste completely different from day to day. They are very good about making up any issue you may have but I don't want to have to complain every other visit so I can get a good coffee. The price I pay here and the fact that it is a huge chain with recipes set in stone, I expect a lot more consistency.
