I would like to give them a better review, but I just can't. Almost $5 for a TINY cup of ice cream. I can get a half gallon of premium ice cream at the grocery store for less. It was good, & the staff was nice, but it's WAY overpriced.

We had a craving for ice cream and came here around 9 PM. To our surprise, they were REALLY busy and it took a good 10 mins for us to get through the line. I went with their Chocolate Cravings in a waffle cone. It was really good! Perfect blend of flavors and if you like chocolate it's the ticket. They are a little pricey though, two regular with waffle cone and one small and it was almost $20. Seriously? I'll probably won't be a regular with those prices.

I love this place! Not because it is the creamy, customizable Cold Stone that you can get anywhere. I love this location because of the staff. Each time I've come they have given me exceptional service. Greeted when I arrived and they've taken time when my indecisiveness keeps me guessing on whether to get Coffee ice cream with cookie dough or All Lovin' No Oven (yes that is a signature concoction: Cake Batter Ice Cream with fudge, whipped cream, and cookie dough). I was there during the Farmington Art Festival and had a bad day. My phone died right when I was going to show them my deal voucher to redeem on my order. I was frustrated and was just going to pay for it as I had walked in the rain to get there. The gentleman proceeded to try and charge my phone with somebody elses charger so that he could redeem it. Who goes above to do that? Nobody normally. I walked out with a new found feeling of customer service and a tune stuck in my head after they sang because I left a tip. All Cold Stone Creamery locations sing when they receive tips, but this one was special.

Got a gotta have it with vanilla ice cream kit Kat cake and fudge.. Literally all it has is vanilla ice cream.. Asked the girl before I left if it has all the stuff in it and she with an attitude says yes but all I find it a nasty piece of hair in it. Extremely disappointed, not the legendary customer service you claim to give.

Talk about cold stones I'll have to wear long pants next time instead of shorts sitting on those cold steel chairs. Good and rich. Chocolately is good too. I went with the signature creation, chocolate devotion in a waffle cup. Smashed brownies, chocolate chips, fudge and chocolate ice cream. I had the small since I was just at yelp.com/biz/tinas-coney… . This is also known as the "I like" size. I sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere of downtown Farmington.
