Overall, the drinks selection is pretty decent and varied, however, it was really loud and rather uncomfortable. There definitely isn't a whole lot of space and it's rather cramped and difficult to hear any conversation at your table. The menu options are rather limited as well- not much to offer in the way of selections for vegetarians or people with a gluten allergy. It's all pretty much comfort food/typical bar fare with a little twist. Still, the prices are very reasonable and our server was very friendly. Oh, and they have a really nice little outdoor patio area as well, which is great during spring and summer months.

Excellent. Fun menu presentation. Authentic and tasty sauces. Fulfilling meal. PLUS this place goes all out to support local and Michigan made!

Absolutely hipster, absolute delicious, absolutely amazing tap and whiskey offering. Some really good BBQ are a surprising food offering emblematic of the revitalization of downtown post-Industrial Flint. Try the sampler platter to get a taste of anything. Somewhat limited sauce selection; but the meat is well-prepared and absolutely flavorful. Their rotating taps have a diverse and wonderful selection of beers, typically focused on Michigan brews. The seats are uncomfortable after about 15 minutes, as they seem to have traded comfort for their all-steel look. But ultimately this is a great opportunity for downtown Flint and Genesee county for excellent food and drink!

New update. They have become a great addition to downtown Flint, and a fun place to hang out. Last night I tried the Chicken Egg Rolls... shut the front door - so good!

Awesome experience. Food was amazing and service was good. Would come back for sure.

This small place is a gem in a city that often gets a bad rep. Downtown Flint can boast about good food and beverages, and this place is a big reason why. First off, the place isn't that big. If you come in during the evening with a group of 6 or more, you might be screwed because no tables will be available. We had a group of 8 that showed up around 5:30 p.m. and we were the first ones in there that day. But about an hour later, the place was full and people were entering and immediately leaving because there was nowhere to sit. The service was excellent. We had a waiter (whose name I can't recall) and he was totally on the ball with everything. He memorized beer orders off the top of his head, he suggested food items and even gave everyone sheets of paper for beer flights. He was prompt and kept checking up on us. An "A" for service. As for the beers, they are excellent. There are a lot of IPAs here (which are my favorite) but they also had porters, stouts and other ales. That day Oddside had a tap takeover and I enjoyed the "Paranoia" IPA -- I highly recommend it. The beers are averagely priced as well, FYI. Also, some people in our group ordered Moscow Mules and enjoyed them, too. The menu is a great size and all the items come as part of a newspaper layout. There's a blurb about Table & Tap on the cover (like a lead article) and the menu items make up the inside of the paper. It's pretty neat. The menu items are listed in big lettering with photos, and it includes prices and different meal options. The garlic fries are a must, very good. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and it's served on artisan bread that was real good and fresh. I really enjoyed my food and it was a perfect complement to my beers. The SO got mac 'n cheese and she loved it. I tried it and confirmed it: good stuff! The titanium tabletops and small but trendy atmosphere surely requires a visit. Eat some fries, drink some good beers and enjoy yourself.

Great service ask for Lazarus, good man. Steer towards the garlic fries and yard bird! You won't regret it. Pulled pork was decent but somewhat dry, like the corn bread :( decent but spicy sauce and an decent variation of beers on tap!

I want to like Table & Tap, but sometimes it's hard. First, the pros: the decor is badass (personally, I love the graffiti on the wall); they have great beers; the emphasis on local sourcing (beer, but also food and liquors) is cool; some of the food (especially the mac and cheese) is great. The cons: it's expensive. Even when I eat something I like, I can't justify the price I'm paying. Service is decent most of the time, but sometimes is slow even when they aren't busy. Finally, the last time I was there I had the ribs, which were disappointing.

  • Audrey G.

