I've never had anything other than the wings here, so I can't rate the other food. Asian Zing and Wild are my favorite flavors...Blazing is a bit too hot, but sometimes Blazing is like Wild and the other way around. They have a decent variety of beer on tap and staff is usually helpful. The ambiance is a bit too noisy for my taste and I think BWW needs to realize that not everyone loves sports. With so many tv's hanging there you would hope they would put up at least one news channel or something. This place would get an extra star from me if it weren't a one-dimensional sports bar.

Worst BWW I've been to....I've never not been waited on before. They sat three table after us and they ordered before we even got a waiter to come to our table for drinks. Won't come back!

Normally, I get fast food for lunchtime on a busy day, today I wanted to break the routine and have something a bit better for lunch. I order the 10$ wing lunch combo, and get cold, rock hard wings sent to my table. The fries were fine. I sent them back, and the wings come to me about 30 seconds later (clearly zapped) and still rock hard. You'd think microwaving them would soften them up a bit, right? 3 times I was sent stone wings, so tough that my fork literally could not pierce the breading. The manager did not even come to my table, and didn't even wipe the entire thing from my bill. I've been to BWW before, and this one is a complete joke.

I don't understand why anyone even goes here. If you want good wings, you can go to literally any Sports bar in town and get bigger, healthier looking wings for a lot cheaper. The wings are mediocre at best, and the sauce selection is nice. Here's my experience when I go there: -Beer served in warm glass -No plates! I asked the waitress if I could get a plate instead of trying to eat my dinner out of a basket with paper and she looked at me like I had two heads. she told me she wasn't even sure they had plates. -Want ranch? Extra $. Want celery? Extra $. My wings came coated in very little sauce and looked dry, so I asked the waitress if I could get some sauce on the side because there wasn't much on the wings. you guessed it... Extra $. I'm surprised they don't charge for napkins. In general, the food is way overpriced for what you get, on top of the extras you are going to get charged for. Believe me, sports bars' wings across America that are locally owned blow this place away. Pretty much any of them.

Game Time!!! This is my go to place to have my wings & sports all at the same time. It can get really loud at times, but the service is pretty good and I love the asian zing sauce, so I will keep coming back as long as they have my sauce....lol.

I have only had drinks here before last week, and I won't be back after my most recent experience; its too expensive for what it is. I ordered two tall Bell's Winter White drafts, and they were delicious, and I felt that $5.50 a piece was a fair price to pay. Drinks are expensive everywhere, so unless they are downright ridiculous - it doesn't usually influence my experience. I was, however, disgusted by being charged $2.40 for ranch and dressing. I'm a big believer in not paying for condiments in general. If its part of a meal or item it should be included, and the total cost of the food should reflect that. To spend $0.60 per tiny cup of dressing is insane! On principal alone, I can't go back to a company that nickels and dimes its customers. Go to Applebee's, or Kicker's in Grand Blanc, or Chili's, or Red Robin, or any of the other places in the area that offer reasonable food and service, without charging extra fees. In this economy, going out for a meal can be a very special treat for some people, and its a pity that this is how Buffalo Wild Wings chooses to treat its customers.

Our chili cheese dip came out very runny. The manager came by to "inspect" it. He concluded that they must have just opened a new bag of cheese/meat.. Gross! He replaced it with salsa and charged us for it. The service was bad. We got napkins and silverware about 6 minutes after our ENTREE. She "couldn't find any". We got our FIRST and only soda refill when she brought us our to-go boxes. We had to remind her twice (after she remembered out togo boxes) to please bring our bill. I urge you to take your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Beer was served in a warm glass, poor quality in service and food...4 unique mistakes when food arrived as though our waiter didn't pay attention to the order or verify the order before bringing to the table. For fried food, took way too long. Finally, their credit card system is down on a football weekend... One would think that fixing this issue would be a priority. Never Returning to this location. We love BW3's, but this was the worst one that we have been to.

This was my first and last time dining at BWW's (8/31/13). When me and my friend were seated, the table was still somewhat dirty and our waitress, Jake was the worst. Throughout the night he ignored us while attending other customers and even chit-chatting with the other waitresses. I asked for another glass water and I never received it. Jake also managed to mixed up me and my friends bills, which he tried to overcharge me because he lost my receipt. I have been to Hooters when they were jammed back and and every time our waitress would pass by our table she made sure we were good and didn't need anything. I think that BWW's waitresses could learn a thing or two from Hooters servers. This was also my first time leaving such a low tip ($0.43), which was the change from my bill. Usually I am very generous tipper but Jake didn't make an effort to serve us.

A solid chain. Good everywhere and anywhere. This particular restaurant had good service and a nice, clean restaurant.

I take back everything i say below this review. the place is expensive and not worth it. If you want trivia go to Damons and get some real food. Go to Remington's for cheap beer and trivia. Find some other place. BW# is expensive and not worth the $$ BW3's is a fun spot for a few beers and trivia. They have good wings with a rainbow of sauces and large range of spiciness. Hot mean HOT. Some of the best parts of the this chain bar is a good sized selection draught beer and one of the few places left in Flint with NTN trivia. This is a good spot to go when you want to be entertained by your surroundings while you drink beers and have a few wings. And I'm serious when I say hot means HOT! BW3's is rare in a chain that when they something is hot it really is hot and not some weak McDonalds version of a spicy sauce.

Have you heard the term, "unimaginative"? Or, "dull". That explains the Honey Barbecue Chicken Salad at this joint. What a waste of eight bucks. A handful of shredded iceberg lettuce (with a lot of the white parts), a tablespoon of finely shredded cheddar cheese, same quantity of chopped tomatoes (how do they chop 'em so friggin' small?) with about one third of a chicken breast, slathered with bottled BBQ sauce. All served up in a high-class plastic pan with a take-out squeezie thing of dressing. What a total rip-off. Served by mindless waitstaff with automated anti-personality implants. Noisy, crowded, uncaring and below average. Never, NEVER again.

For a chain bar this place is pretty great. I like to think that I can handle hot food but the medium is like hot wings elsewhere. Beware of the higher end of the sauce spectrum. The awesome thing is that the NTN trivia is on like 3 TVs and not relegated to a teeny tiny TV behind the bar that you can't see no matter how hard you try. They have a bunch of beers on draft with several rotating taps.

Worth the drive to go to the grand blanc location. Service is better and faster there.

Terrific customer service at this location. Awesome timing. I put in an order for 500 wings of several varieties with only 4 hours notice, and the manager had them ready and waiting (packaged perfectly) with precise timing. Every part of the [complex] order was just right. Bravo!
