Changes for the season? We went on a Friday night, expected to wait a bit but got seated right away...at a tiny table? I guess they think they can fit more"'couples" in if they have smaller tables. I'm not really a fan. Food was good, had a salad and split an order of the cheese fries (yummy). Service was pretty good. Another new thing? the server has to put everything, no matter how small onto a giant tray and squeek it in between all the "little tables". Only go here every once-in-a-while so we will go back after the valentine season to see if the "little" tables are gone.

Dark, smoky, and not memorable. The service was lousy, we asked for nonsmoking so she put us right next to some people who were smoking. It took too long to get our drinks. And the food wasn't very good. There are much better places.

We had a friendly but neglectful waitress (too many tables perhaps?), and the restaurant was so cold my toes got numb. My burger was just okay, and the fries were blah.

Although Outback is generally pretty decent anywhere you go, the last few times I have been there have been a disappointment and an utter disaster! I ordered a burger medium well and it was literally like eating dust or sand - slathering it with ketchup and mayo hardly even helped! What really made me give this Outback a bad review is the last experience I had. I ordered the moonshine sampler, consisting of shrimp, 1/3 rack ribs, and a chicken breast. When I cut into my chicken, it was raw in the middle and although I quickly tried to usher the chicken onto a separate plate, the chicken juice ran all over my plate. I waited patiently for our waitress to check on us (which took about 5 solid minutes - somewhat unusual for a steakhouse where they usually check on you shortly after you begin eating - my SO had a steak) and when she came I explained that my chicken was raw. She took the plate with the chicken on it and said "oh I'm sorry" in the most unapologetic voice ever. I quickly said, oh wait, I need to send it all back - and she just looked at me blankly. "the juices from the raw chicken are all over my plate" - she very unapologetic-ally took the plate away and said she would bring the manager over. I waited about 15 minutes for my replacement plate, which the manager brought over and (seemingly having no idea that my chicken was raw) and asked if everything was ok. I said yeah, I'm alright - even though I was moderately irritated at this point - and ate my ribs and shrimp (shrimp were crazily overcooked). The boiling point for me came when the waitress brought the bill and they only removed the chicken. I was pretty surprised and assumed they would take the whole meal off for the inconvenience and for potentially sickening me with raw chicken...especially since they weren't all that sympathetic. We won't be back because raw chicken is nothing to mess around with - if a steak is a little underdone or even overdone, its no big deal and I am generally an easy going diner, patient and reasonable...but raw chicken is never excusable.

Steaks were wonderful and the blue cheese dressing was chunky and delicious. We have not eaten here for years and were happily surprised.

Wasn't impressed. Stopped here with my family before going to Cabella's and none of us were satisfied when we left. Our blooming onion came out burnt and it tasted nasty. Our steaks were all undercooked, my medium was so red and bloody in the middle that I couldn't eat it. Also our waitress was very slow. We waited 15 minutes for our bill and a box and she only had 4 tables. I noticed we weren't the only table complaining. Probably won't be back to this Outback again.

I went there for a benefit lunch and the food was really good; staff was great too! I actually forgot about them until browsing Yelp. I'll have to go back there sometime. :-)

After a horrible day at work, coming to Outback was a great idea. The last time we had Outback it was a horrible decision, but that was in Hawaii. Glad we decided to give it another try. After looking over the menu and seeing that they had Seared Tuna we decided we must have that as an appetizer. Great decision. It was cooked perfectly and it came with 2 very tasty dipping sauces. I do admit that I felt very weird eating tuna with a fork, but oh well. Nicely coated with pepper and the perfect sear. Yummy. I got the Black Cherry Peach Mojito to cheer up my horrible day at work. Deliciously deadly! If I hadn't been starving and semi dehydrated, I probably would've had a 2nd. I got the Blue Cheese Pecan Chopped salad as one of my sides and I was reminded how much I love it. It's a great combination of greens, pecans, blue cheese and a light dressing. I chose the Victoria's Filet and it also cooked well. Very tender and juicy. My other side was the sweet potato fries and those were good, nothing great. Our bill was pretty high considering it was an unplanned dinner on a weeknight, but it was worth it in my mind. Once in awhile you have to splurge to get over a bad work day.

Horrible service and burnt steak, Our server visited us exactly 4 times during the evening. She greeted us once when we arrived, once when she delivered the appetizer, once when she delivered dinner and when she dropped off the check She never bothered to see how our food was, salad was delivered 15 minutes after entree order and our beverages ran out. I am normally a very generous tipper as I used to work in this industry, but tonight I only tipped 10% and I feel that was too much. This is the first bad experience I've had there but I doubt I'll go back now. UPDATE: The company contacted me and asked me if they could make it right. I submitted everything to them that they asked for and never heard a word back. Great follow-through Outback!

Arrived and was told a 20 minute wait. 40 minutes later, I asked about the unexpected wait, received an apology, and was seated within 3 minutes. The only thing that is saving this from a 1 Star rating was the manager apologizing and offering a free appetizer. Waitress was attentive but forgetful, and the kitchen managed to serve our 2 medium steaks undercooked and overcooked. I would not recommend this location as this was our second try and neither time was inspiring.

We would have never gone here on our own but it was litte sister-in-law's pick so we rolled with it. I never would have got steak unless talked into it by father-in-law. I wished I would have got the bloomin burger and if I get pushed into this place again I'll get it. Service was like Susan said was very friendly and chipper but distant at times. Steak was about as cookie cutter as they come. We didn't even get a bloomin onion to start like I wanted. I learned my lesson, stick to the overpriced burgers at these type of places and stay away from the overpriced steaks. The temperature of the restaurant was perfect.

This was not OutBack 's finest hour. We ordered the sirloin combo for Wednesday night. The first steaks came out too done. The server took them back and they came out with too much seasoning. Can you say "salty". This was very disappointing because I generally love Outback but they definitely missed the mark on this one. However I must say despite the kitchen crew offering less than stellar service the front line crew were the epitome of customer service. I server was very apologetic and offered to get something to take home. The manger came to the table and offered her apologies. She even gave us coupons to come back and have appetizers at a later date. I supposed everyone has a bad day some time therefore I won't judge too harshly. It's not about what happens. It is how you react. The manager and server definitely saved the day.

Food is just ok but the consistency poor service and slow kitchen make this an unreasonable choice. Go anywhere else. It can't be worse.

Ive been to the outback steak house twice once in Kalamazoo and Once in Grandville. For a chain they seem a little more classy then say a texas roadhouse or texas corral- Both times i had good service and they did a great job with reservations on a busy weekend.

This was the worst prime rib I've ever had. The garlic potatoes tasted as if they mashed them with the starchy water they were boiled in. I will not be returning.

My wife and I have been here plenty of times before so we know what to expect. The food is decent but on this occasion I strayed from my usual sirloin and went with the maple mustard pork chops. They were very good! I tried the steakhouse mac and cheese which was ok but hardly any cheese! Decent prices on some drinks - $4 each for a sangria and a raspberry martini (plus quite a few other drinks also $4.) My wife ordered a burger well done but the beef patty was much more like medium or even medium rare. So she was disappointed; but that is how I like my burgers so I swapped a pork chop for most of her burger. Overall an ok place to dine but nothing special. About what you plan on for a national chain restaurant.
