My group came in here pretty late last night... I felt terrible because it was pretty clear that the team was prepping for closing up and might have even literally just finished up with everything. I just called Jimmy John's and this is what happened: "Jimmy John's can I help you?" " Hi, are you guys open?" "Barely... We're almost closed... Yeah, I guess we're still open..." "Do you guys deliver to the Radisson Hotel?/ "No we don't." .... I said ok and hung up... It was obvious that they did not want to provide service. ... I don't know Jimmy John's?.... I don't think that I want to buy any of your shares when you IPO later this year or early next year... Bad custumer service=bad investment. THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME SOME MONEY IN MY SCOTTRADE ACCOUNT.

As someone who isn't a die hard fan of Jimmy John's but has had it on occasion, I felt the need to finally give my opinion to others, after having it today. As far as I can remember, every time I've had Jimmy John's (JJ's), they have not disappointed me. Each time the delicious bread, lettuce, and tomato (as staple ingredients) have satisfied me, and whatever other vegetables or meat I get on my sandwhich, only add to the flavor and solidness of the sub. With prices comparable to Subway, I would probably choose JJ's as they are truly "freaky fast" every time I've had them. This joint in particular was just as fast and tasty as the other ones I've had. Instead of choosing my order, I asked them to surprise me and pick what they want to make. Sometimes asking people this question paralyzes them, but the gentleman making the subs pondered it, and then decisively chose a sub to make, told the cashier, and had it ready in shortly thereafter. It turned out to be the #14 Bootlegger Club, which had roast beef on it, and it was delicious as well. Keep doing what you're doing Jimmy John's, you've got some magic in with whatever you do. PS- The day old bread is always a must for only $0.50. Or get it fresh for only $1! Seriously, it's a choice you won't regret. If you end up not liking the bread, feed the birds or something with it, they'll eat it.

It is sometimes difficult to find a sandwich shop that meets my high expectations for quality on a consistent basis, but Jimmy's is a true maker of sandwiches. In our community most of the shops are staffed by young college men who are friendly, helpful and fun (we walked in the doors with our then 1 1/2 year old nephew and they immediately turned their music off until we left without us asking). JJ's has different bread options and the vegetables are always fresh. The bread is unbelievable and I am a bread snob. We love their avocado spread on wheat bread loaded with all the veggies. Delicious! I've never had issues with rude staff members or problems with menu items being out of stock. We've never had to wait more than a few minutes for our meal and occasionally we can even use their delivery service. We will continue going back to Jimmy's as a backup plan for lunch, as a default plan for dinner or because they are Mr. Sandwich King.

Friendly and fast. What more can I say really? They accidentally delivered me a tuna sandwich. I was so hungry I ate it, this is the first time I have ever enjoyed a tuna sandwich in my life. I placed an order online and had my boyfriend pick it up. They were able to charge my credit card with out me being present. Very convenient.
