Great service, great food, great ambiance! My first time at this establishment and it came highly recommended. It lived up to it's reputation. Just went in for lunch and had some awesome stuffed pepper soup, two tacos, one fish, one smoked chicken. Homemade shells and topped with special sauce and cold slaw. Excellent, and that was just for lunch. Have to recommend their "adult cupcake". Today's offering was lemon cake, lemon filling with a lovely topping. Even shared it was the perfect ending!

Amazing for the little town of Hudson. Not many good places to eat in this area and this place rocks. The burgers are delicious and they have a great selection of micro-brews! I will be coming back next time in Hudson!

Passed through Hudson, MI on a detour from the huge pile up on 94 on our way to Chicago. Looked for a place to eat and came across Rumors. Small town, so expectations were not too high. Definitely surprised. Food was delicious. Was not a typical menu. Everything we ordered tasted great. Our server (KJ) was also very nice. If ever in the area again will make this a stop for sure.

One of my favorite places to eat. This gem has an amazing bar, a solid drink selection and excellent service. The owner is a great guy who gets to know his customers and genuinely wants feedback. If you're in the area, you must stop in!

We were in town to play a concert and ate here afterward - wonderful fresh food and great people!

this restaurant food is made to kill you and the owner is setup to just piss you off. Order the fish tacos they are a healthy serving of FAT release and grease. Ask them to not fry your shell and they will tell you that is not possible. It is ridiculous that we ask to "remove" a step in the process to make a deep fried shell and it cannot be done. I cannot stand the owner because he is pampas and tells the customer that he is the mayor of Hudson. It's awful. Rude. Repulsive. It is sad that we now have a team of 20 in the city and NONE of us will ever eat there again. Too bad he doesn't want the money. Fool. Ohh did I mention he is the mayor? He made it very apparent to let us know. Sad thing is... no one cares.

We came here for one day to play a concert, and were lucky enough to eat here. Delicious food, and very interesting menu options! I had a great apple cider, and there were great beers as well. The Greek salad (a special) was superb, and the broccoli cheddar soup was flavorful and wonderful. Ambiance is great, staff is friendly, you're doing yourself a disservice by not going here to eat!

Very surprising. Great Little place. First it is well done in this old historic building. Nicely remodeled and very clean. Second. The staff servers and owners were very nice and enjoyed their jobs. Very professional and took care of the customer Next the food exceeded our expectations. Onion rings were top notch homemade Must try. Burgers were perfect. Olive burger was very flavorful and no one in our party Didnt like their food. Deserts were homemade and great Best was the great and friendly service and of course the food was great. Two greats make a must stop while close to Hudson Michigan

I took my family to Rumors for lunch and was surprised at the quality of the food and service. I ordered the Blue burger and was surprised at the great flavor. My wife had the Reuben and felt that it was overpriced. The kids were all happy and we will gladly stop back in the near future.

A fantastic place for a gourmet lunch or dinner, without the gourmet price! Located in a historical building in downtown Hudson, the casual atmosphere & friendly staff make this an easy place to catch up with friends. Daily specials, a full bar, veggies grown on site, locally purchased ingredients...we eat here probably 2-3 times a month!

This place is great. We have been here a couple times over the last couple years. Its a sort of a gastro pub in Hudson. Probably the best restaurant for 20 miles. Very standard fare, sandwiches, salads, appetizers. generally $10 or so. The fish tacos are amazing, definitely worth getting a few of them. Good beer selection, lots of local and semilocal brews. The cupcakes are amazing. She makes a one off recipe, there was wasabi white chocolate with a candied plum center. I have been a long time cupcake afficianado for years. Mollys, Amys, House of cupcakes, I have tried them all. This one is perhaps the best I have ever had. And that is strong praise over the salted carmel cupcake at Mollys. So good I took one home for the next day. The creme brulea, not as big of a fan. I do wish the menu was more expansive, hopefully it will grow with time. If you are in the area or looking to get out of AA this is a great destination to sit outside and have a some great food.