The service was awful and unless your someone of power or money in Flint you won't fit in. The employees and owner sit and talk while we waited to be greeted. It's sad because they have a lot of good beers on tap. The graffiti on the wall was a turn off

I was out visiting a friend in the Flint area the other day, and she was very excited to have me come and check out Table & Tap. After walking in, I could see why she was excited for me to come and check it out. The beer selection was fantastic, including breweries all across Michigan.. and their food was very.. very tasty! She introduced me to pulled pork egg rolls, and even though they sounded bizarre, they were very tasty to enjoy as we caught up and chatted about the old days. For our main course, I ended up getting the smokehouse chicken sandwich, and it automatically came with some paramesan garlic fries. Tasty... tasty... tasty! She said that there are a hadnful of other places like this around the newly developed Flint area, and I told her that when I'm back in town for another meeting, that I'd be glad to check some out. But for Table & Tap... the service, the food, and the selection... will make it a little hard for me to not want to come back to. Great job!

The service is deplorable. Staff standing around playing on their cell phones and chit chatting with one another instead of tending to there clientele. Our dinning experience took over an hour for two cold sandwiches and French fries. Very urban and chic' decor with prices to match. See attached photo of $32.00 dinner bill for cold and bad food. Mac and cheese was rubbery, one small mini corn bread muffin in a side order. We waited 15 minutes for waiter to pick up our check and cash us out but he NEVER returned for it, finally left money on table and walked out. This kind of horrible service when there were only a few tables of people in the restaurant.

When I pulled up I thought "what a cool place". They have a patio area out front and the heaters look like torches. I walk inside still encouraged by the atmosphere...other than its empty. I step up to the bar and choose my seat from one of ten. The bartender belts out "can I help you?" She has the personality of a bouncer, not a bartender. I asked if they had any Octoberfest beers on tap and she said "That's not until next week" #HUH...I had to ask for a beer list and a menu. They have a large number of taps but not a broad selection of breweries. I didn't see much I felt adventurous enough to try so I got a Founders Dirty Bastard. The menu is focused on BBQ so I ordered the ribs with slaw and garlic fries. They don't smother the ribs in sauce which is how I prefer them. It shows confidence in your BBQ skills. I thought I was getting a slab of ribs but I got 5 bones. It was plenty for me but still a surprise. They had decent flavor and perfect texture. Not tough and not mushy. The slaw tasted like it was made to order! Nice crunch on the cabbage and just the right amount of sauce. The fries were a greasy mess and tasted a little dated. Now time for the bill. The bouncer asked if she could get me anything else. I said I was ready to cash out and laid my card on the bar. Next thing I now she dumps an iPad in front of me and walks away. Cool points on the technology were lost on the delivery. Never a thank you, no standard "Have a good night"...nothing. I always leave at least 20% of the TAXED Bill. She got five bucks on a $30 check and I felt generous. Becca should not be dealing with customers. She isn't cut out for it. I read a lot of reviews about bad service. I bet she was working.

I can only comment on the food... And the service. Both which were amazing! I had a delicious pulled pork sandwich with side salad. I love me some pulled pork and this delivered. Super tender, no big fat bits, great BBQ sauce, soft heavenly bun and creamy coleslaw. Sigh... I wanted to eat it all over again when I finished! I really like the modern, industrial vibe and would recommend to anyone looking for some top notch bbq.

Food is amazing. Best I've had in the area. Service has been iffy every time we go. It is incredibly slow. We would eat there much more often if the service was better.

