I've given this place two opportunities to impress me.........it ain't working. I just returned from lunch.......or should I say, "Very marginal rabbit-food", and even after voicing my disappointment to the server, she wasn't too miffed by my comments. I ordered the "Grilled Turkey Salad" ($6.51). There were actually four small (1 inch long x 1/2 inch wide) pieces of COLD turkey resting atop a pile of iceberg (mostly white pieces) lettuce with one slice of half-ripe tomato about 1/4 inch thick, 14 pieces of shredded cheese (I counted 'em) and two 1/8 inch thick cucumber slices with ONE small ring of onion. This can only be classified as a huge SIDE salad in most GOOD restaurants. My first venture to this joint led me to order an, "OVEN Roasted Turkey Sandwich". What should that conjur up? Oven? Hot? No way hozay. Ice cold. The server informed me that the term "Oven Roasted" simply implies that the meat was cut FROM the bird. Okay..............then where does the meat come from that DOESN"T say oven-roasted? So, for eight bucks I can find a plethora of GOOD joints in the Flint area for lunch that actually serve yuo from a table........no counter service. I won't be returning anytime soo.
