I understand that it's the 4th of July but since they are open they should have the staff they need to give good service.

I would like to give 3 and a half stars. The food is ok. If you get the soup salad and breadsticks then there's nothing to complain about. The soups are pretty good. The salad is always great and with the new antipasto topper addition it's a pretty damn good salad. I've never found anything else on the menu that I liked though. But one thing they do very well is service. I've been here probably 30 times over the years and I can honestly say I've only had a bad experience once. Usually the service is excellent and I feel that that is one of the most important things in a restaurant.

I'm thankful that there is an Olive Garden in this area - I've came here maybe almost a handful of times and have never had a problem. Sometimes depending on day/time there can be a wait, but that's why we'll just grab takeout and in record time be home to eat it! When we do eat in the service is usually really good, and the food is always tasty! It Just seems the hostess always mishears my name lol. I'll say Veronica they say "RONDA?" Lol... No Veronica.

We had soup salad and breadsticks for lunch. The soup was fresh and hot and our waiter was fantastic! He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

I ordered the steak gornzolla pasta. It wasnt anything special, the pasta was over-cooked, I guess the cooks dont know what al dente means. When did the Teramisu become $7!!!! Only good thing about this meal was the server Michelle. She was friendly fast and efficient.

Olive Garden is not the best food around but it is certainly better than other chain restaurants such as Apple Bee's and Chili's. I love their salads but the bread sticks could use a touch up because they taste like the frozen kind from the store. Chicken Parmesan was delicious! I would order it again.

It's Olive Garden. You know what it is. Fake Italian that tastes delicious, is full of carbs and is moderately priced. Staff is friendly enough.

I came here on the day following Black Friday and expected the level of service that I received that I got from the Olive Garden near Great Lakes Crossing, I was wrong. We were promptly seated but we actually had to call someone vocally saying 'excuse me' after 5 minutes of no service before someone came to ask for drinks. This was while we watched 3 waiter/waitresses just chatting in the corner. After this happened and we ordered drinks did another waitress come by on her own (from another section) and asked if we had been served yet since the menus were in front of us with no drinks. After the waitress was aware of us, the service was okay (usually checks on refills and quality of food). Also of note, maybe I'm just not aware of this, but we arrived at lunch time and we were given all day dinner menus and we were confused since it was lunch time (we arrived around 12:30pm on a Saturday) and expected the lunch menu. This was quickly resolved, but seemed odd. I wasn't too pleased with the service here and probably won't be coming back.

Service is friendly and timely. I ordered the Garden Primavera with grilled shrimp. The penne was very overcooked, the vegetables were soggy, and the shrimp was unseasoned and smelled strongly of fish. The bathroom is filthy.

My boyfriend and I go here often and are never disappointed. We always have delicious food, and have good service. Food comes out in a reasonable amount of time.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