Finally paid a visit to T&T last weekend and I have yet to stop raving about it to everyone I know. To address the issue that is causing most of the docked stars: yes, the service is pretty slow. It's not unreasonably slow (at least not during my visit), but I think the bartender was new and a little unsure of herself. Also, like the Flint Crepe Company, they use an iPad to handle the bills, and I think it takes a little extra time ringing up everything (for whatever reason, seems like it'd be easier?). None of these things bothered me, though, because 1) this business is still new and bound to have some hold ups, and 2) it was a lazy Saturday afternoon, I got nothin' but time. Okay. The food. THE FOOD. The pork egg rolls came out first, and the slightly-thicker-than-normal roll was a perfect compliment to the flavorful filling that had just a bit of kick to it. Paired with the dipping sauce, YEAH, delicious. Appy #2: pulled pork bruschetta. Sweet bbq sauce harmonizing with caramelized onions and tender meat, all dancing happily in my mouth. Another win. Then the bartender recommended the garlic fries. Super crispy, with subtle garlic flavor in each bite, shredded parm and two options for dipping (bbq and white onion sauce). T&T is now 3/3. Their commitment to using local, quality ingredients is really evident in all of their dishes. Well done, T&T, well done. The drinks. THE DRINKS! All Michigan, all available for flight tasting. We sampled about 14 different beers, and I was really impressed with the quality and selection of flavors. Also, you can get growlers here of any beer on tap! Uhh, hell yeah! Possibly useful info: parking is downtown, so it's street parking or usually the big lot farther down Saginaw has its gates open after 6 and on weekends. Also, they do have veggie options! (Important when dining with vegetarian friends). The chili is vegan-friendly and the mac'n'cheese is sans meat. In sum: Delicious. Awesome. Local. I'm going back this week for more! UPDATE: really surprised that no one has compared this Mac'n'cheese to The Union/The Woodshop in Clarkston. VERY similar, and equally stupid delicious. IT IS SO GOOD. Also had the chili, which I loved every bite of (it's vegan-friendly to start, so huuuuge awesome veggies, but can add sour cream + cheese for a veg meal, and/or add any kind of meat for a more hearty bowl). One of the best meals I've had in Flint in years. I'm in love.

Amazing French fries, out of this world. Super fun atmosphere and the staff are all super friendly, but not pushy. We continue to go back here every time we're in town. Highly recommend the pulled pork and bbq chicken. Don't sit by the door when it's cold out, this place is very popular and it gets a bit drafty.

nice space, nice ambiance. unfortunately, the worst service ever. walk in and try to order a drink at the bar, am told to sit down and wait....and wait...20 minutes later a beer order.....ten minutes later, the actual beer. could have had one when i walked in if the bartender wasn't busy hitting on the ladies from the restaurant next door. the two other wait staff stood around the entire time also. they have a great beer list and a great setup. too bad the staff has no interest at all in serving the people that walk in. love, juston

Every time I decide to eat or drink here the one thing that stands out is the service. It is always outstanding. The food is ok, a little better than average, and the liquor prices are a tad pricey but the service is excellent. Sitting outside in the summer is very enjoyable.

What a great find. My husband and I drove into Flint to try out the new brewery. First though we needed dinner, so we came to Tables and Taps. A very nice selection of Michigan beers, ciders and spirits. I had a beer from Latitude 42 and my husband had one from Falling Down. The food was great. I had the Southern style caesar which had delicious pulled pork with it and amazing cornbread croutons. My husband has the pick two with ribs and pulled pork. Both of us loved our meals. The pulled pork really was amazingly good. The only downside was the place is a wee bit small. Despite that we sat down immediately. As word continues to get out though I think that will change.

Table & Tap, Great food, Excellent service, great bourbon. Lethal combination. I ordered the spicy green beans great taste, would have loved them to be a bit crunchier, i also ordered pulled pork appetizer, it was excellent, just the right amount of zing to it, and that's hard to get, sou chef Tim , learnt that i write reviews on yelp and sent two more appetizers to taste, one was the mac and cheese fried ball, excellent beyond par and the chicken roll ( the wrap could have much more crispier,) He personally came out to talk to me and explained the soggy chicken egg roll wrap. I love it when the personal touch is given . Then the owner of the place, Robb walked down and very patiently answered all my questions about the place. I was rude enough to ask him why the higher prices compared to other places around the area and he explained about how they but only local , organic produce. That man a great approach towards running a local business. I was about to give them 4 stars and went for 5 just because of this interaction. For our mains, we ordered the burger and the mac and cheese. I can actually be bold enough to say , it was one of the best and most humongous burger i ever had. The mac and cheese was great. Perfect flavor for the mac and cheese and oh so creamy. Con: the chairs around the place, very uncomfortable, but have been told they will changed to the ones on at the bar, much more comfortable looking. They should have more vegetarian options

