I have gone here once before and both times have been excellent! There was a little bit of a wait this time around but I was okay with it. It wasn't even a long wait, about 10 minutes so definitely worth the wait. While we were waiting, we were checking out a 64 oz Growler of craft beer. Cool bottle, but I declined. We even saw a sign how long they smoke their meat. Love how everywhere in Southwest Michigan offers craft beers. I ordered All Day IPA and Zach ordered Short's Soft Parade. Yummy yummy choices. Both instances, we ordered 2 completely different meals and so far it's 2 for 2. Amazing food! The one thing I could complain about is that for one of my sides, I requested the Caesar salad. There was way too much Caesar dressing for me. We will definitely go back again. All I know is is I'm still getting used to living here and I am enjoying every Yelp minute :)

They only earned this much because the waitress was decent. The food was horrible. I have warmed up better food from the grocer's freezer. Yuck. My kids didn't even eat their food, and they eat me out of house and home as growing boys do.

The service was fast and friendly. We had the baby back ribs and pulled pork with the original sauce. Both were very good. The corn muffins were so-so, but the cole slaw was excellent.

Sadly we had not been here in years so we thought we would give it a try again. Extreme disappointment. No pulled pork available for they have "ran out" so that was a bummer. Then my mom and I ordered Pulled BBQ Chicken sandwich. We got our sandwiches and one had like 4 little pieces of meat (for they were "running low" on pulled chicken) and the other sandwich had bones in it! Needless to say the meat was like they just plucked dark meat off a chicken leg. Ask manager about it, they came back with new sandwiches and NO sides of what we had ordered. He says they put a order and half worth of meat on each of our sandwiches however 5the meat was dry, hard, and we then found 2 bones again I the sandwich! Both were gross, send them back and walked out still hungry. Never going back. Very busy please so thought it would be good...not so much!

We visited for a late lunch, after moving son in to the dorms at WMU. Good menu selection and ok prices but the quality just wasn't there. order the sampler appetizer and for $10, 4 onion rings, 4 cheese sticks and 4 potatoes. dipping sauces were good, but thought there should have been more. Son had Chicken brocoli alfredo and said it was bland. Husband had turkey reuben and it was ok. I had 7oz steak. Ordered it med rare, but received med well, and it was very bland The menu had great drink prices, and a nice outdoor area. The manager visited our table with a coupon for a free appetizer on our next visit, but it had an expiration of two weeks. Which, unless you are a resident, does no good. The lack of quality and general atmosphere of the restaurant ensured that we will try some place else on our next visit. Tip to the restaurant: Don't store your GFS brand croutons on top of whatever it was behind the prep wall, which made them the only thing I had the stare at the whole time. Made me wonder if my steak was from GFS too. Yuck.

I have always been a Finley's fan. Not the best food or service, but there is something to be said for consistency. The food is always hot and comfortable. The service is never bad. A great place to go if you want a comfort restaurant.

it was okay - typical american food restaurant (steak, chicken,etc). Also, plenty of your fried foods you've come to expect and enjoy. Finley's appears to serve an older clientele. They also have primarily booths (good for 2-4, bigger groups might be a squeeze).

I had the 10oz sirloin with fries and buttered corn. My steak was ordered medium well but it was a little undercooked so I had to send the steak back. There was no hassle about my minor complaint and it was taken care of and corrected in a timely manner. It came back and tasted great. I'm iffy on the fries because of whatever batter they use to fry them, however, my husband loved them. The corn was DELICIOUS. We were full at the end of our meals. I'd return.