I love the food here. The Mac and cheese is amazing. I love that they prep everything fresh daily and I'm not getting anything frozen from Gordon's. I had the feature last week(Mac and cheese balls) talk about deep fried awesomeness! The 30 tap of craft beers are great. Always a new one on that I haven't tried yet. The service has WAY improved since they first opened. Keep up the great work!

Food was good, but the service was the worst. We walked in and stood for 5 minutes before they told us to sit wherever. Then another 10 minutes before we get a menu. Another 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken! I may come back for the food, but i'm good on $9 beer night and horrible service. Step your service up, T&T

As a former employee of U of M-Flint, I was bummed I missed this place when it opened a couple of months after I left. I finally got a chance to try it today for lunch, and was terrifically impressed. Many new restaurants have kinks to work out at first, and they seem to have solved theirs in terms of service. Our waiter was wonderful and both he and the bartender checked on us frequently. This place has one of the best selections of Michigan beers around, and a great selection of interesting gins, bourbons, and scotches. The bartender when we were there was knowledgeable. For lunch, we split the Table and Tap Combo with pork and chicken so we could try as much as possible (this gave us beans, green beans, cornbread, coleslaw, and 3 sauces). The chicken and pork were perfectly prepared and came out within 5 or 10 minutes of ordering. We both loved all of the sides, but a word of caution, even the green beans had bacon in them, so there is little here for a vegetarian or pescetarian to eat. Splitting the combo was a great and economical way to do lunch - with beer, the bill came to about $25 and there was more than enough for both of us. I am looking forward to my next visit so I can try more and delve more deeply into that beer menu!

Brilliant. Places like Table and Tap are what's going to revive Flint and turn it into a hip, cool place if that ends up happening. Table and Tap is a trendy, classy bar with very, very good BBQ, 30 beers on tap and exceptional service. The environment is very laid-back and friendly and the interior has a great modern-industrial-street feel with multicolor LED strips and a graffiti mural. Food is killer. The pulled pork is fantastic. Wings are delicious and enormous. Mac and cheese is brilliant. Service is wonderful. The same people who own Table and Tap also own the Crepe Company a few doors down, and when a friend wanted a latte that T&T couldn't make, the waiter offered to go have the Crepe company make it. Great work. Not a cheap place, but worth it. Please continue rebuilding the city with businesses that make it worth something, T&T owner people. Props.

Phenomenal. I had the Yardbird, a half chicken, smoked and baked, with an incredibly crispy skin, perfectly cooked. My bartender, Becca, made me a number of delicious classic cocktails, including a sazerac, a Moscow mule, and an old fashioned. The drinks were impeccable, completely on point in every way. I'll frequent this place on my trips to Flint!

The place was a little hard to find, but worth the effort. Great selection of hard to find Michigan beer. Good food. Particularly loved the garlic fries. We sat at the bar and had outstanding service from a bar tender who was hoppin'!

One of the more legit hang out spots downtown. Great beer selection that's constantly changing, cool atmosphere, awesome patio when it's warm and pretty darn good food. Great place for a happy hour after work. Food has been less consistent than I'd like but the bbq ain't bad.

Cool little place downtown with some of the tastiest corn bread muffins with "bourbon" butter that was the best butter I have ever tasted. To bad they don't sell sides of it or I would have bought them out of it! For real! Try it!

Wow, this place looks so cool. Great taps of delicious beer and a great vibe. Then we tried to order... It took about 20 minutes to catch the eye of a bartender while we were sitting at the bar, staring at him. After we ordered our drinks and food, empty glasses started piling up next to us. I assumed a busser called in sick and no one was assigned glass washer, so the pile kept getting taller and wider. It wasnt that busy, but the whole bar and wait staff could not seem to function. The bartender, who was working himself to death, voiced his opinion of his coworkers and management to us. Not good nor professional. Then our pulled pork eggrolls came out. They sat on the edge of the bar for a good 5 minutes while 2 other managers/servers ignored them. Just as I went to order another beer from the great tap list, the bartender took my beer menu and handed it to someone else. Check please! Every transaction is done on an iPad, so I never saw my tab or had a physical bill. The total sounded right, so I paid it without question. By this time, I just wanted to get the heck out of here. There was also no toilet paper in the bathroom. When we brought it up to the server, he said since they shared the bathroom with other businesses, it wasnt his responsibility. Real nice. You can paint pretty pictures on the wall, and have great taps. But you need people who care and can work to run a restaurant.

First-the three dollar signs is ridiculous. DON'T LET THAT TURN YOU OFF. It's not accurate. I would place this as a $$. Second-you should try this place! I went on a weeknight and found a great spot to grab some good food, enjoy Michigan beer, and relax in downtown Flint. The tap selection was great. A wide variety of types of beers and breweries from around the state. Tried the Brewrey Vivant Zaison and loved it. My dinner partner ordered one of the margaritas. It came out in a small tumbler glass, which upset her at first. It didn't seem like much for the price...but by the end of the drink she was 100% satisfied. Said it tasted great and was worth every dollar. The food: We ordered two meals and shared. The pulled pork was yummy. Moist, tender and the sauces were the perfect compliment. The cornbread and green beans were forgettable, but the mac & cheese and coleslaw were great! The real kicker was the chicken wings-DELICIOUS. The marinade and smoke flavor were strong and made the meal. I'd get those again in a heartbeat. If you go for lunch I'd recommend ordering the chicken wing appetizer to split between two people and maybe get a side or two for variety. The appetizer came with around seven wings and I could easily fill up with two wings and a side. We recommended that they start a lunch menu with smaller portions and lower prices. The side portions are manageable for one person, but the entrees/meat are overwhelming. We have lots of leftovers, so it's not a bad thing, but smaller portions/prices may be more attractive for a lunch crowd.

Stop 3 of 3 on John H.'s Hometown, Relief from Study + Family, Evening Out Tour. Servers all looked college-aged, very friendly and very eager to please old guys with gray hair and cash. Nicely appointed interior across the street from the old Capitol Theater, my first concert-going spot, circa 1978. Great spot for a late night beer, but can't comment on the food since I didn't try it.

The service, quality and selection of craft beer, and the garlic fries were all great. I've tried multiple beers and they taste great. My only issue with this place is the lack of quality pulled pork. It tastes like something you get from Subway or a fast food joint. If they made their own pork in house or even somewhere off site, I would give five stars

Great place! Went there on a Saturday at 11am looking for a brunch place. Found it by chance since all the other eateries (that served alcohol) were closed in Flint during the day on Saturday. So happy to have found it! The Michigan craft beer selection is awesome, and available in 4oz pours so you can create your own. They have a grilled romaine ceasar with pulled pork (YUM!) and their house BBQ is fantastic. Great atmosphere and prices. Be sure to check it out.

Food is so-so, I do like the pork egg rolls, but unfortunately it's the service that sucks. I go when I know that I can get decent service because forget about it if there are more than a handful of people there. Overall unimpressed but things are getting better.

Went here with some friends. Finished beer #1, waited 20 minutes, proceeded to turn my glass upside-down on the table to even help signal that I may need some service. By the time they made it back to us (and the server to patron ratio was 1:5 btw) we just said "forget it" and all cashed out. They could get away with the terrible service if the food was good, but the "barbecue dipping sauce" as stated previously by another reviewer, is basically ketchup. Mac and Cheese is good, but, honestly, it's hard to mess that up and most BBQ places do better. I don't see myself going back. There's way too many good places in town to bother with this. I'm also not really keen on the Michigan beers they seem to select. I love Michigan breweries, but their choices of what to carry and what not to carry seem off to me.

Fantastic food, amazing drink selection! There's something new every week. It's great that this local business cares about being local. Everything served and installed (seating, etc.) is from and made in Michigan. Note: the place is slim including most of their seating. There is one corner of couches for roomier space, but it is usually taken up by larger parties.

Updated review: Just go when it's not busy. That's it. I gave it a second try because I loved their local beers, and went mid-afternoon this past week, and there was practically no one there. My server, Bryce, was sincerely the best server I have ever had--at anywhere. Just a really nice, genuine dude.

I had the awesome pleasure of eating at Table & Tap twice during my week-long vacation in Flint. I started off with a beer flight. I'm a sucker for local craft brews and was delighted with the selection available. My overall favorite was Short's Soft Parade, refreshing and easy to drink. My first food choice was the pulled pork. The texture was spot on, juicy and flavorful. On the next trip I dove into the TnT plate with ribs, chicken & bratwurst....yeah, I'd do that again. Oh, and the balsamic mustard sauce was... well, I can't wait to get back to Flint so I can have more. All the staff that I met was super friendly and excited to be working at a great place. I also work in the food industry & know what it feels like to be proud of the products we put in front of customers, it's great to see this place so into localism. This place! Atmosphere, location, food, booze = RAD. Ok... new establishment, learning curves, yes. But they're worth having a little patience for.

Wonderful new barbecue place. There are tons of taps here rotating different Michigan craft brews as well as a wide range of old fashioned cocktail options made from quality liquors. The bar tenders are friendly, knowledgeable, give good recommendations, and are there to help you. When I first sat down the bar tender was making a complicated liquor drink for a customer and said he would be with me in a minute. Five minutes passed, another man walked in and sat down next to me and was immediately was helped by a server who "can fetch beer but not make cocktails." I don't know if, because I'm a girl, he assumed I would be ordering a cocktail but I found this to be very rude as he had been standing there aimlessly the whole five minutes I had been waiting for the bar tender. The place will have to fix the communication between employees so people can expect the same wait time for service. The food (I got the pulled pork sandwich with the cole slaw and the Mac and cheese as my side) was delicious. Warm, flavorful pork with crisp, tangy cole slaw. Mmm. The Mac and cheese had a wonderfully different corn bread crunchy topping. Genius for a barbecue place! The prices were a little steep for students, which I am, but on par with some of the newer, posher restaurants like Cork and Bar 501. As the place is new, they are still working out kinks, which is the reason I knocked down a star. The taps are rotating differently than their written menu and they're unable to tell you with 100% certainty how long they will have a draft. They mentioned that they're considering keeping a set of popular drafts on tap but opened a month ago and are still discussing their options. This place is owned by the same people who do the Flint Crepe Company apparently, which explains their commitment to quality ingredients and responding well to customer suggestions. I see a good future in this place. Please go!! We need to support our Flint eateries!!

Wow! I used to enjoy going to Table & Tap ... In fact, my husband & I would visit on a weekly basis after we worked at Flint Farmer's Market ~ I don't know what the issue is with the "new" staff but I have never been so disappointed in the length of time it took to get our beer, our food, & the ticket (just to find out he charged full prices for flights and had to wait another 10 minutes for another bill)? Why did it take 2 1/2 hours for 2 of us to eat and have a couple beers?? I have NEVER heard a waiter state to a customer inquiry about the beer that he would sample the beer and let the customer know what it tasted like for a Tap Takeover?? Let the customer sample it themselves??!! WTH?? What happened to the 2 AWESOME waitresses (Cassie & Melissa)?? They ran laps around these guys they have working there now.... You've lost 2 customers (& several more when they hear about these issues) ~ I will go somewhere else and spend my money.... Time to take a look at "SERVICE" because you have good beer & food ~ so disappointed!!!

Really bad service, over priced drinks and the waitress tried to tell me that Jack Daniels was made in Michigan. No thank you. Its a great idea for downtown flint but very poorly executed.

Super tiny place, super busy, and super loud. The communal table in the middle of the room took up the majority of the space. One Zombie Killer-$9..*gulp*. Opted for the Dirty Bastard next.. $4.75, I can deal with that, Ordered a Pork Sandwich with a side of Mac & Cheese. Barely any meat on the bun-it was pretty much all bread with no flavor. The BBQ dipping sauce was basically a glorified ketchup..yuk! The Mac & Cheese was delicious but that was about it. I think it was our server's first time waiting tables...ever. He was horrible. He forgot numerous things. After the first beer, he never came back. We had to flag down someone else. We asked for a pitcher of water. He brought that out..but no glasses. My friend ordered the same thing as I, it came with cole slaw..none on her plate and no fork/napkin-had to ask someone else for that. I'm not feeling this place AT ALL. I'm glad Flint is opening up new restaurants...but.

Love to come downtown to this place whenever the chance arises. Great beer choices, good light food options. Every time we come, however, we would stay much much longer if it weren't for the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever encountered in a bar/eating establishment! Can NOT last more than a half hour without having to stand up beside the table. Overall, however, highly recommended.

This is an excellent new restaurant in downtown Flint. My first time by was during their original opening, and they were very busy -- the place was so packed it could easily put people off. This obviously was due to the popularity of their marketing efforts. As of my writing this, on my second trip back, their restaurant is easily accessible, in terms of wait times -- plenty of open tables. The biggest issue is the lack of organization of their staff. It was difficult, upon walking in, to find a waiter to be seated, and it took them a while to serve us and to pick up our bill. However, their outdoor patio area was excellent today (perfect weather). Their beer selection is good, featuring local brews. The patio, however, has a smaller selection (for both beer and food) than what you can get in the restaurant. Their sauce-less pulled pork sandwiches are served with the traditional slaw on top and are quite excellent. I recommend stopping by and giving them a try -- I know I will be going back, and I will update.

After a couple visits, I think they've improved quite a bit. The service is much faster. They have a great beer/liquor selection and delicious food. My only complaint is that the food selection is slightly limited and the portions could be a little bigger.

First time here - The food is best described as "Addicting" you will be wanting MORE!! Great ambiance... service was great - Love the fact that they try to use LOCAL ingredients... I see they have gotten some low ratings on here - If you go to a bar/pub of this nature and you are in a hurry - this is not the place for you... Kick back relax... they are busy... this is good - give them time to get to you - the food is WELL worth the wait.... so grab a brew and enjoy!

Ordered to go 3 times. The first time (ribs) was pretty good. The second time I ordered pulled pork which was completely tasteless & more like minced, boiled, pork. The last time I ordered "smoked chicken" it looked disgusting! I never even tasted it, it may have been good but the presentation was so poor I literally couldn't eat it. The macaroni & cheese was dry & completely tasteless, I don't think there was any cheese in it at all,It tasted like dry pasta with panko bread crumbs. The baked beans had really good flavor and I liked the mix of beans but it was full of sloppy un-crisp bacon which grossed me out. I like to try new business in Flint and support them so they will be successful but unless I hear there are major changes in the kitchen I probably won't eat here again. They serve beer & alcohol maybe that will be enough to keep them in business, because the food is not.

Amazeballz! They have an amazing beer menu and the ambience is stellar. Our server was really friendly and helpful. Try the brush alley ice melter, it looks and taste just like your grandmother's sweet apple pie. It felt like a 1000 tiny angels were dancing on my tongue.

Best bar in flint by far!!!! Actually has good beer aka craft and whiskey out the ass!! Bar tenders are cool as heck and the food is actually way better than most restaurants in the area. There were some drinks I didn't like but overall never left unhappy as their selection is so big you will eventually find something you like.
